Bought our wedding rings in 2014, even thru the pandemic whenever we found a Zales open they always cleaned our rings even though it took some time to find our account. Excellent jewelry store have bought all my jewelry from Zales
I was very pleased at the store, had exactly what I was looking for and the rep that I dealt with was friendly, professional and very helpful.
I bought a White Gold necklace from here (store# 862) for $1,485.00 and they wouldnt give me the Necklace. They ran my card and the transaction said final on their computer screen, the jeweler then closed out the final sale program, which caused only that computer out of 6 in thr store to restart. Once she closed the program she then looked at me and said it wasnt finalized, even tho I saw it say so and my bank account also showed the processed transaction. She then told me I couldnt have the Necklace and that I would get my money back within 48 to 72hrs business hours. I then asked for proof of the refund and thst they didnt batch my Debit Transaction, I was told they have no way of doing that. I then called them on day 5, due to the fact I havent gotten my money back yet. I still have yet to get my money back and I cant get an honest answer at a store level so Ive reached out to corporate now and have yet to get anywhere with them either! I havent received any info of a refund and now the store wont answer my phone calls on this matter. Im out $1,454.33.P.S. when I spoke with the store after day 4 the jeweler lady told me that thr Necklace wasnt in the case at the time and it was put up, which leads me to believe she took the Necklace for her own gain at my expense!

So my Husband and I are celebrating our 8 Year Anniversary on July 14th. Carla assisted him though the whole process. She helped him with the budget he had in mind and what I loved. I am beyond Blessed to what she helped us purchase. I went with something I never thought Id like for a Wedding Ring Set. It is Gorgeous!!!! Very friendly and thorough. I left a bad review for them earlier at the start of the pandemic, since they turned away my business because I couldnt wear a mask due to a medical exemption. It appears Zales common sense has prevailed, because they now allow people into the store without masks. I have no problem if no one wears a mask, even the employees, but apparently Zales makes this a requirement for their workers. We all know masks like the ones people wear do nothing to stop COVID. Anyhow, thank you Zales for making the customer feel welcome and normal again.

My Zales experience and why I will never shop there again:I purchased a necklace for my fiance about a year ago. The chain broke, causing the pendant to fall to the ground at a friends house. The pendant was subsequently ran over. I straighted it as best I could, but one of the small diamonds that studded the pendant had fallen out, and the setting for the stone was crushed. This was the 2nd time that the chain broke, the first time they replaced the whole necklace free of charge.So, we went to the store we bought it from, and had gotten it warranted at the first time. They refused to do anything about the broken chain or the subsequent damage to the necklace. This is absurd to me because this is the 2nd time that their chain for the necklace has broken. We spoke to the assistant manager Carly and she was extremely rude, said that it was our fault that the chain broke and that they would not do anything about it, and that her store manager was not available to be asked, and the first time it never should have been warranteed anyways.I will probably take it to Les Olsen Jewelers to be repaired, and now Im even happier that I purchased her engagement ring from a different store. I will not be giving Zales any more of my business.
In June my boyfriend bought me the Disney Princess Jasmine jewelry. The ring and the necklace. The ring ended up having a prong break off recently, so I brought it in hoping to send it out to be fixed. Instead, they completely replaced my ring with a brand new one!! I was reluctant to give up the one I originally had, it had sentimental value. But having a brand new one really gave me peace of mind about the prongs. Zales at Countryside always treats us great when we’re in there. I will always be a loyal customer :)
Weve been customers of Zales for 15 years! My husband upgraded my wedding ring the other day and got an amazing ring for an amazing price! We get all our jewelry at zales and all are covered under their warranty. Weve never had a problem with getting any repairs done. We will not shop for jewelry anywhere else.
I have been buying fine jewelry from Zales for years. They have beautiful pieces and a large selection. The prices have gone up significantly through the years. This location used to be better. The service was slow. They had a big sign outside of the store advertising a collection I was interested in & when I asked about it, they were out of it. So, a little bit disappointing. The saleswoman was a nice older lady but, didnt seem too knowledgeable about the products. Zales good company, they should work on this location to make it a little better.
Great place. had a little issue due to a new employee for my wifes wedding band, delayed it a bit, but honestly the rest of the staff was so kind and helpful that it more than made up for it. Staff is personable and knowledgeable, just take your time and be patient, its worth it :)

Very slow customer service maybe they are under staff, only one lady there that was Latino was nice and attentive!
Staff is run of the mill, the problem is when you have to send off for repairs. They required a new setting at one of my inspections, and when it came back it had globs of extra metal on it. They had to send it back. Two weeks later a prong bent on my brand new setting. Took it in, they sent it off and it came back with a different prong bent! Super frustrating!

Got my perfect engagement ring here from my husband to be. Brought it in to be sized, went to pick it up, and never in my life have I experienced such a rude sales person. They first asked if we had gotten the email that it was done (mind you we had dropped it off 16 days ago and they said it would be ready in 10). When we said no, they tried to send us away, but my fiancé asked them to please check. It did happen to be in. So they were going to send me away without even checking when the ring was right in the drawer. This small blonde woman said, ya like I have all the time in the world when I asked if I could look in the microscope at my ring because I hadnt had the chance to do that yet and see the numbers on my diamond. My ring was just sent away to a place with hundreds of other rings and this woman gave me sass about wanting to make sure my diamond matched the paperwork!! My favorite part was when we were leaving and she said, see you guys soon to pick out your wedding bands. I will never purchase from them again with her attitude.
The customer service at this location has gone down. I went into the mall just for this store and Carla acted as if I was bothering her. Its sad but I guess good help his hard to find.

Salesperson(s) are not friendly at all. They do not care about the customer whatsoever and will often not know what you are talking about. They do not know their own inventory so it makes it hard to find anything.
Closed during business hours, very inconvenient.
The older lady is extremely slow and unaware of people In the store meanwhile another women associate Isabelle skipped me after I told her I was a service customer so that she could take potential sale. She was unprofessional to say the least. I believe Mike Manfree is the DM for this area and I highly suggest that there be some sort of customer service brush up class or etiquette for the ladies here, with the exception of Olga whom was kind and diligent given the circumstances. I will most definitely be shopping elsewhere after this.
