Under new ownership/management, We will work diligently to turn this around. Thanks to all who give the repair shop another chance. We are now doing repair work for 1/2 the price of the competitors. Data recovery, VOIP server installs, Windows, Linux, and Mac.
Stay Away! $220 later for diagnosis and two parts cost and installation my computer had the same hardware issue the next day.Nothing he did fixed the issue it was brought in for.I called him to see if he would offer any solution to my cost of incorrect diagnosis and replacing un-needed parts and I was told it was my homes electrical issue and to bring it back in for more poor troubleshooting and replacement of more un-needed parts.Another computer repair shop identified the issue in 20 seconds and it had nothing to do with the 2 parts he diagnosed as bad.
First let me start by saying Im glad that theres a local computer store still surviving in this financial crisis, but someone needs to let this gentleman know that his customers are his first priority. Wanted to do business with him but he gave off a very bad vibe when I started to ask questions. He made me feel like I wasnt that important because I started with questions instead of buy his merchandise. He made me feel like I was wasting his time. So I thanked him very much for the information and went on to another computer store with excellentcustomer service and bought my items from them. Just a sidenote he does not carry any Macintosh or Apple products and if you ask him if he does he will give you a blank stare.

Terrible attitude, the owner is really abraisive and doesnt like to answer questions. He acts like he knows everything and youre stupid. Id rather spend more and go to a real computer store with new equipment. Youre not going to save much here anyway and you have to deal with somebody with a bad attitude.
