Thank you House if make believe! The Easter bunny costume was a hit! Kids loved the visit Easter morning, at our community egg hunt and the tourists in downtown Dunedin, really appreciated the appearance too. Everyone said how cute the face was and loved the matching hat, tie and vest. I will never order online, you have a costumer for life.

Its a little harder to find now, not visible from the street, but its still a wonderful family owned & operated business with an amazing collection of costumes and makeup for sale as well as costumes for rent.

Very nice lady who owns it. But 50 days ago put a deposit down. To have a costume made. Unfortunately now 4 days before the party. And nothing is ready. Now 24 hours before the party Im so glad I had a backup costume!

I was greeted immediately by an associate who offered to help me navigate the hundreds of costumes available. I had never been in the store--it was overwhelming! They offer sales, rental and custom alterations. Great prices.

Its a little crazy....its a little scattered....and its a lot of great. If you need a REAL costume, House of Make Believe is the ONLY place to go in Pinellas county. They have everything you need, and the staff goes to great lengths to help you put together the perfect look for your event. Theyll even do alterations to make sure you look great!

My boyfriend and I went here to buy masks for a masquerade formal we were going to for my community service organization. After searching all over town for weeks to find the right kind of masks, we stumbled upon this place the day of the event. Not only did they have the most beautiful masks that matched our outfits perfectly, they had many other beautiful costume pieces around the store as well. My boyfriend bought me a cute pair of angel wings to wear with my gown and they completed my look perfectly. I cant wait for Halloween or a costume party to come my way because this store is absolutely amazing. I was in awe from the moment I entered until the moment we left, and some of that awe-inspiring magic followed us that night at the dance- we were the best dressed there! I would highly recommend this place for any costume needs. They even had beautiful tiaras that would be perfect for a prom, sweet 16, or princess wedding!

I was Elvis for murder mystery NYE party and they were very helpful with the entire custom and accessories. From shoes, jewelry, wig, outfit, sunglasses. I rocked the party and would use them again the next time I need a custom.

The guy was knowledgeable about his inventory and was able to give some great suggestions to create the right costume. And they can do quick tailoring in the store to make sure the costumes fit correctly too.

These guys are awesome, I was in Clearwater Beach for a one night stay and 2 day convention. I needed a Pirate costume for a party the one night. I ordered the costume over the phone. Bernice delivered it to my hotel and I was ready to go. She picked it up the next day at the front desk, and it was all taken care of. Thank you House of Make Believe for the incredible and prompt customer service.

I have never even been here but my girl just sprayed me with the most awesome glitter spray Ive ever seen. And I am a huge cosplay artist. I cant believe there is a little store of awesomeness in Clearwater so close to my house and I havent found out about it...til now. Thank you! Ill be visiting soon!

I stopped by today (8/31/2018) looking for some Gasparilla-themed goodies. Turns out the store is relocating to a new address in the next couple of weeks. The new address provided to me by the associate is:2140 Range Road, Suite BClearwater, FL 33765In the next couple of weeks I would suggest giving them a call to see if the move has been completed before veturing over. Otherwise looks like they have a good selection and Ill be back as Halloween time gets closer!

Its sort of a costume shop/thrift store hybrid. A fairly large variety of costume elements, I just didnt find what I was looking for.
