I love the customer service at this location the lady was so nice and the store manager was so helpful with the watch I purchased and with my JPR claim...She knows what she’s doing.I would highly recommend this store...Good customer service makes the drive worth it...

My boyfriend purchased a leVian diamond bracelet that had a loose clasp, so we brought it in to Kay to get it fixed. The sales associate Rachael helped us. extremely helpful and professional. Tim Collins helped my husband and I after a recent move to Florida. We had a couple issues with the insurance and the electronic vs paper format. Tim was so helpful in sorting it all out to make sure my wedding set could get sent out for repairs! He was so polite and friendly and so glad to have met him! Thank you Tim!
Great selection! My fiancé and I went in to buy our wedding bands and both workers were very helpful with no pressure which was highly appreciated. Will be back again for any future needs!
A young lady was very helpful when she assisted me by talking to me about an event they were having and reached out to tell me that they were able to provide certain requested diamonds that were available to provide in store that day.
Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!! Absolutely NO customer service, and they genuinely do not care about their customers no matter how many years, or items you have purchased from them. Much, much better jewley stores around for quality and customer service. I would have given 0 stars if I could!

Do not shop at this Kay. The lady with the fire red hair was so rude! My girlfriend and I went in there to buy her wedding band because he husband is over seas, the lady made fun of her for buying her own wedding band because her husband is stationed in Japan. The lady continued to correct my friend and gave us a price that was incorrect after we clearly asked her if that was the price “after everything” she said yes and then told us well ladies sorry it was more expensive you have to pay taxes. So rude.
If I was able to give this place a “0” I would. After being a returning customer for multiple occasion you think this place would respect you a little bit more but no. I went in to get my wedding band and was told a whole other story. They said they would order it and call me when they did so I would know it was actually coming in to the store. Now I have to call them because I have not received any information since I was last there. They told me Scott has called and emailed me which is a lie because the last email was from Dec. of 2018 and no missed calls. Now after getting on the phone with Sandy, I was told I needed to come in to put a deposit on a ring they were suppose to order for me to just try on since the style wasn’t in store. Why would you allow me to leave a week ago without putting a deposit on it????? Why did I get told first off that it was being ordered to make sure I like it before I bought it??? Bad service all around....honestly will never go back to buy anything from this company and sister companies..too bad I’m stuck with a lifetime warranty with you....
Shopping here all the time. Great product variety. Manager, assistant manager and other staff is very pleasant and professional. They always go an extra mile to assist you! Love this store and highly recommend to everyone!

Brought my Citizen Eco Drive watch in for minor repair.. Dropped it off Nov 18 and was told itd be ready for pickup Jan 2.. Here it is Jan 17th no call from anyone. So I stop by the store.. my watch is here but it looks like it did the day I dropped it off.. same markings noted on my work order receipt are still visible on the watch. Scratch on the crystal and a worn band. My wife bought the Ultimate Watch Plan so we could have it worry free.. Ive stood here for roughly 20 mins now waiting for who Im told is the manager (shes on the phone). Still counting... I have never experienced such piss poor service from any company.. waiting to see what their plan is to get my watch repaired in a timely manner. Please standby.... Ok.. 45 minutes later the outcome.. The original associate who wrote the repair is no longer with the company. I was given a choice: find a comparable watch in store or they can order an identical one and have it in 7 days.. I chose a new one. She also gave me my Ultimate Watch Plan on this watch as of today.. THAT IS HOW YOU PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! A+++++ company!!!

Ill never buy from Kay again I am so furious I have had to send out my fiance ring for repair so many times I lost count. With exception of the manager May who is really nice the rest of the staff is incompetant
After swearing off the three Kay Jewelers in Tampa, I decided to just try the Clearwater store, Jessica (the assistant manager) has definitely helped restore some of my hope for Key Jewelers. She is wonderful to work with, and is more concerned with helping a customer and their happiness, than the work it takes to make it happen.
I want to thank Tim Collins for having my ring fixed quickly because one of diamonds fell off when it was getting cleaned. I was treated with respect, and would highly recommend them.

We had a problem with a ring we purchased there and went there to get help. Instead of getting help, we got a bad attitude from the assistant manager. This guy was extremely arrogant and would not work with us.Considering the fact that we spent thousands of dollars in that store, his behavior was absolutely unacceptable. Just because of him, we will not shop there again.They really need to work on their customer service.
