…in this actively changing car market it is quite difficult to find a dealership where you, & your time will be treated w/respect - This dealership is one of those - Clean, relaxed, well staffed & managed, if your interested in a new vehicle from Bentley, McLaren, or any of the brands they represent, & your w/in 500 miles, this place should not be overlooked > because having paid more your wallet will be lighter, & I know your car will not have been as well prepped/taken care of - I’m in the automotive after care business, my McLaren 720s & my nearly quarter million dollar 7-year old CPO car was delivered to me the way I like > at the best price & perfect > Thank you Dimmitt -

I would like to say my experience with Dimmit was nothing short of excellent. I was a Canadian buyer and Neil Gerbe was great to deal with. He was very professional and answered all my questions in a very timely manner. Since I was buying this vehicle without fiscally seeing it Neil made me feel very good about the whole process. Also when receiving the car and having a concern Neil went over and above to resolve the issue. Also I would like to thank Carolyn Deary for making the paperwork so easy. Great job. Brian Goymour.

I had the best experience here! I usually dread going to the dealerships but this was by far the best and easiest time I’ve ever encountered! The staff was so friendly and so helpful!! I recommend! Also, Jayden Silver was the best guy to ever sell me a car, I was there for a while trying to find my perfect car and he was so patient, and so nice!!

My search for a Red soft top Jeep Wrangler, started in Panama City by doing a 100 mile d search on Auto trader. How Clearwater Florida, ended up in the search is beyond me. I am glad it did. Found the perfect Jeep and the perfect Sales person, Patrick..... Patrick and I started talking around 10:30 central time and by 11:30 we made a deal on the Jeep, My wife and I were on the road by 12:00 and had a 6 hour drive in front of us. Patrick and I had conversation a few times during the trip. He kept the doors open and a finance manager there so we could complete the transaction after hours. Patrick had everything together so the transaction went smoothly. I could not have expected any better service, by far the best auto buying experience. I highly recommend Patrick at Dimmitt Cadillac.

Very upset to say I will never buy or have my car serviced with Dimmitt EVER again. I have purchased 3 vehicles here 2 Cadillac CTS Vs and 1 LR4. Back in March 2021 I was looking to buy an Aston Martin Vantage and I worked with Nick High there was some new ones there but in the wrong color for me and one used one that was the correct color but the interior was a bit beat up and there was an odor in the car I didnt like so I wasnt able to buy from Dimmitt this time but I shopped there first. I then went home and looked online and found one that was the right fit at Orlando Aston Martin and I drove all the way there and bought the car. I ended up purchasing a new Vantage. Over the past month ive had a handful of problems with my new car and approx 2 weeks ago I called Dimmitt service to make an appointment to service my car there and no one answered the phone or returned my call after I left a message. Then about a week later I called again no answer left a second messaged and few days later a pleasant lady named Claudette called me back and I explained all the things wrong with my car and that I would definitely need a loaner car as Im alone with my son who is in school and that I help my mother often. Claudette took my info and said she would call me back. About an hour later I get a call from her informing me that per John McCurdy that because I didnt buy my car from them that Im not a priority for a loaner vehicle!!! I was floored. I had purchased 3 cars there and even shopped there first for my Aston but they didnt have in stock what I desired! They still make money from my service! Im disgusted by this info. Dimmitt you have just lost a great customer!!!

I recommend that you never do business with this company. They have absolutely no integrity. I have owned Bentleys for many years but this company never tells the truth and doesnt know what full disclosure means.

I bought my second Bentley GT from Dimmitt Automotive group. Neil Gerbe found my dream Bentley and Kevin Stella did everything he could and went out of his way to meet my expectations. This is the third time I buy a high caliber car from them. I would never seek any other dealer to buy such high end cars. They are really high end professionals. They support their products. There are NO hidden surprises dealing with them.

We are from Chicago and recently we bought a white 2018 Audi A5 Convertible from them and if I could I will give more than 5 stars because they are on top of my expectations!Buying out of state without seeing and driving the car can give anyone a second thought but they gain my trust from the first response of my inquiry. They were not pushing a sale and I really like that.I was not trying to bargain the price because the price was very good,more than fair for the year and mileage.Steven Kelly was assigned to be our salesperson and we are grateful for that because his a very very nice guy!He FaceTime me from his cell to show me the car and from there in about a week I had the car delivered to my door.They made the out of state buying process so much easier and definitely when I’ll be looking to buy a car in the future they will be the first I’m gonna ask.This is my honest opinion of my experience,I’m very happy with the car I got and if I could do more to show appreciation I would.Thank you so much Steven Kelly and Lisa Lee!When we are coming in St Petersburg we definitely gonna stop to say hi !!! :)

I bought the M4 from Steve Kelly. Its strictly for pleasure, not a necessity. I was leaning more to not buying, but somehow Steves enthusiasm and sincerity made it happen. Steve was very responsive and not pushy. I believe he got me a good deal. The car was prepped well, and Steve delivered in white glove from over 150 miles away. I will definitely recommend Dimmitt, and will stay in touch for future possibilities.

Steven Kelly was outstanding. I found a used Corvette on-line and was delighted with the knowledge and passion of Steve (he knows his cars) and the Dimmitt team as they sold me the vehicle. Great dealership. Easy to work with. Steve is a delight. Professional. Smart. Not pushy but extremely helpful. Additionally, the business office was excellent. Diane Panagoulias with Dimmitt Automotive Pinellas Park made the entire purchase and financing process easy. Delivery was exceptional - clean and full of gas. Great overall experience. I will make Steve Kelly my first call on future car purchases and service and Dimmitt my preferred dealer.

BEWARE - Shady business tacticsI made a best offer on a 911 Turbo S on eBay which they accepted. I was speaking to a salesman who gave me numbers for my trade in. Everything was acceptable so I sent in my credit application. After not hearing back for 4-5 days I called to ask what the problem was. Turns out the sales person ( Andrej ) had gone on vacation and not told anyone about our in-progress deal.The next day the finance manager calls with numbers from the bank which had high monthly payments ( low rates ). I asked what values they put on the cars. They had put +$7500 on the Porsche value, and took away -$3000 on my McLaren trade in. I told him these were very incorrect and he had another sales person call me.He explained the sales person who gave me the numbers was not authorized to do so, and that the Porsche was on consignment and they hadnt even called the owner yet. They said the lowest they could go is $85k on the Porsche and no higher on the trade in value already discussed. $3000 off from what I was offered originally, BEFORE my credit was run ( and dinged for the new inquiry ).Its VERY unprofessional to renege on a deal which your employee had already made. Especially after you already had run the finance application and got the numbers from the bank.I slightly feel they changed the numbers after the credit app because they saw I could afford more? Im not sure, but the whole process was unacceptable when dealing with cars at this caliber.Youve been warned.

Very disappointed to say the least. Came in as a cash buyer, ready to hand them 6k on a used car, that was advertised online as one price, and when the salesman came back with their numbers between dealer costs and so forth, the price they came back with was almost 4k over the advertised price online.. what cant they just advertise what the real price of the car is, versus the smoke and mirrors teaser price, and then we drive almost 50 miles to purchase the car. To be told that... Feeling like my daughter and I just got played Before going to buy a used car at this place, you better call ahead first, and clarify the small print before getting your hopes up, driving 50 miles and then being surprised... first impression are everything.. what a bad first impression. Is every dealership in southwest florida like this??? God I hope not...

Does not provide quality car wraps. The Car Wrap detailer initially installed they wrap incorrectly. After three successive resubmitions with each result ending in poor craftsmanship my Cadillac was left with an insufficient poor quality installation. The manager of their car wrap department would not uninstall the incorrectly installed wrap commenting, “we will do more damage taking it off, therefore, what do you want to do”? It’s just a terrible experience by a otherwise, great operation. I will never, purchase any services or cars from such an unprofessional run car dealership.

One of the few original family owned car dealerships left in the area. They really do adhere to their philosophy of maintaining a family atmosphere. Their staff culture is representative of that. And they have some very impressive inventory that you cant find at your average car dealership, like Rolls-Royce, McLaren, Bentley, etc. Truly high end!

If all dealerships/people treated others like I was treated here, the world be a greater place.My MB GL450 had just had all 4 tires replaced in Wesley Chapel, NOT a Dimmitt dealership. On the way back from a house viewing in Clearwater and the beach, a tire sprung a leak.Stopping into the WaWa store next to the McLaren, Rolls, Bentley dealership, the WaWa air tank was broken. My tire monitor said I had no air left in the tire, I was driving on the rim.In sandy beach clothes, I parked my old MB next to some $300,000 Bentley SUV crossovers, a Rolls Royce Cullinan, and some other stuff (that Ill never be able to purchase) just to get the MB to a safe spot and ask for help from the Dimmitt folks.I was embarrassed to be seen in that dealership where I will likely never be able to afford their cars, let alone walk through their front doors.In asking for help and explaining what was happening, I expected to be told to call AAA or Road Side or basically, told to get out in a polite manner.What occurred was entirely different.I was asked if I was okay, needed any help other than the tire. They inquired if they could get me water or soda, or if I wanted to sit (remember, Im in sandy beach clothes in multi-$100M inventory).Yes, Dimmitts service department got air in the tire, put the stuff in it to get me home so Wesley Chapel could come pick it up.Yes, Dimmitts service people took care of the nubs missing from my tire spokes (the Mercedes logos had been stolen at the beach - they noticed and gave me GHOST replacements).If thats how lowly me got treated when I had no business being in there, I can only imagine the lengths they go to treat paying customers.I truly wish I could give the team at the McLaren/Rolls/Bentley dealership 10+ stars.AH-MA-ZING (and thank you!!!)

I have always had a nice experience when doing business at Dimmitt. Yesterday I had my vehicle serviced and my service advisor made sure everything was taken care of. We also visited the sales department and meet with Paul who showed us a few cars. He was very nice and answered all our questions. We also met with Justin who is a manager and is working to possibly get us into a new vehicle. We never feel pressured when visiting and always leave with a good feeling.Thanks Al Alfisi
