Several times left my contact information and never called back. because owner was on vacation later visited the store again because maybe things went wrong outside of him. I give him my cabinet door and my contact information. And he didn’t called me back for a second time. From all my 4 visits the owner was there once. Picked up my old cabinet door and decided to do business with another company.

Art and his crew were respectful, timely, and had attention to detail. They transformed our laundry room into a functional space that is pleasing to the eye. He also displayed a great deal of morals. For example, he encouraged us to do what we were asking for in a less expensive (yet more functional) way, taking business away from himself to help us. We will always turn to A-1 for our cabinetry. In fact, we do not hesitate to recommend them to friends and neighbors!

We had our kitchen and Family room remodeled by A1 cabinets. They manufactured and installed high end custom cherry beams, columns, cornices, arched entry ways, cabinets and a magnificent exhaust hood. We had several projects done in our house in that time period and Art and his staff were by far the most professional our of any of the other subcontractors that were at our house. They were always accommodating to anything we asked. Everyone who walks into my house is in awe of the quality and beauty of the woodwork and cabinets. I would highly recommend Art and his team!!

I had 4 kitchens replaced by Art. He is a man of his word and I got a good price on my product. The kitchens look awesome. I plan on using him on my next remodel too. The installers know what they are doing and work very efficiently. They stayed on schedule and even came back for a minor detail after I paid in full.

I have a very small vacation condo on Belleair Beach and spent months researching appliances, sinks and hardware that would help maximize my space. Art spent a considerable amount of time helping me working out all the dimensions, finishes and hardware (including multiple odd sized compartments and unusual functionality.) He even accepted deliver of my fridge in order to be sure its closet was built perfectly to spec. My A-1 Custom Cabinets are beautiful, they were delivered and installed on time, and now I smile every time I open my door! I am helping my mother with a kitchen remodel and she is very particular. We reached out to three companies and ultimately selected A-1 because of how professional and accommodating Art was during the sales process. Turn around time on emails and phone calls was very prompt, entire team has been super responsive all along the way. I was out of town during the install and know my mother was anxious, but when I checked in daily she said she couldnt have been happier with the staff! There were challenges with some of the plumbing and existing appliances that had to be handled, Art was right there to guide her through the process to ensure we had quality vendors and it was done properly. And his team is back to install a new microwave correctly!I can tell they care, and they want their customers to be pleased with the results.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Absolutely no customer service skills.I called on Monday December 14th in the afternoon and spoke to Art. Explained to him I needed a custom cabinet built for my laundry room and confirmed an appointment for him to come over... measure and give me a quote on Monday December 21st at 11:30am.On Monday December 21st... 11:30am came and went. I waited for him until 3:00pm and finally called him. One of his employees answered and said Art is out at a job now. I explained to the employee that I had been waiting or Art for almost 4 hours and he said he would call him and pass on the message.I waited another 2 days until Wednesday December 23rd before sending an email to Art asking him to please explain what happened.... again nothing...Its now Wednesday December 30th and I have not heard a thing from anyone at A-1 Custom Cabinets.This is definitely not how you treat potential clients. I understand that things happen but not even a phone call to explain !!!
