These folks are amazing! 5 stars all the way. I accidentally broke the glass that sits on top of my table. They had a new piece of glass cut perfectly for me in a matter of hours the same day. As you can see I now have a happy table again! Awesome :)

I highly recommend Glass Service 8! I needed a glass table top. Nicole was very polite and informative on the phone. She recommended 3/16” instead of 1/4” thickness since I was putting the glass on top of wood. She said it was less expensive and the difference would be unnoticeable. I called three other glass shops. The quote Nicole gave me was the lowest and I was able to pick up the table top two days later! All COVID-19 guidelines were being followed in the shop.

Not a happy customer. Been using them for years. This time, they really let me down. They showed up 1hr late, drilled a hole in my door (after explaining he would not), and left a puddle of something on the new floor blaming me. After talking to the owner about what happened he gave me a whole $10 off on a $900 job. WOW!!!

Great fast easy service. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. I needed a aquarium glass top cut since my wife accidentally broke my other. They were fast friendly and very helpful.

Service was nice. Lots of options for glass here however this review pertains to my recent visit. This place just didnt cut it! Made more than one trip here for a special item cut to a dimension I specified. So handed an exact copy to replicate. In exchange Wonky and un even is what I recieved twice. Not one piece was the same size. I modified it further to make it work. I have no interest in returning for future requests at this time.

I am a local business owner and I really appreciate professional and friendly people and local businesses. I called here yesterday and Nicole took my call. Wow! She is a gem! I ordered a little piece of glass and expected to have to call back and follow up in a few weeks maybe to find out the order is lost and I have to reorder. Not the case here! Nicole called me back the same day and said come pick it up! When I showed up the showroom which is very very beautiful and artistic the people were just lovely! My glass fit on my table and is just perfect! Thank you all and have a great holiday!

Horrible! Staff was rude on the phone, they couldn’t be organized and set my a time & date for when they would come out constantly saying they have to check their schedule and they would call me back (never did) and then their workers would show up randomly very unprofessional and not to mention the workers left broken glass on the floor and caulking glue on my curtains only time they actually called back on time was to ask for payment. I know now why the price was low but I guess you get what you pay for.

Just what I was looking for! I needed custom cut glass shelving for an odd sized shelving unit. Glass Service 8 Inc was able to make them to size and for a reasonable price too. Friendly staff, quick turnaround, affordable pricing. I’ll be back for any future custom glass needs.

We always have such a great experience with this company. The customer service in all departments is why we continue to come back. This last time my husband and I purchased a frame, we visited the shop at least five times, all of which the young lady behind the counter was eager to help and very friendly. The gentlemen sent to install the mirror were just as friendly and did a great job too. We will continue to use this company and thank you for such great service.

I called and the girl that answered the phone gave me an understanding that per square footage the mirror would cost X. There was an Italian man that came to my home measured everything give me a price of $500 which was 5 times higher than what theyve quoted over the phone. He proceeded to tell me that you was going to come by tomorrow and install and I said I will give him a call later to confirm as to whether or not I would go through with his pricing did not called him advised him that I was not going to move forward and his the first words out of his mouth were Florida people suck and that he had already cut the glass. Not good business.

They take Customer service to a new level. Very helpful and professional. Highly recommended this company. Ererybody was very friendly and helpful with a extremely fast turn around time.

Badly cut dining room table. Sent it back. After delivering the new cut (which is still poorly cut) they insisted on charging me another delivery fee. They never mentioned another fee when discussing how they would get a driver to deliver the newly cut glass. They apologized for the “miscommunication” and said they could have the drivers take the glass off the table and taken back and I could come get it if I didn’t want to pay....a complete joke of a business. $390 for a poorly cut piece of glass and a bunch of “miscommunication”. Do not waste your time or money.

Mirrors look great. Installers showed up exactly on time and were very professional. Their cost was way better for custom mirrors than the big box stores had on stock items that I would have had to install myself too.

We remodeled our kitchen 3 years ago and Glass Service Co installed the glass panes in 5 kitchen cabinet doors. Everything was fine. A month ago one of the cabinets doors started to separate so we ordered a new door from the manufacture. Wetook the new kitchen cabinet door along with the old one to Glass Service Co in Clearwater Fl to have them swap the glass from the old door to the new door.The person behind the desk said they would call when finished. She called later that day and said they chipped the glass getting it out of the old door. I asked how this happened and she said it was originally installed incorrectly. She said whoever installed it put caulk on the inside of the glass where it butts up to the wood and then they put silicone on the outside of the glass. She said they should have never put the caulk on the inside. I explained to her that her company were the ones that installed theglass on the doors. She replied that the new glass with cost $50.00 and that I can pick it up when it is ready. When I went to pick up the cabinet door we went thru basically the same conversation that it was installed incorrectly but Glass Services was the company that performed the installation. Her reply was so. As we continued to discuss this all she did was sighand roll her eyes. She did mention that she would tell her manager to call me but I do not believe she will or that he will call.Even though I have used this company about 4 or 5 times before I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I know not to use them also

Wow! This company truly is the best local company around. My husband and I were looking for affordable but pristine glass work for the newly remodeled bathrooms in our new home and we knew the second we met Austin that’s what we would get! He spent so much time going over options with us and when he came out for install you could see the artistry and time he put into installing our glass doors perfectly for not one but TWO bathrooms! He was courteous and friendly, very approachable and answered all my nervous new Mom questions about would the shower door be secure enough for my baby. He even installed an extra safety protectant piece to ensure my baby won’t be able to slam the shower door and hurt himself or the door. After having rude gruff contractors in and out of our home for months on our remodel, Austin, his expertise and kind character were a breath of fresh air! I cannot say enough great things about this company and their employees. The glasswork they provdided for us was top notch, our bathrooms went from “nice” to something out of a showroom magazine just by the effort on their part. Every suggestion Austin made turned out to be spot on with us not even realizing how perfect these bathrooms would turn out until we saw the finished product! So greatful to Glass Service Co. and will certainly be using them again in the future!
