Great place. Nice people. Was quicker than the post office

TL;DR: Ill never go to the city post office again because I get exceptional service in a timely manner at Bubbles, Wrap, and Send.Bubbles, Wrap and Send has been my go-to mailing location for around 10 years. When I walk into the store, I always feel like Im in a small town post office. I dont mail packages often, but when I walk into the store, Im generally greeted by name. Not only is she a constant friendly presence in the store, but service is always provided in a speedy manner. Even when theyre busy.Before my packages are mailed, Kris will always show me the different shipping options, and has even gone as far as repackaging my items into a smaller box to save me money or taping the packages more securely if my tape starts to lift. This personalized, friendly service is not the main reason I continue to use their services. The main reason is how fast and accurate the process is from the time I walk in to the time I leave. The city post office and dedicated UPS stores are painfully slow. Bubbles Wrap and Send definitely lower my stress levels by being friendly, speedy and accurate.Why am I writing all this after so many years? I was shocked to read a few negative reviews speaking of the exact opposite experience that Ive had for years. For example, one reviewer was unhappy that the store was closed. IMO, if you have a package that has to go out ASAP, and your local mom and pop post office is closed, you do have different options. To complain that a family run business closes because they want to spend time with their family is... silly.This is a great store with great people who run it.

The only place Ill go to send packages great customer service very friendly.

The lady that works there is really nice. She was nice to me on the phone and when I got there she helped me pack up my shipment.

Excellent Service. I take my packages only to Kris and have never had a bad experience. I have been in the store when people have been very demanding and requesting her to do things contradictory to what the postal service or UPS require and she has put the best interest of the customer first, patiently explaining why something is not recommended and what the outcome would be if she went through with their request. I for one want someone like this shipping my packages and helping me to make the best shipping decisions so I can be assured my packages will reach their destinations quickly and safely. She has even gone so far as to secure my packages more when she felt there was a chance my tape would not hold. Again, excellent customer service AND by shipping here you are supporting small businesses! Continue the great service Kris!!

Google lists this as “UPS Shipping Center” but the sign on the door says “we are not a UPS store’. They will not accept package returns to Amazon.

Stopped to mail a package was quoted $66. Seemed ridiculously high, so went to post office where I was charged $23. Then stopped back by this place to see why such a discrepancy in price? Lady was very short and said ok Im not going to pull it up we charge extra to handle packages here. And that was that. Be aware of outrageous upcharge here if your mailing out.

Shipped here for the first time today! Will definitely return. She was busy but took the time with each customer to make sure they were satisfied. You dont see that kind of service anymore.

Very friendly just dropped of my package and was a few sent short but the lady covered the cost and was more than happy to explain why it cost more than the stamps I had on there. Definitely coming back if I ever send things out again.

***UPDATE***This is an update to my 1-Star review. Since writing my last review this place has went out of their way to make my experience better each time i walk in the door.

This place rocks and the owners always help us out, we do a lot of shipping and dropping off every week and without fail they take care of us. Great Place...

I have been selling and shipping in the Clearwater area for about 11 years now. Out of all of the shipping outlets I have used, I would have to say my worst experience was here. I will leave my personal opinions out of this review and just state facts. I had 2 Amazon returns with pre-printed return labels already on the packages. The labels were printed a little too light for the scanner to read the barcodes but dark enough to read every word on the labels. Needless to say, the owner refused to manually type in the barcode information so I had to drive across town to another shipper. Apparently this particular location will not go up and above for their customers so nothing sets them apart from any other place else. Please don’t expect to get very far at this location if they have to do any type of work. I ship on average 12 to 15 packages a week and this company will never get my business or my recommendation.

I go here frequently as my drop off stop before I go home after a long day at work, the lady has always been very pleasant and smiling, after going all around town, this is my choice.

Called to ask a question and she told me she had to take care of her customers and hung up. I was a potential customer. VERY RUDE

There have several times I have gone there to ship something and they are closed even during their posted business hours. The owner says she does not trust anyone else to work at her store. Your customers cannot trust you are going to be open during posted business hours. Very frustrating to go there only to find they are closed.
