Largo glass and mirror came through with excellent customer service and work ethic. I had a broken piece of glass at one of my properties and needed the glass replaced ASAP. After calling Largo glass with the dimensions and type of glass, they had it ready at my earliest convenience. I scheduled to pick the glass up right around 5:00PM. I work 8-5 like I’m sure others do, an unfortunately was running behind. They were still able to wait for my arrival after 5:00PM an made sure I was able to meet my timely deadline. Much is appreciated to the staff here for helping me out. I now have a go to glass company that does it all. Thanks again.

The rating isn’t on their service. It’s on the way their employees drive while texting. Cutting off traffic nearly causing an accident, luckily I was situationally aware. And then proceeding to be on their phone while driving (swerving and not obeying the speed limit).

Cut glass wrong, called repeatedly and no answer, went to answering system, I left several messages and call was not returned, I took my business elsewhere and had glass recut, I wont go back to Largo glass

They offered helpful advice about what i actually needed when I placed my order for replacement glass. Very reasonable prices. Dont be afraid to compare with other local hardware or online suppliers. However, the personal attention and advice makes it worth coming here.Good communication when order arrived. Again they helped with some installation tips when I arrived to pick up since I was making this a DIY project. Carefully placed my order in my truck and I was on my way. Good experience all around.

Very nice customer service quick just had to wait a couple mins. But fast I ordered a tempered glass for my frigidaire. Costed $42.80 they will call when it comes in. 🙂

Dont waste your time going by their location during office hours on Saturday. The Ive stopped by 3 different Saturdays over the course to 2 months only to find their lights off and doors locked. Business must be good because they dont need walk up business.

We had some hiccups with the glass in the beginning. I was impressed that Largo Glass saw it through. I now have absolutely beautiful seeded glass installed in my cabinet doors in my kitchen. They could not be more perfect! Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service!

Talking to somebody and trying to get a quote, he hung up on me in the middle of me speaking and have called back 5 or 6 times and no one answers. Apparently they have enough work to pick and choose. I would find someone else, I had 27 windows needed new glass but they seemingly dont want the work

I walked in with my mirror they handled me on the spot, service was terrific people were great and the price was right. Would return.

Largo glass just did both my remolded bathrooms, 1 a tub the other a shower stall. Although i had to wait a very long time for the matte black i picked both bathrooms came out perfect. Thank u for everything

Called them to get a price on a window spoke to a nan i phone and gave him the info for job never called me back so i kept calling an got answer machines finally some one called me back an had no knowledge of the job some one then called an ledt no number to get back with they told me they dont leave messages i told them i leave phone in truck while working an i return calls when going to my next job that was not good for them good luck in business i will never use or recommend to anyone
