Had a broken charging port on my laptop and could not get it to charge at all. The laptop manufacturer told me it would be 500 dollars plus up to 8 weeks, and Id have to send it in for them to fix. OCSS had the laptop part ordered and repaired in just TWO weeks for a FRACTION of the cost. Thanks guys!!
Please, you need to read this: Come here first! These guys are smart, thorough, and competent. They fixed my totally trashed laptop in a very short amount of time and with constant communication. They reached out to me at every stage of the repair and worked with my schedule. The repair job is absolutely top-tier and Ive had full use of my laptop ever since. I went to two other shops before coming here, both of them ripped me off. I am so grateful to On-Site Computers for being the kind of company that believes in doing things right and professionally. Raymond diagnosed and repaired my computer, and had it back to me within 1 business day. He was knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He made suggestions for future upgrades. The cost was very reasonable. I will be using this company again.
I arrived at 3:10ish and there’s no one here, a note saying they are at a service call and will return shortly is taped to the door but looks as though it’s been there a while as it’s weathered from wind. I waited 15 or so minutes then had to leave to go home and use the restroom, thankfully I’m not far away. I promptly returned and waited an additional hour to no avail. They now close in 30 minutes and I haven’t see any employees come back. I am not sure if only having one staff member is normal practice but I was really hopeful to have my laptop fixed here based on all the good reviews. Should I get an opportunity to actually receive services I will update my review but in my opinion if there are operating hours then someone should be here to at least talk to/greet customers.
I generally never leave reviews because I am a bit lazy when it comes to that, but I had to take the time to leave a review - not just because they had asked me to, but because they went above and beyond to save my data, which I had thought was lost. They also upgraded my system to an SSD... whatever that is, but its like night and day now with my computer. When I turn it on, I no longer brew a pot of coffee - its literally on and ready for me to use in seconds and the responsiveness with use is lag free. Thank you guys - you not only saved me but made my life better as well. Worth every penny!
A friend recommended that I take my laptop to On-site. My laptop had over-heated and completely shut down. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and had my laptop fixed within 24 hours. I expected to pay double what my repair cost was from my experience with Best Buy. Plus, there was personal service, no appointment needed, no lines, no 2 week wait! I will definitely be a return customer and recommend On-site to others.

Long & short, my custom built system was on the blink. I needed help, and SOON! My go-to technician is 1200 miles away. So, what was I to do? Most articles will tell you that to find a good computer repair shop, ask a friend, because a referral from a friend is the best way to find a qualified technician. But I didnt have that option! I just moved to the area and knew no one.So I googled computer repair shops near me and quite a few came up in my search. After looking at the ratings and reading reviews, I narrowed it down to a list of three shops.I kept going back & forth among the three trying to glean more info to make my final decision.And this is the place I chose. Here is why: When I called the facility, Raymond answered the phone, PROMPTLY. I had a half dozen questions I wanted to ask him and he took the time to answer everyone. I explained to him what was going on and he suggested I bring the desktop to his shop so he could look at it, which I did.When I arrived, he greeted me in his lobby. Explained to me what he was going to do first to evaluate my system. Once he determined the issue(s), he called me so I COULD TELL HIM want I wanted to do. And what a great way to run a business! ASK THE CUSTOMER WHAT THEY WANT!Long and short of it, he repaired my computer, got it up & running in no time. Jeff built a computer for us in record time; and its GREAT.His price was very reasonable and he gave us recommendations on what and how we should move forward.Jeff was able to help us through a question by quickly diagnosing our confusion and giving us a quick and easy solution. Not worth it... I paid to have in home service to have my network setup securely as I work from home. I was told to take my router to spectrum and exchange it then I would have a “new” network, these guys truly dropped the ball, I paid almost 400$ For NOTHING! As a cyber tech professional myself, I’m way too busy and travel a lot therefore I have no time to tinker around which is WHY I PAID JASON TO HOOK ME UP! Didn’t happen very disappointed. Save your money go elsewhere. I’m not one to complain but this really upset me...

I have been using On-site Computer for several years. My experience has always been outstanding. They are excellent in diagnosing problems and resolving the most difficult issues. I have found all the staff working at On-Site to be extremely competent and very honest. If you are quoted on a turn-a-around date for your computer to be ready, On-site will have it ready. On-site, in my opinion, has the best rates and will stand behind their work. I would highly recommend On-site Computer.
Prompt service. I was frustrated with my printer...called Raymond he was very polite and stopped by the house after he was finished working at the shop. I took my computer to the new Largo shop and told him keyboard was not working. He called me the next day and said it would be $200 for the keyboard and I thought that was more than the computer was worth and I would pick it up the next day. I was very surprised when he charged me $60 to do nothing. Just make sure you get the price for everything up front. I wont go back there again.
I looked for a computer repair service as my main personal and work PC was broken. The tech Raymond was amazing, extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful in explaining things. I delivered my computer and with in 2 hours I had a call back explaining the problem and the solution,and then came back in to pick up the computer. Simple, fast, and quality work. 10/16/17

Geek Squad couldnt get to me for 4 days and was $150 Jason at this location fixed my computer completely from the black screen of death to fully functional after a $60 analysis...computer was returned within 72 hours with every original email from 8 years ago that I had saved these folks are miracle workers I highly recommend them

I just picked up my iMac computer from on-Site computer service.The technician, Jeff Hamilton was so completely thorough in showing me the solutions to the many problems I had with my computer as well as what to do in the future when similar problems ever show up again .I have to say that after several visits to the APPLE GENIUS BAR at the Apple store with NO resolution of the problems, I became very frustrated with Apple as a company until I brought my 3 year old iMac to On-Site computer service and met Jeff Hamilton.Congratulations on having such competent and delightful technicians to service my computer.Thank you again .Bill Adam

This place is a joke they told me that my computer needed a new hard drive and told me whichOne to buy. So I purchased the one they told me to only to have them tell me that they made a mistake and it wouldn’t work on my computer. Then I purchased a deal they had on Groupon which was 120 dollars worth of service for 59 dollars. So after they told me they didn’t know how to fix my computer they then refused to let me use my Groupon. They claimed it wasn’t for diagnostic work only tune ups but nowhere on the deal did it say that so beware go somewhere else save yourself a lot of trouble.
