Im only giving one star because the staff are wonderful, but they have to follow protocol for Cash America I went to go return a headset with my receipt and the day before the guy that we bought all the stuff from only warrantied half of what we bought so initially we gave them money for a headset that we cant use which means they just straight-up took our money and dont care and its not the people that work inside of their its their policy I wouldnt recommend doing any business with Cash America unless you thoroughly go through the paperwork and ask questions the only reason I gave one-star is because of the staff and how nice they are and they are very helpful other than that Cash America is a joke not everybody may have this experience that Ive had but some will one of the controllers I bought didnt work because the controller Port was loose for the charger and the other controller had a fingernail stuck in the charger port which I had to open the controller up and fix myself I wouldnt recommend going to the Cash America on Missouri I would go to a different one or a different pawn shop all together

Ive always used Cash America in past if need be until today they lost my business!! Very unfriendly bunch they dont even say hi when you walk in and do not want to help you. This location has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced at any cash america. We went across street to value pawn and they was super nice and went above and beyond to make me happy. I dont like to hate on people but the lady Maria was so rude it made me never want to go back in there!! I hope they re train employees especially her!!

I dont ever have problems with this company. I would go there before any other pawn shop. But when I went today, the lady who helped me was wearing her facemask and some latest gloves. But the gloves looked like she had been wearing them all day. I work in the food industry, so I know what gloves look like when left on for a long time. I asked her to change them before she started touching my laptop and id. She then got very rude with me about it, and still refused to change her gloves. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE train your employees on health and safety so no one gets sick.

Great prices and excellent service! Went looking for bicycles which they had several of in their garage (better then being out in the weather like other pawn shops we had looked at). Found a mens bike, looked like it was never used! Great price too! Also purchase a very well made bike rack for a steal! On the way out I also discovered a sewing machine for a price I could not refuse. The people working there were so helpful. Because we had never used a bike rack and it didnt come with instructions 2 salesmen helped us figure out how to use it. They spent a good amount of time helping us put it on the car and making sure we were comfortable knowing how it works. We had stopped at other pawn shops and the prices and service were nothing like what we received at Cash America, I would highly recommend this location if you are looking to purchase good products for great prices and amazing assistance!

Got a PS4 almost 5 months ago, still works great besides the controller going out on me a little bit, i signed a warranty so i will see if they let me exchange it today. I will leave another review after.

Im very upset with the type of service I received at your Clearwater location. I was looking at rings and the girl taking care of us didnt acknowledge us when we were looking at jewelry. I had to call her out loud to come to me. She came to me with an I dont care attitude and was texting with someone on Facebook chat. I could clearly see it because every time she would get a message she would ignore us. Very disrespectful. One, every customer deserves quality customer service. Two, while you are giving out out a ring to a customer and you arent paying attention to the client and at your phone instead they can easy run out of that pawn shop with your ring. Please reevaluate the staff you have. They arent doing a very good job!

Mannnn....these guys are awesome. I have been sharing business with them for years!!!! One thing I can say is that their great service is consistent. This location is the BEST...some of the others I dread, especially Bradenton. But the gents and ladies here always give me great fair service, and beyond. From when Rick was manager all the way to some of the new faces. But shoutout to Asst Mgr Brad.....he always sticks his neck out for me when im in a bind, of course within limits of the business but he has always done the best he could. Maria, Vicky...I think the new guy Kev?? Well...the chunky one, and drummer boy Mike are all awesome. This store really knows what its doing and how to treat people. Sometimes they tell me no, but its an honest no. Sometimes they say yeah when they should say no...but you cant fault a business for trying to keep happy customers. Well they have one and will for a very long time. Awesome work family!!!

Gross ass pawn shop went to pawn x box one S when we got it back had nasty hand prints that were black and dirty it was just nasty 😷
