I showed up a little early for my appointment and was checked in right away. I was given a time that my car would be ready (oil change) and it was actually early. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. I have used the facility for over 15 years and have found the service to be excellent.

We had a recall issue to deal with. As has always been the case, Fitzgeralds service people were terrific to deal with. Oil changes, batteries, etc...weve never had a problem at Fitzgerald. We are repeat customers, and have purchased/leased multiple vehicles. This was no different. It was made easy for us.
Kale Azzan, our FAMILY SALESMAN since moving to the area in 2015, hit it out of the park again!! With our LEXUS lease expiring, and limited new vehicles on their lot, we contacted Kale, who has leased vehicles to both my wife and daughter over the last 6 years. With the auto industry all struggling with inventory, Kale located a new 2022 Hyundai Tucson Limited and ensured it was at the dealer the same day we turned in our LEXUS UX 200 in Auto Nation LEXUS. Service department was very helpful! However I do have an issue with the fact that the brand of tires on the Elantra are exclusive to Hyundai! I needed 1 new tire and the only place to get that tire was through your service department. I made an appointment which was almost 3 weeks out and drove with a donut for that long! Really for just a tire! What would have happened if I got another flat?
I had a few things done here. I needed to get a new car and Jacob McComas was awesome. He made the whole process seamless. The service department is also amazing.

I went to Fitzgerald to fix a problem with my car but my lease was near the end. Well, with the help of Martin Barrett I was able to replace my car with a comparable vehicle. I was very pleased with the result. I would highly recommend Martin for anyone looking for a new vehicle. I will be returning when it’s time for replacement

My purchasing process was just about perfect. I found the car online, called to check on its status, and was there buying it that day.My sales assistant, Ken, was knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to talk to, and even had a great sense of humor.Financing was the easiest Ive ever dealt with. Ken handled most of it, rather than having to go sit in another office with a different person.My only reason to not give 5-stars is that I feel Genesis needs to realize that if they want to be taken seriously as a Luxury brand competing with Infiniti, Lexus and Acura, they need to have their own luxury facilities, and not be combined with Hyundai.

The car was available and ready to take for a test drive when we arrived, unlike other dealerships where we scheduled test drives for specific cars. Ted was very knowledgeable and pleasant, not pushy at all. I would have given 5 stars but we were only allowed to drive the car about 5 min., because they didnt want to put many miles on the car. We did get a good feel for how the car rides and drives and thats really what we needed to know if it was going to make it to the buy it list. When we make the final buy decision we will request a real drive and Im sure they will be accepting.

I have been interested in Genesis as a brand since they started. When I read the reviews on the G70, my interest went way up. At Genesis of Clearwater, we worked with Ted Crawford. He was very helpful but not pushy. We drove a G70 and came back later and drove a G80. The G70 was better for me. I have always hated car buying negotiations - always felt I could have done better at it. However, the Fitzway of discounting the sticker price fairly made life much easier and I felt we were working together rather than against each other. The G70 is a fantastic car! Dollar for dollar it beats other luxury sport sedans hands down! I love it!I cant say enough about how helpful and professional Ted was to work with. We bought the car on a Friday evening and wanted to drive it to Sarasota Saturday. Ted came in early Saturday to be sure the car was ready for us. They did not have time to detail it or tint the windows so I brought the car back the next week. Genesis gives you a loaner Genesis when your car needs service. Everybody was very professional and easy to work with. It was an enjoyable car buying experience. The G70 is a great car.
