Lonnie hooked up our cards for Northeast High Schools 2018 graduation. It is our first graduation so we needed something simple yet clean. All of our communication was via email and yet the results were as impressive as if we met in person for a consultation. I am appreciative of the quick response and quality results. Awesome experience. I got 2 custom made magnets for my car advertising my company. Not only was I extremely vague and had a hard time pulling up my image, Ronnie(I believe, forgive me if wrong) was patient and called me on a late minute change due to my background. He was willing to send an email, but I told him I trusted his opinion and roll with it. 10 mins in shop, 2 hrs waiting, and I receive something that I couldnt have been happier with. These guys really opened the flood gates on my creativity on how to advertise my company!!

I contacted them to have some items printed. They emailed me back with a quote for the entire purchase, when I sent my employee to pick them up we were charged double. The manager didnt even attempt to resolve the issue and did absolutely nothing about it. No sense in trying to pursue it further since she made it clear that its a family business and Id be talking to her brother in law about my issue. When I told her we wont be using their services anymore she stated that there wasnt any other places in the area that printed that size, after doing a google search there are and i would even pay more for prints than go back to someone who doesnt care about keeping their customers happy. Very unprofessional, I would not recommend them to anyone.
