They always have a ton of new stuff, theres too many things to name off, from clothing to make up and everything in-between. They always have a good sale going on thats for sure and who am I to turn down a sale😇!!!♡♡♡

I’ve been coming to this store for as long as I can remember and I love it to death. I was in a few days ago and the associates I spoke to were very friendly and seemed to be good friends themselves which is always nice to see, it really shows that the staff is there for more than just a paycheck. Their names were Halie and Aaron and my cashier was very friendly too, he wrote his name on the receipt but I lost it. I think his name was Christian. Great products, great deals, great staff. Will certainly be coming back as soon as my bank account allows me to!

This salon is located in the store, on the lower level closest to Main Street (580) in Countryside Mall. The store itself is still very well stocked. The salon has fabulous potential accept for questionable items that appeared to be visibly unsanitary. The trash can very close to the massage table looked like it had been vomited on. The drain in the foot basin of the pedicure chair had a residue around it and visible residual of something poured. The visual experience made the return visit almost undesirable. But, I, genuinely appreciate my stylist JC, who is new to the store. But, fortunately/unfortunately my next appointment was system confirmed. Yet, on arrival I was told sorry .. stylist has a class today. SAD

I had my hair done by James! Hes the greatest! Love my hair. Also went shopping and ended up with 11 tops and 6 pair of capris. What a deal for $200.

Great experience they helped me out held some clothing for me that I couldnt find anywhere else. The woman who waited on me was very nice.

The photo studio is very hot. While taking pictures we had to leave room to get fresh air. Not a good,environment for picture taking.

Sephora I had the Sweetest girl help me with everything I wanted. Spent a little over $1000 on perfume and spent that much because I was scammed over the phone and almost went for it but I had these 2 Sephora gift cards and they wouldnt give me my money back the cooperation is who I spoke to. That was my rent money now I have no rent for this month. Walgreens and these people should reimburse your money if you have proof and I had proof.

JCP personnel very nice and helpful. They were pleasant and assisted with a merchandise issue. However, Their ladies restroom was terrible... dirty, no toilet tissue, floor littered with paper. Very disappointing.

Good deals everything on sale get it while its hot

Put a bathing suit on hold. Went back to purchase. Signs were all over swimwear racks saying 50% off. When I went to check out they refused to honor it. They said the swimsuit was a return and therefore, did not qualify for the discount. Was a diffrrent brand than on various signs. They said it was the only one of that brand on the rack so had been misplaced, but they didnt carry the brand. Wont be returning to the store. Misleading advertising.

Just a great all around place to shop for clothes as well as jewelry. Grabbed a watch for our anniversary (3rd, leather) a lot to choose from and always a good price.

If I could do zero stars I would. They need to put more attention to prices so they dont end up misleading customers due to a price falling into a certain sale range and then it turns out to be at a higher sale price. Ruined mothers day gift for me so not very happy with them.

Sephora jcpenney is a mess. The staff was nice but the overall store is beyond unorganized. The AC must have been broken because it felt warm and muggy.

Only one entrance open, causing that parking lot to be over filled. Only 1 register open on each floor on a Saturday afternoon resulting in lines that wrap around the stores perimeter. If I didnt have a return, I would not buy anything!

This store is a nightmare. No Sales help..anywhere. Very incompetent staffing...Went back to Pennys again...there was no Help anywhere..needed to buy Ladies Sandals..there was NO ONE in the whole Dept. to help. I left..bought Nothing... PENNYS is a waste..no Quality clothing either!!!

JC Penney has so many awesome things in their store from clothes to toys to home furniture n deco etc. Prices are great with markdowns + 30-60% off clearance itemsAlways my Go-to store for birthday gifts, all holiday markdowns etc.

I love this JCP and Gionni is hands down the most attentive associate they have. Not only did he remember me from my trip in 2 months prior, he asked how things were going with my new job. Team members like him are what makes this location stand out and will always be my go to store.

Good size store with a great selection - we were looking at curtains and they had plenty of options to choose from. I usually prefer to see and touch curtains/sheers before buying them online since they can be quite different from what they look like on screen. Staff helpful and pleasant.

I enjoy shopping at JC Penney. I always find a cute too or clothes for my kids / husband at a decent price! Plus if you join their rewards program, you get perks like cash off your purchases!

Great fine jewelry department. I recommend you ask for Tracy. Very helpful, Very knowledgeable about pretty much everything in the store. As long as you treat her with respect she will go above and beyond to help you in any way she can.

When there are sales you can get a little for your buck. Only problem is it seems no one works there.

Staff was helpful, big and tall section being placed by the drapery area is concerning though.

Its no wonder theyre company is going under. I dont know about anybody else but I always have trouble with their website. It always freezes while Im trying to order. My last order the website decided I was finished with my order and decided to send it through in the middle of my order and then just turned off. Then it sends me an email saying my order has shipped 2 days later. Which would be been fine if it wasnt sent to an old address of which I have no clue who its going to. So I notify the company thru phone and emails. Apparently its against their policy to change addresses or cancel orders after shipment. So Ive spent 80 something to go to some other family. Merry Christmas. No longer stealing my money. Goodbye J C. Ill be at zappos. Thanks for nothing.

Great store lots of items. Fair prices. The problem is nobody works there. They have one register on the second floor and one register on the first floor. The line has at least 14 people waiting to check out with the one cashier. This was both on the first floor and second floor. With social distancing the line went from one side of the store to the other. The staff is very friendly and apologetic for the long waits. Actually one staff member told me it was like this even before the pandemic. They need to hire more people and open more registers.I hope its not because theyre thinking about closing this store also and have large layoffs.

Only complaint is that they could use more people on the floor but overall it has a decent selection and is tidy.

J.C.Penny, is a favorite of mine and my family. The quality of clothes is amazing, for the dollar you pay and get top of the line. Suits for work are great play clothes for the kids very pretty and good quality as well. If u hit them when having a sale ur going to be so happy. The linens are Wonderful pretty smart all different styles and colors. Matching a bedroom with a bathroom u will get it here. I have never been unsatisfied with any of my purchases. So I say 5*s great shopping also catalog has everything u dont see in the store. Many years ago Myself and my Mom use to purchase my school clothes and new bedroom decorations together. My daughter and I do it together today. Family Tradition

Clean store! Nice people

This store has always seemed disorganized, cluttered in some sections and dirty. They revamped some parts in the last 2 years, which look good,, but overall it still seems dated and boring. There seems to be merchandise left from last winter, which is now marked down to fantastic prices. This is an anchor store in a Mall and they had no bathrooms available, which was not the case with the other anchor stores.

They didnt have my size, so they ordered what I needed. No delivery fees. Very nice new clerk and a helpful manager. Thank you!

They have a decent big and tall section

First time I ever have shopped in this particular location. Nice store located in the Countryside area of Clearwater. Clean, neat with wide aisles. Interesting polished concrete floors. Not tons of Clerks around however when I needed help finding where items were located I found a Clerk fast who took the initiative to walk me to the items. Found some great deals in Big and Tall.

Love their clothes but would appreciate a dressing room without walking to the other side of the store.

The only place i can get jeans to fit. I am the person who has to try on cause of weightloss. So i love Penneys, one of the last great department stores of America. Quick hint from the inside. They are stocking the shelves heavy for black friday. Yes they are running black Friday all month but on black Friday the biggest savings will be in the store starting at 6am. Most items up to and some over 70% off! Limited number of people allowed at a time, face mask and social distancing requirements in place which means there will be alot of savingz and great merchandise!

Amazing deals!

Its a shame to see how much this store is spiraling down. Only 1 checkout on the second floor (unless you count the jewelry dept). But dont try to use the coupon on you phone there since the scanner wont reach and they cant touch your phone. Prices rang up higher then the sign on the merchandise and once its rung up they wont do anything about it. I did most of my Christmas shopping there last year. Wont be doing that this year.

Unorganized no customer service. Practically had to beg them to check me out and take my cash. Spent over 100$.
