I havent been to this location in years. I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean and neat. Stocked nicely. And the employees were very friendly and ready to help.

The cashiers are fast and friendly the store in Clearwater Florida was real busy for a Saturday but that line moved really fast. I will be going back again. Kudos guys go check this store out.

Store was fine. The teenagers hanging around the inside goofing off and the ones outside just hanging around, made it a store I wont visit again.

Changed the store around quite a bit and they definitely have jacked up their prices but so has everywhere else. I still think its the best place to find cleaning products for the price

I shop at Big lots for many items over and over again. They have the best prices and are always well stocked on the items I want like beauty products toiletries bags and baggies and protein shakes. I also get sunglasses there makeup bedding items small appliances and bathroom supplies. Theyre bottled water is also very reasonable and taste good

An older dated looking store. No furniture like most of the stores have. I prefer the store on Missouri ave.

Long line, one cashier. The store was half empty. Very small selection of merchandise, not how use to be. I went to buy mulch and plants fertilizer but they didnt have any. Last year they had pallets of it.

Place has really put did itself . they are really getting better stuff

This review is to commend the wonderful staff at this Big Lots - in particular, Penny and the store manager Harlan. To start, Penny was nothing short of wonderful and accommodating. We came to the store in search of some patio furniture. Almost instantly, Penny approached us with a friendly demeanor and not only helped us pick out some furniture, but went above and beyond in explaining their lay away program. Due to Penny’s thorough explanation, we decided to take advantage of the program. However, once we were about to leave with the furniture, of which there was only the display model, we noticed that there was a minor defect with the product. Upon pointing out the defect, Penny and her manager, Harlan, went out of their way to ensure that we were compensated properly and gave us a price adjustment. However, they truly went above and beyond by not only ensuring we were compensated, but also helping us load the furniture into our car, and even helping us take it apart. We could not be more grateful for the kindness and hospitality that Harlan and Penny showed us that day. Truly above and beyond service.

It was good I liked it I like going inside and seeing all the things that they have which they do have a lot they dont have the beds or the couches like the one on Missouri but they have a lot of stuff there things for like a new house or apartment patio out in the back it was nice to see something different I will be going back with my husband there is a lot of stuff that I saw that I want for when we get our house.

Was looking for a specific item that I found on the website where it said there were 4 in stock. None of the employees knew where it was located and none were available/willing to help me look for it. I had to walk through the whole store multiple times to find it on my own. Very frustrating.

Very friendly middle ages lady works there who greeted us as we walked in for first time. Store had plenty to offer and small trinket stuff to coffee makers and toasters. Plenty of kitchen stuff from knives to sets of pots and pans. Some seem to be higher quality up to $40 for a single large kitchen knife.

Clean, well stocked, friendly staff. Still working out bugs with online orders and curbside delivery. Likely need more staff. But staff are genuinely helpful.

I had to get some cables for phones and an iPad. There was a clearance of those cables. And yes I probably could have gotten them mail order for less (even though they were on sale) but it was convenient. I also picked up some items for the kitchen. The store was a little disorganized so thats why I gave it only 4 stars.

Some goods are reasonable in price.Others are the same price as Walmart or any grocery store.

It was kind of a neat store. It was a lot of restocking going on well it was open blocking aisles. Dad fairly decent pricing. Half the staff was nice and friendly the other half was antisocial.

I dont know about the other Big Lots in town or anywhere else, but this one is great. The employees are nice and helpful. As a company Big Lots is cool. If ur a card holder then they give you a coupon for $5 off a purchase of $15 or more. U get this coupon every 3rd time u visit the store and buy something no matter what u buy. So if u go to the store and buy a bottle of water @ $1 three times u get the coupon. Theyre always having sales and theyre veteran friendly. Big Lots as a brand has good quality stuff such as TP and paper towels. Theyre just as good if not better than the big brand names. I definitely recommend checking them out. Dont take my word for it, just go see for yourself. And they got great deals on canteens. Big stainless steel ones for under $10!!!! Woohoo 🖐️🖐️🖐️

Big Lots is great store for a lot out your shopping. Homewares, food, garden, auto and pets. On a lot of items they have the lowest prices. Check out the clearance area for lower prices.

This place is always nicely arranged. Very good service and the prices are right. They have very nice decorations in all styles and everyday stuff. They sell food and now they even sell refrigerated things like milk and butter. I like this store.

Waited outside in car as friend went in to buy a new 12 fry pan. She got a set of 12 and 9 fry pans non stick for $15. Good price. Nice clean store.

Looking for unique home furniture items that used to be exciting to come across there, but not so much in my past four or five scattered trips. Pretty much the basics with food items, bath items and smaller home decor items among other things, but I might recommend price comparing to make sure youre getting the best deal.

Love, love, love the deals that can be found at Big Lots stores!! Like other outlet/discount stores, if you find something you like buy it because its doubtful it will be there later!! And if you have more than one in your area, check out them all out they have different stock items. THIS STORE HAS AWESOME STAFF TOO!!!

I shop here at BigLots every single week. The staff here are very nice and attentive. If you are in need of paper products or water this is your place to shop.They also have great deals on household products - outdoor items - pet supplies and more.Every few months they will have 20% off the entire store sale also. That is great time to stock up on items!

Some items are priced appropriately, and are an awesome deal. However, a lot are over priced. They claim to send coupons to your email, I have yet to receive one. Just spam regarding what sales they have. Staff is friendly, and it is walking distance from where I live so those are a plus.

I love. Big lots from there Bluetooth speakers to there decorating and makeup everything they have at a low cost price check out the new speaker I just bought. It lights up white and different colors and you can change what it says I also got these really cute pink lights for decoration and if you can see my nail polish its a beautiful blue hits brand is sinful and they also sell it my favorite nail polish brand also not my favorite name but hey I didnt pick it

They display items that they say they dont have in stock. If you dont have it, then dont display the item. Plain and simple. Workers at the store were not helpful and the corporate rep, Raven, was equally as rude and didnt want to listen. Ill spend my money elsewhere.
