Stopped in after trying to hunt down a switch for .u sons birthday and the shop was great. Obviously lots of games but all the employees had a bright welcoming personality. They offered help in games I might enjoy and overall very polite and charismatic. Its further than my normal GameStop but its now gunna be my go to. Thanks for all the help today guys.

This place is like home to me I remember coming here as a kid testing out the new games and seeing all the cool games I hadn’t seen yet.Even when i became homeless and had no money I would walk here because I always felt safe here Its where I bought my ps2 from something that gave me comfort in a really bad time of my life.I appreciate this store a lot.

This store is absolutely awful. I had a completely ridiculous experience today. The associates are not knowledgeable whatsoever. Associate proceeded to tell me there was only a digital version of a game I wanted to buy as a gift, no physical copy. I trusted him and bought the digital. On my way out I decided to look at the shelf and confirm this. Turns out there was a physical version. I went to the counter to exchange and was told I cannot change it out as the digital sale is final. Its a no wonder this companys stock is crashing. They cant even treat customers properly, the only thing that could keep them in business. Needless to say, just stay away from this awful place. Youll be more knowledgeable after 2 minutes online.

Its not the highest quality (upkeep and cleanliness) one of the staff members wasnt wearing a mask (the manager) but everyone was helpful and very nice

This is my favorite Gamestop around, I drive past two other Gamestops just to go to this one. The employees are as nice as they can be, Lee is always friendly and ready to help with any questions. I will continue to visit this one as long as I can.

This is my go to gamestop since it’s close to where I live, it’s a smaller one than others around but the staff are great.

Went in there twice with my husband and child. They told us to get out that we can’t be in there. Wish I could give you no stars. Very rude employees and won’t let me or my family in. How pathetic. And this is why y’all are going to go out of business..

This was my first visit to Game Stop. Employee was extremely helpful. I do wish they had more of a selection for the Wii and I wished they also carried the original console & games for Super Nintendo, as that was my favorite system. Since I am cutting the cable cord & signing up for Hulu $7.99 package, I needed the charger & rechargeable batteries. I was happy to get a brand new double charger & 2 rechargeable batteries all in 1 box at a great price. I would definitely recommend them to others. 😀💿🎧🎮📺😀

Went in to “shop around” for my 8-year-old son and maybe get him a game or toy if he found something he liked. Upon entering the store, there was a table that had a huge sign that read “Holiday Sale” 40% off for everything on the table- board games, a few Xbox and PS4 games were on it, etc. Found a ‘Stranger Things’ monopoly board game and was so excited. After taking it to the register, the employee tells me that it is no longer on sale and is back to its normal price of $39.99. So I asked - if it was not on sale any longer why were there still items on the holiday sale table-and the sign still up....? His response was that “the sale must have just ended”. I asked if a manager would give us the sale price since it was still sitting there advertised that way.....his response...he was the manager and there was nothing he could do. Disappointed and aggravated that they would not honor the “sale” for the items on the table when it was clearly displayed that way. My daughter then found a $54 PS4 game that was on sale for $24.99 and he informs us that yes, that game was on sale. However, it was the last night for the sale and they didn’t have any in stock so “If I wanted it- I could hurry over to the next closest GameStop to get it because they closed in 15 minutes”. Will not ever shop at that GameStop again.

Pretty much the coolest folks on the planet. Always have time to chat and give honest opinions about games and systems. In the age of flash sales and digital downloads its this kind of customer service that keeps brick and mortar companies open.

All in all its a gamestop like any other, but Ive been in multiple times and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They know what they are talking about and give their opinions and stories of games they like or dont like.

I purchased a pre-owned Xbox One S. The system was faulty. I returned it for another system. The system I traded it for had a busted trigger on the controller. I did not even bother going back to try to get my money for the busted controller because of all the time I already wasted with this company. Lesson learned: Never ever buy used electronics. And especially dont pay nearly full price for an inferior piece of equipment. Buy new and forget the troubles of dealing with junk. I rated it 2 stars because their games are maybe half off. Other than that, their new off brand controllers are garbage too. What a waste of money. This place is for ignorant young people who like wasting their money. Buy online. Buy new. And Screw GameStop. Ha!

Went in for an Xbox one controller I knew what I wanted . The Employee told me the one I wanted was Ugly and tried forcing me to buy what he liked. On top of that I knew more about the controller then the employee. I knew it had the grips on it and he keep telling me it didnt I was Right ! Bottom line is Dont force customers to buy what U like. Ill never go back there terrible service . For the future Learn alot more about the products your selling and dont treat and talk to customers like this Man did .

Store sucks, made a phone call to make sure the store wasnt closed. when I got there they closed early, and the asian guy refused to let me return my game with the receipt much less talk to me. he had a little attitude and made me never wish to come back to this store

It seems that every time I call this location, there’s new reps but the attitude & lack of work ethic remain. I can never call to get information because the reps can never multi task. They complain over the phone that they have a lot of work to do and they’re busy, but I’ve seen worst retail environments, even Starbucks, and they’re able to multitask and answering phones isn’t even part of their job duties. Stop hiring young kids that can’t handle the environment and get some adults.

Andy, the assistant manager, is a serious asset to gamestop and their future as a company. Policies exist to protect the company as a whole, and managers exist to apply good judgement to engender a good relationship with the customer. Some gamestops are managed by people who dont know when to apply judgement and when too stick to policy. When you have a loyal customer with four trade ins all sporting gamestop preowned stickers.... looking to pre-order an Xbox one.....it is a no brainer. Thank you guys!

Been going to this gamestop for over 3 years now. This store has done nothing but go downhill. All they do is keep changing management and the new schmucks in here dont know what the hell they are doing. You ask a question and they look at you like your from another world and dont know what your talking about. Asked the manager last week if they were going to have a midnight release last night and he told me yeah we will start processing orders at 9 or 10 oclock on monday. Got there last night and it was a ghost town. Way to keep your customers happy and informed you dousche. We need the management back that knew how to run a store.

Stopped in to buy a game. The store has a large selection of games. There were 2 employees working and neither ever greeted us or asked if we needed help. We were the only customers in the store. So, I went online, ordered the game from Amazon and left.
