NEW OWNERS DONT HAVE IT TOGETHER! Three weeks ago I contacted Big Frog to reorder shirts. I received a quote for the job and in a follow-up email was asked to verified my design requirements so the printing could move forward. After waiting three week and no shirts had arrived I contacted them for an update on when I could expect my delivery. I was informed that my order was never processed, no shirts ordered, no shirts printed and I needed to approve another quote. The email chain between us showed all past communications and they still didnt seen to get it. Worse yet, they really didnt seem to care!

Great service, quick turn around and the design and idea i had for the t-shirts came out as best as expected. With previous shirts lasting well over a year with the ink injected into the cloth; the design stayed visible through all use. I set up an appointment (due to Corona-19), and he was there right on time. This was my first order with them, and I couldnt be more pleased. He was very patient with me while I kept sending him different size images until we got the best one. He even went out of his way to call not one, but two places that he deals with regarding a specific question I had that he didnt know the exact answer to (he didnt want to guess). I just had shirts done there for my lawn care company. The service is great and my shirts look great. They do good work and and i got my shirts fast. I highly recommend having your work done by them.4 months later the hot season is over. The shirts I purchased from here held up great. Hot days, wet days and very sweaty days. These shirts and the prints look great. I will be coming here again for more shirts and to test out the other safety colors they offer. We got lime green this time and they are very eye catching and keep up safe from motorists and people have called for new business from driving by and seeing the shirt logos. Great service. Was down from out of town and needed shirt done at last minute. Called office told what I was needing and this was hour before they closed. Gentlemen had me email him what I wanted, and would let me know if can do or not. He responded right back and said I can do but shirt can only be in white. We just reordered shirts and they still had our art information in the computer, so reorder was super easy. They also do custom hats not an iron on patch they are embroidered. I like the fact that you can buy just one shirt if you want to do so. I could not find anyone else that would do this. More than that the quality of the shirt was great. The tall size was really tall. And the shirt did not SHRINK at all.

Was told the slow response to his email was because it’s busy TShirt season. If it’s busy, why is he already gone?!

Definitely the worst customer service experience. I was considering looking into the franchise but given how they treat their customers it would mean that their franchise owners are treated worse. Filled out their survey about their problems and gave positive suggestions on how to improve. No reply which means, not interested in what I had to say positive or negative.Going to push on my Social Media to other T-Shirt businesses in the Clearwater area. This is one to avoid.
