Hes the exact reason why we decided to get our flooring from your company as opposed to Home Depot. Went above and beyond every step of the way and gave us significant time and helped us understand what would work for us and blend with our cabinets. Tim is the kind of guy you want front and center with your customers in my opinion!The other person I want to recommend is Mike, our installer. Mike kept excellent communication with us and I felt completely confident that he was going to do his absolute best. We were very excited when we saw how close he was able to put our wood-like tile! We liked the way he works so much that we had him do some additional work for us after the Carillon job was completed. Carillon Floor Center has a great selection of area rugs. I wandered in one day to look at rugs and was welcomed by Tim. Tim is an amazing and helpful salesman. Based on pictures of my home, he showed me area rugs that he thought would work well. Then he offered to bring rugs to my home so I could see how they would look. Over a few weeks, Tim brought about ten different rugs to the house until I found one that looked great and I loved.Tim is now helping me choose a rug for the master bedroom. I’ll keep Carillon Flooring as my first stop for flooring.

I did extensive research before selecting Carillon from whom to buy. Their reputation and word-of-mouth recommendations did not disappoint. The care and attention we received was excellent, as was their communication. The carpet installation included moving furniture, carpet removal, and disposal. They were experienced, efficient, and made the experience as stress free as possible. I do not hesitate to recommend Carillon, and we are now loyal customers. In the spring I had luxury waterproof vinyl installed in my condo. I was very pleased with the product and all the installers. I also had a new shower installed, again very satisfied! Recently the condo from above me had a pipe that was leaking under my slab in the front bedroom. Unfortunately the flooring needed to be taken up. Much to my surprise Tyler Rice advised it could be reinstalled after the repair of the pipe. Thank you Tyler for all the attention to this matter. The floor was reinstalled and looks brand new. The installers were excellent! Special thanks to Sean who was on both projects. There was a minor detail on tile around the shower drain that need refinement, Tyler and Sean collaborated and made it perfect. Beautiful floor coverings, yes, but we always receive so much more when Carillon is involved with furnishing and house(s) and office. Their family has provided outstanding service to our family for over two decades. Their products are superior, service is convenient and trustworthy, everyone who has worked in our home and office has been professional and polite, and the follow up and attention to detail is always easy. Working with Carillon doesn’t feel like a business transaction, because the Rice’s (second generation owners) truly care about their customers.

Excellent experience with Timothy. He pulled rugs out based on pictures we had of my new place. We selected two of the 6 or 7 options and put them on order. We were in NC when they arrived and he had them delivered to the condo and placed them as we planned. Experience was perfect start to finish.

Carillon replaced carpeting in four bedrooms. This was our third experience with them. They previously installed hardwood flooring in our living area and tile in our kitchen.They have always performed as promised, on-time and with great execution during installation. Greg, our sales person was great. He has always been very helpful.

Outstanding service and excellent quality. After three weeks of shopping the big box stores, paying to bring home samples, trying to hire contractors to do the install, needing to arrange and pay for delivery. I was totally frustrated, unhappy and settling for flooring I was not sure about. I decided to check out what full-price would cost. The nearest place was Carillon Floor Center on US 19 and decided to just see how much it would cost to pay full price from a reputable store. Blah, blah blah, the entire experience was wonderful!

We have bought tile for a bathroom and carpeting for 2 other rooms. Both times we had very good experiences. Being able to take home samples makes the decision making so much easier. The installers were also very good.

Our family has been dealing with Carillon Floor Center for decades. They are the only ones with whom we trust to clean our oriental rugs.When we renovated our home we needed additional rugs. Carillion had an extensive collection of quality rugs to choose from. The only problem we faced was picking just the right ones. The staff was great. They gave us smaller versions of the rugs we were interested in, so we could take them home and match up them up with the colors in the house. Really, they could not have been more helpful.The delivery crew gets 5 stars as well. Between the rugs we bought and the ones we had cleaned, there were 9 rugs brought into the house. 5 of them very large. We got new pads for all of them, which were trimmed to a custom fit on site. Each rug was painstakingly positioned exactly where my wife and I thought it needed to go- to a fraction of an inch. At no time did we feel rushed. Their only concern was that we were satisfied.It really is a pleasure to do business with a company that still has the “old school” philosophy.

Theyve done vinyl flooring and carpeting for us and each time has quoted us for exactly how much we need and have installed within a week or two of ordering. They carry real quality stuff and have the knowledge to help with anything.

We recently remodeled our house, and Carrillon Flooring replaced all of our flooring. Carrillon had a large selection. We worked with Tyler, and he is one of the best contractors Ive worked with. We had an issue with our subflooring, and Carillon made sure it was thoroughly corrected before they laid down the LVP. I believe other companies might have just made a few tweaks and then put the flooring down. Carrillon took the extra steps to make sure that our floor would be level. Also, I was out of town for part of the job, and Tyler kept me informed and sent pictures of the works progress to me. He is very easy to work with and does what he promises. I highly recommend Carillon to anyone who wants their job done right. Our LVP floors and carpet look fantastic, and Carillon was great to work with. They are very professional, responsive, thorough, and did the job right.
