I needed a birthday present quickly. I ran in,got the pair of shoes and got on my way no problem. Great selection clean stores and helpful employees made this a great experience.

This is one of the biggest shoe store but if you go to Journeys or shoe carnival you can find cheaper sneakers I love sneakers my kids too we collect air forces and converse but there cheaper prices when theres five in a family theres always sales I suggest shoe carnival right now they have coupons every week now.

Had the best visit there, my niece needed a particular sneaker and none other would do. On entering the girl working there was the best help ever made my nieces night perfect. Thank you

The minute that I entered the store the salesperson that work there which were two of them were helpful and very polite. I explained the trouble I have with shoes and immediately the salesperson behind the register showed me what she wears on her feet for long hours. Because I work within the medical environment that was what I needed to hear her experience with the shoes that she bought at foot locker. I bought a pair of sneakers and I wore it to work today with no problem. The sneakers supported my feet for more than 8 hours it was a good pair of sneakers that she recommended and I so thank them for their service!

Worst customer service ever. Went in to get a pair of shoes, was never asked if I needed any help finding what I was looking for, when I asked if they had a pair of sneakers in they simply told me no and then ignored me. I was not asked if I wanted to order online or if there was anything else they could help me with. Most unprofessional shoe store. Not only did they lose a sell but a customer forever.To clarify as well, the shoes I was looking for are only sold at Footlocker and Finishline

They are jerks!!! Me and my dad walked in and looked at some shoes and they started yelling at us from the back of the store, “what size you want, but we know you’re going to just order it online anyway” they kept yelling the same thing at us and tried to make us feel uncomfortable so we leave. That just what we did. I’ll shop online from know on.

It can be disorganized at times, with shelves feeling like they were hurriedly arranged without a system or order. I guess most Foot Lockers operate this way, but other shoe retailers at the mall generally do a better job

The store is setup good. The service was awesome. The shopkeeper clearly explained to us the sale details. When we enquired about a shoe that we liked which was priced $70, she said if you saw it lesser somewhere else, she could give us a pricematch. Then we told her we saw it in the other oot locker showroom with a lower price. Then she enquired the other store immediately and gave us a price match. We got the shoe we liked or $49 in the end. Loved the whole experience. The collection o shoes are also much better than other shops we wandered across. My wife was very happy
