I LOVE this place. Everyone is super sweet and very knowledgeable! Slim pickins but when they have stuff it’s wow good!!

Nooo way there is more than 2 flavors!! They have 5 flower flavors listed now yess i still have my 50% off first time yesss. 60$ for an 8th noo. Ive been to Alaska with 1 dispensary within 100 miles and there prices are cheeper.

Went in today for the first time in quite some time on a whim, ànd was pleasantly surprised by what I found. The staff was excellent and very friendly. I did not catch the lady who checked me in, but she was great, just super nice. Christina helped dispense me and was outstanding. She got me all signed up for text alerts and put my veterans discount into the system right away and updated all my contact info. Very professional and thorough and made me smile. I could not have had a better overall experience.

This is the ONLY place I go to for my medicine. The staff is professional and very knowledgeable. some of the most genuine and kind people I have ever met working at for a company. Never long waits here and the quality of their products are always top notch! Fluent is absolutely the best experience you will have in a dispensary!

Today was an amazing day, got my temporary card and went to where my Doctors office Choice Med Group recommended and they immediately said go to Fluent in Clearwater and I did and I am so glad I did! The two ladies who helped get me through my first ever dispensary experience and WOW!!! What amazing service and the happiness and passion these two ladies had for their awesome jobs!! Low inventory, doesnt sell whole flower in more than just 1/8. Ridiculously understaffed and so it gets super frustrating waiting crazy long wait times. Curbside pickup is cool but not with a 30 mins wait in the car for an order filled the previous day. Then not written up correctly for discounts offered. I would say needs new management or operations manager to get actual store running more smoothly.

First off, the staff here are LITERALLY THE BEST Ive experienced. They are knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Unfortunately, Im constantly trying to rationalize reasons to go there but in the end I cant seem to bring myself to pay the high asking prices. I was coming here weekly until I realized I could get the same for less across multiple dispensaries. The Black line was my go to and now you can get distilled vapes for an average of $45. Options are slim but they seem to be working on that. Im always having to wait until big discounts are offered just to be able to shop. I really hope Fluent re-evaluates their pricing because the product is good. 😟 Its a damn shame

Terrible customer service! No customer appreciation at all. One month later and I’m still waiting for a reply from anyone there. Called several times, left emails and still nothing.I used to come here quite often as I really liked their vape cartridges. The last one I got, something didn’t seem right, it wasn’t the same effect and so I took it back immediately to get an exchange. The attendant that day refused an exchange and explained that it’s still medicine and that I should still keep using it and offered another cartridge instead.I started going to Trulieve as they will take back anything no matter what - that’s true customer service and appreciation.I rarely write reviews but I feel strongly about businesses and customer service. This company has 0 ratings in my book. Maybe someone from the company will finally see this review and I’ll finally get a response.

This is the slowest dispensary in town. You could have two people in front of you and still have an hour wait. The selection is minimal and so is the product selection. If any competitors come to Clearwater near downtown they will certainly lose business.I am amending my review. After waiting quite a while I did get helped and their selection is improving. I did receive a call from the manager and she made me feel better about the situation. I appreciated that she took the time to actually reach out to me to address my concerns. I will continue to shop at Fluent.

This is the only dispensary I will shop at anymore. The staff is friendly and helpful. The products are first rate. No parking lot full of shady weirdos like the other place I will not mention, but Im sure you know what I mean. Im willing to pay more to avoid the gross masses.

I started going here one of the first places I discovered when I got my card. Went there for almost a year never had any issues spent a lot of money. And then the last couple times I went in I went in. And it just so happens that the cartridge that I got from them that was a full one gram ended up breaking somehow and completely just leaked out all over and it ruined my desk I had to throw it away. Attached will be a copy of the cartridge I purchased and I almost was able to use 1/4 of it before it blew out. However I did have to get rid of my desk as it was not coming off so I just lost out on about 70 $80. Im sure that they will not replace or acknowledge this to make it right even though it messes up my recommendation count. Id love to be able to get some kind of answer as to how and why that could have happened. but we will see.

The staff is much more knowledgeable than I found at Curaleaf. They also carry much higher quality.Offer many promotions. Their printed materials they have is very informational on what is in what you purchase . Also tells you strain type and affects. Have found this the best so far

Shopping at other dispensaries has made me realize how dissapointing Fluent is. Try going somewhere else. You will be much happier.

I am not a patient, but a loved one of mine is. Fluent allows me to go back and ask questions and learn along with my loved one. Jade is one of the managers there and she has a strong medical background. It is nice to know she is available for questions and recommendations.

Always friendly and quick service

In my opinion, Fluent products are the best. Others do not work for me like these. Midnight Cruiser helps me sleep through the night instead of being awake after 3 hours. As soon as you go in the door youre greeted with a smile. Every employee Ive dealt with here has been knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Fluent.

I come once or twice a week for the last 6mo or more, amazing dispensary amazing people, I haven’t waited more than 10min, their production is smaller than some larger stores so they may be out of flower on some days but it’s rare, they have THE BEST FLOWER IN TOWN and in the state, if you think I’m wrong you’re wrong, this is not a matter of opinion, their flower even T4 XS size buds are amazing and look like they roll them in kief in the back. MUV and truleaf have dry and obviously machined buds, most of my weed I smoke less than a week from when it was picked, that’s the FLUENT way!Stay away from their pre-roles I only buy them to tear apart when they have no flower left, it’s dry as hell, if I wanted dry cannabis I’d go to Tyrone down the block. Not to mention they are rolled by a mental patient why has no concept of airflow 😂 no biggie tho,Don’t let bad pre roles stop you thoDid I mention their prices? Super cheap some places charge 50 for 3.5g this place goes as low as 35 and guess what.....It’s better still than whatever you’re smoking now.WAX WAX WAX!!!! Concentrate here is waaaaaaay over priced 80-100 bucks for some ok stuff muv has the best wax in Clearwater so far but damn they better get ready to move towns because FLUENT has quality in its name and when they get their wax down to 50-70 bucks Muv and tru are out of businessAnd oh my god the discounts, wana save money go here, you want trash weed and a hole in your wallet go somewhere else

First of all the 1/2 gram a prerolls are shorting the patient. Then to only sale a patient 5 prerolls a day. Then fluent wont stack discounts. This is sad. Cant say Ill return to this dispensary.

Overpriced Vape with MTC cut when you can get CO2 or Ethanol extraction with Zero Cut for the same price everywhere else. Hmm 30% THC for 50$ or 80% for the same price. Plus they don’t have Rosin or Terp sauce. MUV is definitely where you should shop

I was misinformed about the effects of CBD mixed with THC lessened the effect of THC high. I bought 12 pre rolled and they do nothing for me. I probably wont return.

Enjoy their products really like the Lyra and the CBDs. Unfortunately I purchased a 600 ML liquid bottle of Zeltor and was assured the 50 ml marker on the dropper was 10 mgs of cbd. I used less than 20 mgs a day and today is day 22 and the bottle is empty. I went to the store to see why this happened and wasnt given an answer only offered me 10% off a new purchase? How can I buy another bottle knowing this was under dosed? I am very disappointed and now have no cbd left until I get paid. I was not taken seriously at the store. this is medicine and we expect it to be accurate.
