Store falsely advertises curb side pickup. However, their email instructions say to park in a parking spot. If you dont break the law to park in their fire lane, they will open the doors, look left and right, and then go right back inside. Its a bit bait and switch, to be honest.

Advertised Epson printer was not in stock even though their website said they had three. None of the Office Depots had it in stock. Got it at Staples but paid $50.00 more. They get you one way or another. I never walk out of either store with that warm fuzzy feeling.
My printer stopped working. The trouble shooter could not determine the problem. I went to SquareTrade, the Allstate Company website which held the warranty. My receipt did not coincide with their instructions it was hard to determine register and store number (their voice recording stated everything was entered at the time of purchase but, I only saw the wrong name). I called the store and spoke with Trenton. He conveyed to just select 1 for the Register number...I did. Then I could not determine the store number. But, I asked when they closed and he said a time that was very soon. So, I said thank you and hung up. As I hustled to the store and entered (requesting him) I walked in and picked up another printer...he conveyed the printer I had was not the price indicated. He stated items in the store were in the wrong spot (he was next to me when I picked it up). I wanted a more affordable printer within the price point of the one I had (in case the warranty would provided a refund). He stated in a loud commanding voice ...we do not handle in store returns of Square Trade. I stated I wonder why I wasnt told that. He picked up my receipt and said the person who waited on you was Don Keys our store manager at the time, who no longer works here. He trained me and pointed to another associate as well. I KNOW he would have told you! I looked at him and stated but, you were not there at the time. He could have had a bad day. He directed me to call Square Trade. I did..the servicing agent (Mark) told me the warranty was(as I had seen) in the same wrong first name. I said knew someone who had that first name. But, he did not live in my city or state, and certainly had not purchased the item. Mark stated he was sorry for how I had been treated ...he would correct the first name. He requested I email him a copy of my receipt. As we were disconnecting I recalled and conveyed to Mark. The name of the manager Trenton chided me with accolades about ....his name was Don Keys. The name that had been typed in inaccurately on my warranty was Don (SAD). I can not recommend the service of the Office Depot. I will not go back to that store.

I walked into the Office Depot in Clearwater, FL and was greeted by a friendly face who immediately asked me if he could help me find something. I said yes, where are your mice. He walked me to them and I selected a pretty blue mouse, bought her and took her home. Very nice customer service, thank you Office Depot!
Went to 2 Office Depots yesterday. I needed ink for my printer. The 1st one had only a handful of Canon ink on the shelves, and only a few different types. It was very disappointing. I was here to return the incorrect ink that I had purchased the day prior. Nothing had changed overnight, the shelves were in the same shape. So on I go to another one down the road. (the one I am reviewing). This one was well stocked and 2 nice guys were were stocking even more. They had my ink, yea! I have been to this store multiple times and I am always impressed with how friendly everyone is (even at closing). The store is always clean and the shelves are neat and tidy . The employees did not rush me and did not approach to let me know they wanted me to hurry. When I paid the guy was friendly, checked prices for me, took my payment, and we even shared a few laughs. My only complaint, and this is for ALL STORES, is that they close ridiculously early on Sundays. Come on... If I wanted to be home at 6pm I wouldnt have gone out shopping! 😁

My husband bought me an executive chair for my computer desk as a birthday gift. Unfortunately he had a lot of trouble putting it together so he took it back, almost completely assembled. Great people, service is still what counts, had an old brother that died on me and had $300+ in unused toner. Brought them in looking to swap out the cartridges. Short story long, the manager accommodated me bought a sweet HP all in one and 4 refill cartridges. Got full credit for my unused Brother ones and walked out a continuing loyal customer. Tech is fungible, people are not!

This is a great place to ship packages. Theres never hardly a line and they have the exact FedEx and United States Postal Service prices with no markup. I always come here to ship everything

This has always been a great placw for supplies. After this last visit to get copies I will just go to the FedEx stores. That is faster and a little less money. They do not have enough help and only one terminal to run thumb drives for print projects.
This store has the rudest associates. No one ever says hello, they stare at you like you have 8 heads when asking a question. Not a fan of this store.
Great location with plenty of parking. They can be a little understaffed at times, so you may experience a bit of a wait if you need help. The employees are aware of this, and do their best once you have their attention.

I went in for a very simple copy. Brought my USB stick and everything... The lady in the copy center did the bare minimum helping me. She printed one picture out and it came out square, so I asked her if she could do that to all the pictures, and instead of going ahead and doing just that, she told me it would take too long...and just stared at me awkwardly. I didnt feel like pushing the issue so I just took what I ordered and left. Thats not customer service at its best... That was horrible. Clearly just didnt want to do the work.
Store Manager Ron helped me with my printer purchase. It was refreshing to work with someone who actually knew more about their products than I did! I left feeling like I got the best deal for my needs.

Veronica needs to work on her customer service skills and learn more about Fedex procedures. I was at the FedEx office for like 20 min. and she could not figure out how to ship my package . I ended up leaving with my package, and not shipping it.
In store pick-up was easyI did the 1 hour in store pick-up, got the email the order was ready, went to the store, and got my order. Easy-Peasy. And saved an extra $5.00 for ordering online.

Gone here a few times for printing and everyone is always helpful.Don’t ship anything with them though. This woman clearly didn’t know what she was doing and I asked a few times if she was sure about the weight of the package mattering because on the envelope it said “one rate, any weight” and she still weighed it, told me it was $15??? She even asked her coworker if she was doing it right and she agreed. 😑 but at this point I’m also frustrated with my child so I just pay it and don’t argue. It gets returned to me with a note that I owe another $15. I take it to the post office (where I should have gone in the first place) and he said they regularly get customers who tried to ship with Office Depot. Hey, we all learn lessons, mine is don’t ship with Office Depot.

Im a fan of Office Depot to begin with. I purchased a Toshiba laptop 3 months ago at the East Bay store and since moved a little further north. Big problems with laptop, Toshibas service is less than desirable. Brought laptop into Office Depot on 19 after getting it back from Toshiba. Rick the store manager was beyond awesome. He attempted to call Toshiba for a password I needed to get back into the computer. They has no idea. He ended up exchanging for a new laptop, did everything in his power to make it right got me. I am truly grateful for Ricks service.
Easy to get products printed and office supplies. Also while youre there you can run next-door and get your dog stuff to our pet.

I was charged $5.04 to fax three papers. A $2.00 charge because THE LINE WAS BUSY!! Yeah, I could totally see how the line being busy is totally my fault. Pure and simple greed. Congrats, you got a measly $2.00 in exchange for losing a customer for LIFE.
First of all, I rushed to this place before it closed to get ONE SHEET of printed logos, and the first thing this young employee girl said was,none of our managers are here and Im still new .Me: Well, can anyone else do it ? And she said No, theres a Walgreens down the street that can do it.Uhhh are you KIDDING ME ? no wonder Office Depot stores will start coming to a close; they dont know how to hire and train their employees ! Was she trying to brush me off because it was closing time ? Never will I go to this place again. I mean at least train your employees to have proper customer service and offer something in return or a solution . Simply pointing customers to other places is completely ridiculous and unprofessional . Again, NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE people! 😠😠

Stopped in today (3-31-17) looking for a new office chair, and a few small items. Put my small items in cart, tried out a bunch of chairs, after about 15 mintues, I walked up to cashier and asked for assistance. She said yes and spoke into headset asking for customer service in the chair department, while I saw 2 employees look over our direction when she said it. So I went and I sat in a few more chairs, circled around looking, after Litterally 10 minutes of waiting still no one came. I could visually see at least 5 employees in store. Counting myself, there were only 4 customers in the store, and none of them were occupying the time of the employees. So finally I left the store. Left my small items and left the store. I may have only spent about $150 but that is $150 that you lost for lack of customer service. I was ready to spend it, but no one was interested in helping me spend it.David MorganClearwater, Fl

I called the store inquiring about a chair which I had seen at another store. I was looking for one that was un assembled, still in box. I asked the woman who answered if she could check stock and gave her the item number. She placed me on hold for 10 min at which the line automatically disconnected. I called back and she said they had 1 on the floor and 1 still boxed. I rushed to the store to pick up the item to find that both were display models. I had no desire to purchase a display model chair, which is why I was ok with going out of my way to drive to a distant store to acquire a boxed one. The manager did not offer a fair deal on the display models and I left empty handed.
I called this location, before driving there to make sure they had a certain product I was looking for. The girl who I spoke with put me on hold twice to check for the item. She assured me that it was in stock before I had to drive there. I checked the location with her to make sure I was calling the right one. I arrive at the store 15 minutes later, just to find they DO NOT carry the product I needed. Convieniently, no one knew who I spoke to or where she might be! Clearly, this store is not educated in their product nor do they same to have compassion for their customers. Shame.
