Great positive experience. Had everything that I needed, and George in paint and Kimberly in self checkout were both amazing. They were helpful, kind and truly both assets to Home Depot.

As always beautiful flores, plants to start planting for spring

The garden department is stocked with beautiful plants. Tons of fertilizer, dirt, tools, and great looking furniture for patios. Credit card machine would not work but I had cash. Because cash is king.

Clean and organized. Quality products easy access. Fast pay line. Good prices.

1st time at this Home Depot and it will be my last. Jorge at returns wasnt very friendly. There was no hello... how can I help you... nothing. I was supposed to assume he was ready to help me. After the transaction was complete I was just told to sign here. There was no thanks have a nice day etc. I still had some items to buy so I ventured inside... this store looked like bomb went off. A complete mess. There was even more friendliness from Gail the cashier out in garden. There was no hi etc. At the end of the transaction nothing... Management must not care.

I was struggling to put two bags of garden rocks on a flat cart and not one, but two employees in Orange aprons walked right by me and pretended I was invisible. Went to get some mulch, and person standing right there watering plants could not be interrupted to help either. Im not an invalid, but I am a sixty year old woman with white hair, so I would have appreciated an offer of help.Then I go to check out. Three times my debit card declined. Uhmmm, no. There are several thousand dollars in that account. Please check again and see if there is a problem. Nope, call your bank later. So I pay cash. Then call my son to help me carry stuff to my yard. He says he just left home Depot as well and they are having a credit card issue. Really? Do you think the guy waiting on me in garden could have checked with anyone else? No. He made it look like it was my fault.They werent even very crowded. Sorry to bother you. Ill try Lowes next time.

This is my local store. The ONLY thing wrong with this place is the fact that so many of the beautiful plants in the garden dept are neglected and malnourished. I wish they would hire someone who actually cared for these precious plants.Aside from that, the store is clean, well stocked and easy to navigate. This is a good place to get automotive tools and fluids as well, they charge HALF of what Auto Zone, Advance, ORielleys and Pep Boys charge for things like motor oil, power steering fluid, Lucas products etc.If you need it, Clearwater Home Depot has it!

Greeted by an associate talking on his cell phone when I came through the lumber entrance. Asked him where the fencing was and he told me he didnt know. Asked the next associate and she told me garden. Walked to garden, a third associate told me outside in the parking lot. Walked outside and asked the 4th associate and she didnt know either. Walked back to lumber only to find it 10 feet away from where we asked the first guy. It just got worse from there. You all definitely need to learn where things are and be sure about it before you just start sending people all over! Going back to lowes for all future needs.
