Logan and Mike did an excellent job replacing the windshield on my Mustang. I appreciated that they correctly identified that they had the wrong glass initially and didn’t just put it in but made sure they had it right. Their knowledge and understanding ensured they did the job correctly and didn’t unnecessarily drag the process out.

My intention was to have this company replace a rather large mirror in my bathroom. They made an appointment to come measure between one and four October 28 (yesterday). They were a no show, no call! when I followed up today, the lady I spoke with had no idea what was going. Need I say more?

Being in the Automotive Collision industry I have seen plenty of glass shop. Rite Touch Glass is the only Glass company I will allow in my shop. They have always done fantastic work that my customers or myself never have to question. All of the staff are very nice and easy to work with. I just had to replace a mirror, they had the replacement cut and back to me in no time. I Highly recomend if you need glass or mirrors.

Rite touch did an okay job but they aren’t much better than Safelite. My car was in a body shop and Rite Touch came out to replace the windshield. When I arrived the owner of the body shop (Roy) at RP Customs did a great job however he has to clean the windshield after the install because the tech did not. In addition to this finding at a closer glance the side molding the seal the doors were not even attached but just laying there. They also couldn’t order the parts RITE the first time when this is what they do for a living. Not very professional and would NOT recommend them to anyone.

Theses guys were great! I needed my wall to wall bathroom mirrors removed then replaced after the new counter was installed. They took great care, and worked quickly. Will definitely call them again.

Called last Friday to have the rear window for my WRX replaced. Best quote I received of the 6 or so shops I called with the quickest turn around time. Although there was a few hour delay with the glass the company called to notify me right away. Stephen and another gentleman came within just a few hours of the anticipated time frame and got that thing done in no time! They were also nice enough to clean up all the shattered glass as my window was in a million pieces when they came. Thank you all very much! No more Saran Wrap cruising for me!!!

We cant praise this company enough. They were willing to do a job other companies wouldnt, and for a reasonable price. Office staff is wonderful, appointments are met when scheduled, and the team that came to replace our broken 45 x 80 second floor window was efficient and careful and left no mess. I am leaving one of their cards with the country club in case another resident is hit by a golf clubber with a bad slice! Thanks, Dan and the rest of the company.

Very impressed! My son hit a golf ball through our bathroom window so I needed it replaced. They came out to give me a free estimate and even taped up and secured my broken window before they left!I was thinking it was going to be at least $300 installed but was very surprised and happy that it was less than half that!Install was very quick as well! I will definitely call them again if needed and I highly recommend them!

Was referred to Rite Glass by the service department at Crown Jaguar. Danny was very responsive and did a great job reattaching the glass to our convertible top. Highly recommended.

We called because my mothers mirror fell off the windshield. The Toyota dealership wanted $110.00 to glue it back on. Called Rite Touch Glass and they said they would do it for no charge! Took my number and called me when the technician returned so I could bring it by. The staff were so friendly, so professional and cleaned the window and the mirror when it was finished. Was referred to rite touch by our car dealership for my cracked a4 windshield. The glass wasnt in stock but came promptly within two days. Scheduling was a breeze and they come to your preferred location. The installers were awesome! My tech Stephen was great and super friendly! He called twice to ensure the correct time window fit my schedule and 20 minutes in advance when he was on his way. Stephen even vaccummed my front seat rugs making it an all around great service and it was comple in less than an hour! Following the replacement he gave me instructions and advice on the windshield. Its nice having a service fullfiled by staff who actually care and enjoy their job! I would definitely reccomend. Thank you!!!!

My back glass on my car exploded into a million smithereens so I called SafeLite immediately. They took my details and said they would call me back with a quote and a date for repair. I decided to call the dealership that services my car just to get a quote from them to be able to compare the SafeLite quote. I was told that they dont handle glass at the dealership, but they could refer me to Rite Touch. Called Rite Touch immediately and they took all my details and told me they would call me back as soon as they found the Audi glass with a quote and a date for the repair. They called me back less than 15 minutes after my initial call. I was told since it was a special order (I didnt want aftermarket glass) that the glass wouldnt be in until Thursday morning and a technician would be calling me to schedule an appointment. No problem. SafeLite never called me back, by the way. I couldnt have been happier with the customer service when I spoke with Rite Touch. The phone rep was very polite and very down to business. The technician, Stephen, and I set up a meeting time as we live on a military base. He arrived promptly when he said he would. I escorted him to my home. He was super nice, super polite and very informative considering all the questions I asked. He was also very personable and we had nice conversation throughout his visit. He clearly had an excellent work ethic and was meticulous in his work. He cleaned up the inside of my car and the finished job was outstanding! I would HIGHLY recommend Rite Touch and Stephen to anyone needing their vehicle glass either replaced or repaired. Thanks so much!!

All three people I encountered were professional and courteous. They troubleshot the leak issues with my Toyota Tundra windows and provided recommendations. A week later at my office the window seal was replaced. Service was great and the service fee is fair. I will use them again in the future for any window issues at home, office, or for our vehicles.

My front window has been leaking for a while. I called a national chain and they wanted $350 to replace it.I looked up local shops on Angies list and found Right Touch Auto Glass.They gave me additional options besides a full replacement. I saved more then $150 and they did a better job then the nation chain.The guys came out the next morning and they were done within an hour. They were friendly and knowable about the service. I like that their work is warranted while I own the vehicle.

Had replaced my back mirror on my 2019 Honda ridgeline. Eric and logan were the installer. Eric seems to be knowledgeable on what he is doing but logan dinged the switch of the center glass at the back, busted two bolts of the rear seats, his dirty fingers prints are all over the cloth at the ceiling, cut loose the side of the cloth interior ceiling so now it’s hanging loose, busted the motor/regulator of the sliding glass at the back, thanks to Honda they replaced it. Might consider hiring eric, but logan, he will destroy your good company reputation/image. Sorry to tell you this, but don’t let logan work for your customers please
