I have been ordering cookie cakes here for over 25 years and being treated rudely by the manager the last few visits and while ordering on phone.I honestly wouldn’t want my teenager working here at the store. It should be a party it should be Disney World. After all these years she should know my face and my name .I called corporate to get no response.

I will NEVER order from here ever again!!! 😡😡😡 I arrived an hour after my husband’s cookie cake was supposed to be ready for his 40th birthday party only to be told they’re busy and hadn’t even started it yet, and acted as if they couldn’t care less. I waited for 30 minutes while the cookie cake was being quickly decorated only to be handed something that looked nothing like what I’d ordered and looked like a kindergartner had drawn it. I was then given attitude by the decorator who refused to do anything to make it right. After driving 45 minutes to pick up the cookie cake, I drove 45 minutes back home in tears with nothing for my husband’s 40th birthday party. They also had fly paper between the cookies in the display case. Absolutely disgusting!!! NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!! 🤮🤮🤮

Amazing cookies which have barely any crumbs and its worth going to the mall where mine is located at just for one of the cookies. Great service and we only had to wait a few seconds to place our order and the employees are really nice.

My mom called yesterday to order a cake for my birthday and the guy on the phone says she cant order it because christmas is over he was extremely rude and said we can only order a valentines cake...and how they can only make seasonal cakes and how CHRISTMAS IS OVER...heres the deal guy people are calling to order cakes for special occasions whether they be happy or sad occasions, they are ordering cake for a reason and chose your shop to get one!....to treat people like that is uncalled for and we will never come here again because of this experience...i cant even believe this guy has a job. Thank you for ruining my birthday! I live in the rocky mountains and never get to have great american cookie company Im here visiting my home town and family and they wanted to get my favorite birthday cake for my birthday and this is what happens...I guess customer service is not part of their philosophy.

Every year for 21 years I have gotten my son a cookie cake. And will for as long as he will let me. So delicious and gone within hours.

Really rude employee. Got nasty with us when we inquired about the allergens, he has no clue and didnt even care. I said sorry and no thanks and he rolled his eyes. He had no problem selling something that could potentially kill someone, he was mad at me even after he knew we couldnt eat it.

Very disgusted at this location we are from out of state and our Great American Cookie closed and we were looking forward to a cookie. However the gentleman that was helping us was extremely rude and was irritated when asked where was his gloves. Needless to say my family didn’t eat here. I personally think as a healthcare professional during COVID-19 he should’ve had gloves on. It’s probably time for the general manager to intervene considering all the negative reviews.

The best cookies! My family and i visit this establishment about once a week for a sweet treat. The icing is to die for. I will be there tonight! Really looking forward to it. I dont remember that guys name who works there but he is always very patient and understanding with my kids and i.

We always have ordered cakes every year here for birthdays for about the last 15 + years. Today I spoke to Cathy on the phone she was very rude when I was ordering for a 21st birthday cake. I understand rules with companies but you need to explain to the customer in a nice way if you cant do what a customer wants. From her attitude it almost wants me to cancel the order. Only reason I put one star is because of how rude the conversation was for this time.

Ordered online the day before. Showed up, cookie cake ready and shown to me, looked great! couldnt be happier. Total time in store was 2 minutes
