This is the fourth car Ive bought or leased (all higher end or luxury, new and used) and this is definitely the best car buying experience Ive had. Steve, my salesperson, was very congenial and helpful. He drove all around town to be sure I was able to see the car I wanted when I called last minute to say that I was showing up. I had a few complicating factors around being able to pick the car up and he did everything he could to make sure it worked out perfectly. Ryan in financing was by far the best experience Ive had on that end. It was like talking to a friend and there was no high pressure or scaremongering to get add-ons. I already had a pretty good rate, but he found me a better one-which he didnt have to do. The whole process was pretty quick and I love my car. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Steve, Ryan, and Sam (sales manager).

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience purchasing my first Audi at this dealership. Steve Yeager was phenomenal. He gave me time, was very informative, and never tried to pressure the sale. He gave me the chance to think about my options and reach a decision on my own. In many ways, Steve supported me in the decision making process instead of driving it. This dealership really deserves a 5 star rating. I just bought a new 2022 Audi RS Q8 through them and everything they promised to me was done. There were no hidden surprises. In particular, I was dealing with Derek Cicala and he was on top of everything. Very responsible and thoughtful sales person. Always returned my calls and messages. Got me a great deal for this vehicle in June 2021. I was waiting for the vehicle to be built and shipped to the US until January 2022. If you were recently shopping for a car you know that the market is high now. And even though the vehicle was in high demand, Derek did not break the deal to make more money, but stick to what we agreed to. He also recommended a reliable transportation carrier that delivered the vehicle to me from Fl to NY promptly and with no issues. I really appreciate his commitment, honesty and professionalism! During my recent vacation to Clearwater, I experienced an issue with my Audi Q5, the cover underneath the car had broken off and was dragging on the road. I googled an Audi dealership and found Audi Clearwater on US 19 N. Upon arrival I was greeted by Nate Valdez a friendly professional gentlemen in the service department. I explained what had happened to my car and I was leaving in 2 days to drive to Toronto, Ontario Canada (24 hour roadie) I was feeling very anxious about what had happened to Q5. Nate took all the details explained the service department was busy but they would squeeze me in. I waited in the lounge where there was complimentary snacks/coffee and a massage chair - bonus. Within 1 Hour, Nate had come to the waiting room with my keys to share the car was ready to go. Explaining the clamps had rusted off of the protective engine cover resulting in it falling and dragging on the road. The service department replaced the broken clamps and reconnected the cover. The best part....wait for it.....all complimentary, yes no charge! I looked at Nate with wide eyes...extremely awestruck and grateful! I want to do a big shout out to Nate Valdez on his professionals and care during a stressful time. I want to thank Audi Clearwater for such amazing service. This is why I choose to be loyal to Audi vehicles. Outstanding Service. Thanks again Nate - you rock!!!

This dealership was great. I went to look at a used GMC Canyon. From getting there to leaving with the truck was under 2.5 hrs.Andre was my salesman and he was great. On December 27, 2021 I walked into Audi Clearwater with little hope of finding a 2022 Audi Cabriolet given the worldwide supply chain issues. I was approached by Steve Yeager and I told him of my quest. He smiled and said he would check incoming vehicles but didn’t offer much hope. As he was checking inbound shipments, he excused himself and walked around the corner and when he returned, he had a giant smile on his face and was holding a key! We went out to the lot and walked up to a gorgeous Quantum Gray and Black Audi S5 Cabriolet. After a quick tour and a great test ride, things started moving quickly.After an appraisal of my trade-in, a Purchase Agreement was presented which met with my approval and we struck a deal. While we were starting the paperwork, Ryan Wolfe walked up and introduced himself and said if I had the time, we could move through the paperwork right away and I could take delivery the next morning. I told him I had 45 minutes before I had to leave for an appointment. He promised to have me out in 30 minutes. He only missed his promised time by one minute!The next morning at 9:00, the car was on the showroom floor and ready to go. Thirty minutes later I was on my way with my new ride!Steve and Ryan made the transaction easy and painless. I have purchased many new vehicles over the years and this was perhaps one of the best experiences I have had to date.

This was by far the easiest car purchase Ive ever made. My salesman Derek Cicala really knows how to read a room. 03/21/2022 11:00 Am.I went into the Clearwater,FL AUDI showroom at the welcome table 3 people, two people was busy with conversations (I heard something personal BS) third is on one phone. ---NO Greetings NO Good morning, nothing, they didnt even look at me. ---They obviously didn’t care. --- So I went around the showroom looking at the cars ... only 2-3 SUV in the showroom were not interested.I love new things so Im looking for an Audi e-tron GT 2022 and I want to get information about this new electric car, before I place the order. (minimum $125.000)No salesman took the trouble to come and ask what I wanted, so I went out the back door.In the rear parking lot, a man asked if he could help. Thanks but I told him not anymore this place will never get my money.I went back to my car and left this Audi Place. Ill never come back here.

Exceptional experience from my initial search for a vehicle to driving off of the lot in a Q5! I was not sure if I wanted to stay in a sedan (I had purchased a pre-owned Acura TLX form this dealership several years ago) or if I wanted to get back into and SUV. The General Manager, David Jacovides, was extremely patient and very informative when it came to what may suit my needs the best. I dont think Ive ever experienced a better automotive purchase as I did with Vilius Vainilavicius (salesman) and Ryan Wolfe (financing) at Clearwater Audi. I found the Audi Q5 on-line and wanted to purchase the vehicle for my wife as a surprise. Now, I live in Michigan and obviously with the car being in Clearwater Florida, this was a challenge. Vilius made it happen though. We spoke on a Wednesday, the price was a little higher than I wanted to pay even though the initial price was still good, and they worked with me and got it down to a more comfortable price for me. Told my wife we were going to escape for a short get away to Florida which was easy as Florida in general is her favorite vacation spot. We flew down Thursday the next morning, all while still keeping the Audi a surprise! Vilius and I kept in touch during the entire process, and when we landed, Vilius was there to pick us up at the airport. WHAT SERVICE!!!!!So on the way to the hotel we talked about life in general. SUPER personable guy. Never tried to over sell me on anything. Was up front about everything. There were absolutely no surprises with this vehicle, even with it being unseen. When we pulled into the lot, my wife was like You didnt..... Was the best surprise ever. And thanks to Vilius, we were able to keep the conversation about general things, and not about the Audi that I had purchased for her.Upon first viewing of the Audi Q5, it was perfect. Even better than the pictures and nothing was left out of Vilius description of it. It was perfect.I had financing already secured prior to going down, as we have been looking at cars for some time so purchasing the vehicle wasnt a huge surprise to my wife, however the surprise was that I had actually found one and bought it without her knowing. After previous dealings with dealerships weeks prior to this, she had almost given up on buying a vehicle because of the poor service and and misleading representation of the cars we were looking at (plus all of the forceful selling that was not needed). Mind you, my wifes dream car was an Audi, so this was important to not only me to do this for her, but she was super excited at the thought of owning one. This is where we met Ryan. He is one of their financing guys. Super nice, again, no up-selling us or making us believe we had to buy more stuff we didnt need. He was able to save me money by financing through them, almost 3%. He didnt have to do this, but this is where they go the extra mile; SERVICE. Even while we sat there while they did the paperwork, we noticed all their current customers coming in and it was like everyone knew everyone. Super friendly and willing to help.After everything was done, Vilius walked us out to our fully detailed and gassed up AUDI Q5!!!! My wifes dream car was now hers. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership and have been extremely disappointed. The sales rep was friendly but just a week after purchasing I had to take it to the dealership for repairs (Jeep dealership since its a Jeep). It had THOUSANDS of dollars of repairs that needed done right after their full inspection said it was in great condition. Thankfully I had purchased an extended warranty that covered most of my costs, but I wouldnt trust their recommendations on ever purchasing a vehicle from them again. All of these repairs should have been obvious to those who inspect their vehicles prior to sales. I have also called and left messages to get information on the warranty that I purchased with them and never received calls back. On the contrary, I have been to Dayton Andrews in Clearwater twice for repairs on this vehicle and they have been nothing but 5 stars.

I went to this dealership for the first time to lease a Q7 and the salesman Mr. Cabral was very knowledgeable and very easygoing. At no moment I felt any pressure to purchase from him, which made my experience of leasing easy. I will recommend Mr. Cabral. Overall my experience with the dealership was great. Hygiene was impeccable.

I found the car I wanted online at Audi Clearwater and sent an inquiry. I got a very fast reply by email. I had a long drive to see the car so I made an appointment and the salesperson, Miro, had the car ready to go before I arrived. He was very helpful, pleasant to talk to, and well informed about the car. After the test drive, he answered all the questions I had. I couldnt have asked for more. Chris in finance helped me find a finance rate even better than the already good deal I had setup before I got there. That was a welcome surprise. Everyone was friendly and the showroom was spotless. All-in-all a wonderful experience. When you go, definitely ask for Miro.

Just got off the phone with who I believe their name was Debbie. Not helpful at all and seemed to have an attitude and nearly hung up on me. All I was trying to do was figure out if they dealt with insurance company’s for repairs and I could get was “this is a dealership, we don’t deal with that.*hung up*

I went in for standard service on my 2018 Q7. They did a good job and got it done quickly. While there I asked our service consultant, Jessica Geneva, about the extended service plan for my wifes 2021 Q5. Jessica took the time to prepare a full projected schedule for that car which made the decision to buy the service plan easy. Weve been to other Audi dealerships and Audi Clearwater rates among the top.

I came in first thing on a Monday because I had multiple conference calls I needed to handle in the later morning and I lived over an hour away.
