I can not say anything bad about the product because I am still waiting for them to be installed. Even though it is over 4 months. Been patient with this process and had some issue with the permit. But the 1 star is the lack of communication. Waiting weeks after sending multiple emails looking for updates. Then repeating the process all over again. Now that everything is set up. There was no set day or time that they would show up. I got a knock this morning saying they are here to install the windows. When I voice my frustration it feels like it is falling on deaf ears. But after these windows are installed I won’t be coming back. Fix your communication. Does not take long to send a quick email or text to let your customer know what is going on. Remember you work for your customer and not the other way around. Show disrespect like that and you get it in return.

I am an old customer of Affordable Windows and Doors and had all my windows replaced in 2015 for a home I purchased that had 2 broken windows. The sales person convinced me to have 12 windows replaced. Soon after having a positive experience with the windows I then replaced my 2 front doors and finally the large window above the 2 front doors. I had zero issues with the workers and the owner of this company (very professional). The companies owner is the most honest person Ive ever dealt with on such an expensive purchase as windows can be. He made himself available anytime I had a question on anything related to the windows or the doors. Ive passed on this company to others that have also had a positive experience all the way to the end of their project. Dont bother with other companies. They will gladly pass on previous customers for you to talk too for their honest experience as they did for me that totally convinced me to go with this company. Dont be fooled by other companies.. I will never consider going anywhere else.

The salesman was very nice and explained my options in detail. There were permit issues due to Covid. My windows were in warehouse the first of July and could not schedule work until September because they could not get the permit from the clerks office. Turned out due to manner of work they needed an extra permit. Where everyone was very nice, especially Alicia, she would tell me she was going to call back but never did. I was always leaving message after message and I just had to luck up and catch her in the office to get her. The office should get better at returning calls. That said, once the work was scheduled they did good work and the windows are awesome. They also provided me compensation because it all took so long. Major issues scheduling but with COVID and just 2020 in general I am pleased and would use them again.

Not Satisfy At All!! - After windows were installed and they collected the full payment, it is very difficult to get anyone to come out and do any service. They dont put your priority to fix anything, they only interested in getting new jobs. You have to keep calling constantly!! Im still waiting for some repairs from March!!! Unbelievable!!

I would like to commend the workers and staff for excellent and professional workmanship in these trying times with the pandemic. The service is great, the workers are pleasant and I am thoroughly satisfied. I would recommend them over and over.

This is the best window and door company to come into the Southwest Florida region in some time. All the installers and techs take their job seriously and do it efficiently. Changing windows in my 1962 house was not an easy task but this company had the knowledge and expertise to get it done. Each phase of the project went smooth and communications were outstanding. Our experience with Affordable Windows was a very positive one. From the initial quote to the final inspection everything went as planned. The installers had an unexpected delay and were late to start but were very polite and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the quality of the windows and they look great. We would definitely recommend this company to our family and friends and plan on using them for our future home improvements.

Although I had somewhat of a rough start dealing with Affordable Windows & Doors, when I called Don and told him of my issues and dissatisfaction, he made every issue perfect. When I spoke to him I got a genuine feeling that he really was concerned and wanted to make sure that I was 100% happy with every aspect of dealing with his company. I never felt for a single minute that he was just giving me lip service. He told me that his job was to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my windows and every dealing. He did that and went completely above and beyond all of my expectations. He assigned Justin to be my go-to contact person. Excellent decision on his part!!! Justin is absolutely amazing and I could not be happier. He was in touch with me constantly to make sure everything was done right and on time. He called or texted to keep me informed always. He was on time, professional, kind and thorough every time he came to my house. I did get one window that had a defect that did not become apparent until a month later. When I called Justin, he was at my house the next morning. He replaced the defective window in rapid time and everything is now perfect. Between Don and Justin, they worked so hard to turn my possible 1 star rating to a solid 5. I could not be more pleased!!! You cannot go wrong with this company because the owner truly cares and strives hard to ensure that his customers are happy. Exceeded my expectations!!! Thanks Don and thanks Justin!!!!! Had a meeting with the salesman Matt who was very informative and professional. My wife and I were very happy with our meeting and had the work quoted and after a brief discussion over price signed a contract. Hurricane windows are expensive but well worth it when he hurricane hits. Quick and professional install with the proper permits was done and the job was completed and met all of our expectations.One window was found to have a crack that appeared months after install and it was replaced without question in a very quick manner. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and their customer service.

Great Experience!! They were always prompt and on time, with great communication. Always dealt with the Owner and sales manager. Don and Darrin were great! The installers were awesome, on time and friendly. They got the job done quickly and with no issues. All the paper work for the inspection was done and taken care of. Justin came to put the finishing touches on after the inspect and got the couple issues taken care of. Only thing keeping them from 5 stars is the cost, a LOT of money, but they do make up for it with their service. When Im ready to my sliding glass doors i will be calling them.

My parents recently purchased windows from this company. They came on time, provided all necessary information, and installed the windows in a professional and timely manner. More so, when my parents had a hard time installing the hurricane protection to the windows while under hurricane watch, the installer came and help them install them are no charge! I am very appreciative of this as my parents are elderly and had trouble doing this on their own. I am replacing windows in the next couple of years and doubt I will even look elsewhere!

I had single-pane, aluminum windows and they really started to show their age. Looking for, finding and hiring providers for anything to do with my home is a process I detest. I decided to go with Affordable Windows & Doors. The salesman was informative and I didnt have to sit through a 2-hour demo of window samples which was my previous experience. They offer financing and prior to leaving, he had arranged the financing and scheduled their 6-point measuring guy for a week later. Having made the decision, waiting to get the windows was difficult for me. The contract was signed on April 14, 2018 and installation began on July 13, 2018. Two sliding glass doors and 11 windows were to be replaced. On the morning of July 13th, about 10 people showed up for the installation. By the end of that day, the install of the 2 sets of French doors had been completed as well as 7 windows! What a great crew! They worked nonstop and were very respectful of the interior of the home as they worked. They finished the next day. They took care of the permit and inspection paperwork. Their approach to their installations is that they fit the windows to the house rather than supplementing the house to fit the windows. I like that! I will need to touch up the room paint around the windows but to me, thats unavoidable. The inspection went through like a breeze which I found out is not the case with the bigger window companies. I love the windows and doors. The windows tilt in (upper and lower) for cleaning. The windows and doors have vastly improved my homes appearance. So much so, that I now refer to them as jewelry for my home. Ive had several neighbors stop when Ive been outside to tell me how great they look! No more boarding up the windows for hurricanes which is a horrible effort. I am pleased with the installation, the products and dedication of the work crew. Also, if I had any questions or concerns along the way waiting for the installation, I called them. They are very approachable and never made me feel like I was bothering them. They also stand behind their work and the warranty is such that I am comfortable that I will never have to worry about the windows and doors. Peace is hard to find but that is another benefit of going with this company. I highly recommend Affordable Windows & Doors.

This company does not apply for permit, get the inspection or finish the job. Only after reporting him to the city and to the DBPR did he finally apply for and pay for the permit TODAY!! Don’t use him.

When we placed our order for installing all new windows and doors in our hous, the salesman told us everything would be installed and finished byHalloweene. It is now February 5th and the project is not finished as there are windows that wont lock. Do not use this company, they dont do what they say they are going to do.

Sales person knocked on my door at almost 8pm. So rude and not to mention we have a very clear no soliciting sign at the entrance to our neighborhood. Not a great way to get new customers.

They were very professional and easy to work with. They cleaned up and left NO mess. I highly recommend them.
