Great shopping experience. I bought my girlfriends engagement right here. It was the first piece of jewelry I had ever purchased so I was totally clueless on all of this. I had the pleasure today of stopping by NY Diamond Center for a cleaning of my jewelry and to purchase a few other items. We have been using this Diamond Center for over 25 years and they have never disappointed. We relocated from FL to GA just over 9 years ago and we still make the 7 hour drive because they are just that exceptional. They have always been amazing to us no matter if we are just buying something small or large. Well worth the trip!

My wife and I bought a diamond ring at a large chain diamond store. When the ring arrived, it needed to be sized 1/2 size larger.The large chain diamond store was going to charge us nearly $200 end it was going to take up to two weeks.I took the ring to New York Diamond center, where I had pleasant experiences in the past, and they sized our ring for about a quarter of the cost and it was ready the next day!I wish we had bought the ring here in the first place.These guys are seriously great.

NY Diamond is a great place to go if you want quality jewelry or just need to have something repaired or cleaned. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and arent into pressure selling you something you dont want or need. They take the time to listen to your needs and help you find exactly what you are looking for and they make sure that you are happy with your purchase before you leave the store. These guys are amazing! My rings are stunning and custom made! I showed them what I liked, they created images of what it would look like, made a 3D printed WAX ring for me to try on, and even set stones in the settings to see if I liked the size/color of the stones. They are quick and efficient and super friendly. The ring was actually probably CHEAPER than the normal stores and was exactly what I wanted. I can’t recommend them enough!

My family has been going to New York Diamond Center for about 20 years; first across the street on Southbound US 19, and now at their current location on Northbound US 19. We’ve bought many pieces here…rings, earrings, bracelets…and you really can’t beat the prices or the quality. Everyone is always open and friendly when you walk in, especially Patrick, who will take the time to sit down with you, discuss your options, and share his very experienced opinion.They have a large variety of jewelry on hand, as well as the ability to order anything you would desire. This was very helpful for my grandmother who was trying to find the perfect earrings for me for Christmas. I am very into minimal jewelry and can sometimes be very hard to buy for. Patrick was able to sit down with her and find the cutest ruby stud earring I have ever seen. They were the perfect size and color for my very picky tastes.They also offer custom jewelry services which we’ve taken advantage of. I went in there to get something fixed. Dylon is the person that helped and he was great. The jeweler did a great job fixing my chain. It was quick and the chain was repaired as we waited. We also spoke to Patrick and he gave us some good information on items we were looking at.

LOOKING FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT? THIS IS THE PLACE!!!! I originally planned to buy an engagement ring online but a friend suggested NY Diamond and Im more than grateful she did...I dealt mostly with Dylan who was very eager to help but not in a pushy sales guy way, he actually listened to what I was wanting and thoroughly explained my options! I decided on a customized design by Dylan(youd think itd cost a fortune BUT NO, fair prices and you get well more than what you pay for!) My Diamond center has some of the best customer service I have experienced. They have gone above and beyond in assisting us in finding the perfect pieces of jewelry, and always guarantee top quality! I purchased a bracelet for my wife and after a few weeks we brought it back because she wasn’t 100% happy. We received the full value of the bracelet towards another piece without a hassle or any questions asked.

Absolute BEST place to buy a diamond! I wanted to get my wife a nice diamond ring for our 25th anniversary. We looked all over the Tampa bay area & went to countless jewelry stores. We wanted a specific type of ring with specific requirements for the diamond. When we got to NY Diamond Center, we knew right away this place was above any we had visited. Andy helped us & he knew exactly what we were looking for. He ordered in some stones for us to choose from & found the perfect mounting. He is so knowledgeable & so very patient. Must warn you...once you go here you will never step foot in a mall jewelry store again. Patrick and Mario are fantastic to work with, making sure you get exactly what you want at the right price. They did fabulous work with my wifes custom engagement ring which started by picking the primary stones and then designing the ring around it. That was three years ago and we keep going back. If you ever wanted to feel like you have family in the jewelry business that you can trust will treat you fairly, this is the place!
