Had the best experience in any sneaker store here. Deanna helped us and she was awesome. Helpful, fast and great customer service. She was helping like 10 people at once and was on top of everything. We got the shoes we were looking for and Im happy. I will def come back here when I need sneakers again.

The staffs were so rude to the customers. They judged everyone who walked through the door, from head to toe. I guess if you are not hype enough or appear to be rich, they wont serve you. BAD customer service. They will laugh and ignore you, I swear to you that I could hear them gossip me while I walk around the store. They did not even care to ask any customers in the store for help or assistant.

I went to this place yesterday and I was wearing a formal shoes. These staff working in this store was looking at me and laughed. They were looking at my shoes and laughing, just because I was not wearing a pair of sneakers? I felt offended, because I was there to buy a pair of shoes for me and my son and these staff just ruined my day!! Have been buying shoes in this store couple time, and yesterday will be the last time I come to this store. Just let you guys know, I collecting shoes too, I came here couple times and had chance to share my passion with Alex the manager, he was friendly enough to talk with. The staff were not even bother to come to ask me if I need help or have any question, that was awful to be honest.

I ordered shoes May 3 and was supposed to get them in six business days. It has now been over a week (now May 11). Tracking the shoes on the website is impossible. My shoes are currently missing with the delivery date now unavailable. When I bought the shoes in the store they had to be shipped because they were not kept in stock. I signed up to be a VIP member but never got a confirmation email. The only email I got was from UPS about my package. No one can tell me where the shoes that I paid for are.

When I returned an item using my debit card. The money wasnt put back. They charged even more money as if I bought it again. Had to go through a heck of phone calls with them and the bank.And a three packs of the sock I bought. They forgot to remove the magnetic tag and I found out when I left the country and just had to throw the socks away.Terrible place and careless people.

Has a variety of show brands. Nice laid out for your viewing in the middle. I like that a little more than on a wall on the sides. The prices arent as good as foot locker. Also has a good selection of apparels from Nike, addidas, and others.

The Staff were very friendly and helpful in finding the things we were shopping for. Store was clean and organized without merchandise everywhere out of place.

Friendly staff, had good deals on shorts and hats. No complaints here.

I apreciate the staff at this location. Alex the manager went out his way beyond his call of duty to resolve a issue i had with another store giving me two mismatched size shoes. I thank you Alex and I will be a loyal customer to this location because of you.

Ever in my life have Ive been treated so unfairly.. The manager Spet was one rudely little boy.. with him stating you people do this all the time, with me trying to return my shirt, YOU PEOPLE?? But it dont stop here with this review, it will continue..

Staff was rude and the wait time to try on a pair is horrible. Asked a worker if I could try on a pair of EQTs, he went to go get them and came out and acted like I wasnt there. He then asks me again what I needed help with. Went again to get shoes, got them, then placed them on the countet and left. I asked about the shoes and he said Oh here. Gave me the pair then left. Trash representation of Champs. Went later to buy the same shoes for a cheaper price at Footlocker.

Customer care is pathetic. Told her exactly what I needed from a shoe and she knew nothing. Just pointed to a shelf and said there is where we keep Nike. Left immediately and purchased shoes from Foot Locker.

I was inside the store for 15 minutes looking st socks and shoes and at least 4 different people walked around me to go mingle between them and never once asked me if I needed help. I ended up spending $200 at Finish Line.

Just walked into the Westfield Countryside Mall Champs in Florida and have never been so rude to before in my life. All I did was ask a sales associate, Justin, if they had any Cleveland Indians gear. His response was no and even if we did we would have thrown them out. I said thanks as he continues to yell at us as we were leaving have fun losing the world series. A simple no sorry would have done. We took our business to Foot Locker. Never again will I take my business to Champs. Lost alot of money not only for not carring anything relating to a team thats merchandise is expensive currently for going into the world series but also and mainly for having such a rude, unhelpful, and offensive worker. As all the other associates just watch him run his mouth. Great representative for a corporate company.

Three people working and were just talking to each other ignoring all customers. No sales for them.

These reviews hit the nail om the head. They need to close this location. Went in to buy some shoes and they are very very rude. Even the manager was bad. This is a prime example of children running a store.
