She is super sweet and can assist you with literally anything in the store).Also!!!! Their selection is impeccable. I love their selection of American glass brands. Huge plus is their unique and huge range of products. I purchased a puff Coco peak pro from straight pipes approximately three months ago have not had any problems until recently which was my own user error I called several different Shops in the area Who also sell similar products.How do three or four that I called prior to returning to straight pipes in vapes none of them had any information I’m how to repair my puffco peak pro issues. Upon calling straight pipes like I should’ve from the beginning they had all the answers and information on how to repair my product. The other places also did not have any spare parts or accessories available for my peak pro,But of course Meghan and Kiley had the answers and the accessories. Greatly appreciate your service your pricing and of course based on this experience in my one prior to now I will return at my next need!

This place is nice and has pretty much everything youd expect a smoke shop to have. One thing that is aggravating is kratom prices. A lot of stores have started to become competitively priced when it comes to buying kratom powder. This store has not. And I havent heard of the brand, nor does the packaging have any product names on it. I can get 4oz of OPMS brand kratom at Good Vibes for $25 bucks. So I dont buy my kratom from here even though, I work right across the street. For the same money here I can only get 2.2 Ozs here from a no name brand. Even the gas station down the road from me has Remarkable Herbs 3oz bags for $22. Thats a name brand, well known, sold everywhere bag sold at a gas station. But this, very nice and well stocked smoke shop doesnt even try to compete. I am writing this because it bothers me that a store that should be all and about kratom, isnt even trying to compete. Theyre just making money off people that dont know any better. And that really really aggravates me.I still go here for my fume vapes, but not kratom. Gotta go anywhere else!!! Sorry, to be successful you gotta competitively price your stuff, not just mark it up however you want and rip off the guy that is there because youre the only shop open, or make a one time fast buck because they dont know any better.Hopefully this post urges you to stock Remarkable Herbs and OPMS powder, not just the kratom shots. And maybe go into Good Vibes and see what everyone else is charging. Hint, $25 for 4 ounces.

I came in with my best friend just to browse around (I ended up making two separate transactions lol). I frequent a smoke shop in east Tampa where I’m on a first name basis with the employees. I literally have never gotten the red carpet treatment that I received from Bree today. She walked us through every question and kept running back and forth to explain or show us the items we were inquiring about. She educated us on how to get the most out of our products and even introduced me to stuff that I didn’t know existed. You all will forever have a customer out of me. BUYERS BEWARE. If I could leave a ZERO stars review I would. You buy something defective and you’re stuck with it. I bought $40 of coils for my vape took them home and the first one was bad. So was the second one. Called and talked to Meg and she played the “our returns policy “ game and told me I would have to go back to the manufacturer for a return. The manufacturer laughed and said that is how the vape shops treat customers. I am a grown man I ran businesses and my wife owned two businesses. This is not how you treat your customers. That was our first and last time at that shop. Meg was great selling you the products but if it does not work, not good at all. Again buyer BEWARE. Unfortunately Florida law doesn’t protect the consumer as long as they have a no refund/exchange sign.

Over charged for a Gpen Nova that goes for $35 everywhere else and they charged me $65. On top of that i has purchased another $40 pen from there that broke the next day, i was told id get a 10% discount which was not honored when i purchased the Nova pen. So thats $40 i wasted and $30 was over charged. $70! I’m so sick of getting ripped off, this is the last time i go here. I had been shopping here for years and have spent thousands of dollars over the years, I’ll make sure i don’t waste anymore money here. I only gave the 2 stars because the new employees are very kind which is a change... they used to have terrible customer service.

I have only gone here in the event of an emergency since it is near my house, only to find myself paying double than what i find the same exact item online for later which the staff can never explain why the price is so high. Nothing I have purchased there has lasted more than a few weeks, before it stops working properly. I dont mind paying good money for quality products, but in this matter I am throwing away time and money.
