I will never recommend this shop to another person or business! Our carrier dropped off 14 crew neck sweaters to the owner of this shop. He repeatedly checked in almost daily if not every other day after a week had gone by and no response was provided for days that turned to weeks. 7 WEEKS went by and the owner ended up messing up 4 designs costing us to have to send our merch back to the embroidery shop and issue refunds to our customers. There was ZERO communication, no apology, AND he made our carrier pay full price for HIS mistake. This being the owner of the company! Save your money and time.
