Good variety of casual clothing, shoes and accessories! The housewares section is small but I have found dish towels. I also was able to find nice rugs for my kitchen and bathroom! Friendly, courteous, and helpful associates! I was able to purchase nice childrens PJs on line for my great-granddaughters! I love Bealls and have shopped with the company for many years!

Great service in this store. Started with Jackson on the floor who was so helpful, then Deb at the front made sure she found absolutely every discount she could find for me. Took so much time with me! And sweet Gayle who went all the way to the back of the store to check on price confusion for me. What a great staff! And love the discounts Bealls offers for sure. I simply cannot find Ryka shoes any other place than Bealls and its the only shoe I can wear. Love when they are on sale, then more discounts on top of that! Well done crew :)

Tuesday is my favorite day to check out all of Bealls unique finds, because you receive the extra 10% off. I come from the North where there arent any Bealls.I really wish I would have remembered the helpful clerk who helped me. What a breath of fresh air to have great customer service.

Very difficult to find specific types of clothing, everything is mixed in. Im not sure why this store is even open. The Bealls in Oldsmar is much easier to navigate.

Nice and clean. Employees were very nice. A bit expensive on some things but had lots of clearance items.

Wow what a surprize they purge your card info after 7 mos. You have to reapply!!! What is this? Then all their registers werent working properly to even use peoples debit or credit cards. No apologies for the inconvenience to 3 of us customers at the registers. Alot of time wasted trying to check out!!! Fix your Beals systems!!!

First time here and loved the variety

Indeed if I could give them negative 100 stars I would. My mother lives close by and when I visit her I come here otherwise I wouldnt. Still the same standoffish and what appear like frightened staff that cast judgemental glances your way and do not offer assistance but instead look at you as if though your supposed to open the conversation first and if you didnt know that fact youd know it when they walk by you feigning interest in some far off distant rack or area of the store and your left feeling like proverbial dog excrement not only from the withering stares but from the sheer embarrassment that you just want to pick up any item n checkout because you feel as if though people want you to hurry up and leave the store.

Wish that I could give a no star. My wife and I just left the store and we noticed that all the while we were walking threw the store. Not one staff spoke to us, acknowledge us or ask can they help with anything, but what we did notice. Is that anyone that looks like them. They greeted and spoke to. It wasn’t till we were leaving that this one nice lady of color spoke and said for us to have a nice day. I guess that Clearwater Florida is too damn good for my money....

This is a new Bealls Florida store. First time at this one. Looking for a Halloween shirt for my 90 yo MIL. Nice layout. Woman at register could be a tad more pleasant, otherwise great visit. Had just what we were looking for.

Great brands and good sales

I like Bealls and similar stores especially the Clearance racks. I love digging for a deal! On 11/5 I went into this particular store and found it extremely neat and tidy, it almost looked like a model of how stores should look or at least theirs. Sadly I found the loss prevention employee to be overbearing.. Admittedly he did his job as far as deterrence, every time I turned around he was near me.. Very close. I understand loss prevention.. When it happens we all suffer.. Prices go up and employees get cut. Now I admit I went in looking a mess with dirt caked onto my shorts n sneakers straight from the labor pool working and digging holes all day in St Pete so admittedly I probably looked out of place.. I also had a backpack full of my things so I get how I might come across.Still I believe some discretion should have been observed, LP could have surveyed from a distance so that a paying customer wouldnt have felt unwelcome.Thank you!

Great customer service

Staff isnt helpful. They always have so many employees but youre on your own if you have questions. I asked them if a certain item was on sale and instead of checking for me they said I dont think so. It wasnt until I checked out that we found out. I suggested a pair of boardshorts to my coworker and he went to the front to ask for help locating them and I told him the brand was Maori they told him they dont have them without even getting up to check. He later on found them himself. Another time I did an online order but it was taking so long to ship to the store so I went to this location to see if they had it in stock and they did. They wouldnt fulfill my order, told me I had to wait for the identical item to arrive and because it was time sensitive I decided to just buy it and they didnt match my online price. Such good prices but its not enjoyable to shop here at all.

Its a nice store, but I find most items a little pricey. They had some sections with 70% off, beautiful items. They have a large beach themed decor collection. I will go back and look for their awesome deals. Almost forgot, they wrap gifts for free, so convenient.

I couldnt shop today with my 2 year old, they expect you to carry them because they have their seats locked so babies cant sit. Yeah I left I couldnt do that with a 2 year old.

Bought a pair of gym shoes- -- it came to $24.99, but I was told my $10.00 off $25,00 coupon could not be honored since I was 1 penny short of $25.00!!!! This has never happened in other large stores I have shopped at before! The cashier stated that I would have to purchase something else! It just so happened that there were bottles of water by the register for $1.25 and that would bring my total amount over $25.00!! I wanted the gym shoes, so I bought the water!!

I came to this store thinking it was a discount store like TJ Maxx or Burlington. I was wrong. While there was plenty of things marked 50% off, the prices were jacked up dramatically. As an example, I needed a pair of plain black dress slacks for work. Normally, Id expect to pay 40$ or so. At Bealls, they were 95$, but 50% off. So I paid 48$ for slacks that shouldve been 40$, but they make you feel like you got a deal! Its a little misleading and I believe its done on purpose. I would not recommend them to friends and family. Stick to Burlington.

Once I finally got served it was a pleasure but not enough staff at the counter and the lady on the counter was having trouble with some demanding guests and she didnt call for help until 3 guests had to start ranting until she finally got help. By then there were 6 people in line. 2 had walked out. I was happy with my purchase after being able to use coupons and an additional 30% off for signing up for the Bells card. I will try and go back. Hope the service was just a 1 off.

This store is way too expensive for all of the ugly clothes and cheap products that they sell at this place. Its clear the employees dont care as the store is disorganized and no one is taking care of the merchandise.

This Beall’s is hidden away, and once discovered, should be crowded with shoppers! The staff is friendly and helpful, like other Beall’s I frequent. I came here, out of my way, because of the gracious young woman on the phone who looked for and found a tee shirt I needed for my husband. I had purchased a large in Oldsmar, and it was too snug for my husband. I checked Hudson while visiting a friend, and when they didn’t have it, they called New Port RIchey & I called Palm Harbor. No luck. Later I called this Beall’s and they had it.Before ringing up my exchange, I checked out the store: bright, clean, and nice displays. I loved wandering the aisles, discovering bargains and finding new things to add to my wanted list.When I checked out, my previous purchase was $2 more - my tee was now on sale! But it was an even exchange. I could have returned it, gotten my $8 back. Then bought the shirt for $6. But I would have had to fInd one on the rack. Too much trouble, and I save so much usually, with sales & extra bucks, that it was fine.

Love Bealls, and although this Clearwater location is fairly new, the store is very nice but smaller than the Oldsmar store. With some limited space, their stock is also more limited.They have plenty of styles and sizes in their more specialized brands...Reel Legends, Boca, Salt Life, etc, but less to choose from in other name brands. But still a decent selection, and always sales, coupons, and great prices.Gotta love Bealls!
