My first non-Chevrolet Lease, and Sean and Donna made it an absolute breeze! I just moved here from up North three months ago, and needed to replace my current lease. Sean was in constant contact via email the day before I came in for a test drive. Although the vehicle I did come in for was out of my price range, I ended up with a beautiful replacement and didnt have to sit at a dealership for hours on end to finalize everything. The writer came to me and I authorized both air filters be replaced. He said the car will be ready in a few minutes. I waited 20 minutes and decided to see if the car was ready. It was setting in the drive. My writer was not there I asked another writer about the car and he said the invoice has to be printed. Another writer came over and printed it and I was able to leave. No one knew where my wrer went.. I guess the filters were changed as no one finalized it with me, my writer just left.
Just bought a certified used GMC. Mickey was an awesome salesman, even laughing at my stale jokes. Everyone was very friendly and polite. Just went in for our first service, and although things didnt go as smoothly as anticipated, Luke went out of his way to explain everything to us and did all that he could to satisfy us.

I was fortunate enough to work with Dan from the service department. My air condition went out on my vehicle. I told him I train my dogs and theyre always in my vehicle and obviously they can not be in there without air condition. Even though they were booked solid until late the next week, he said I could bring it in right away. He was wonderful to me and they fixed it perfect just like when I bought it new. And then a few other things I had to do we made another appointment for it and he could not have been more patient with my concerns. And then the wonderful person driving me back and forth was Cliff. Totally appreciate the outstanding service and care I received.
Out-of-towner. Called ahead looking for assistance. They said bring it in. Were able to diagnose the problem and fix it on a Friday afternoon/evening. I was able to pick it up the following Saturday morning. The courtesy shuttle, that I needed, was already to take me home upon my arrival. Everything was great.
I had a great experience purchasing a used 2015 Toyota Camry. Jared helped me over the phone to work out all of the details so when I came up to the dealership all I had to do was test drive and sign. Went in for oil change, had to go back 2 days later as they took out my glove compartment and left leaves in the filter. My ac sounded like a 747. Back to the dealership! Brought it back yesterday to be fixed, today I noticed they broke the glove compartment! It no longer opens normally. You push the button and the door falls open! Gee, should I go back for the 3rd time in one week???Went back for the 3rd time and 3rd time was a charm! Fixed the glove box and installed a new filter! Great staff! My faith has been restored! Ill be back! Thanks!!
My wife and I were well taken care of. Taylor and Cameron made sure that my wife was happy with the car she picked out. They went over all the specifics of the car with her. I needed some service done on my truck the day after a Memorial day weekend and even though these guys were slammed they got me in and out the same day. Picked up daughter from dropping off her car they fixed everything they were supposed to fix and had it back had time to go have breakfast and then visit a little and dropped off to pick up her car

Im located in Utah and found a used Toyota 4Runner for sale on their website and started working with Steven Pratt. We were able to work everything out through texting and phonecalls. My dad and I purchased one-way tickets to Tampa, and they were able to pick us up from the airport. The process at the dealership was straightforward and we drove to Utah over the next 5 days with absolutely no problems. Im THRILLED with my purchase and I love my new-to-me 4Runner.
A month and half ago I brought my truck in for service and touch screen replacement. TPS sensors were not reprogrammed. And then had an issue last week with slow crank over. Tech did not reconnect one of the battery cables. You have got to audit these peoples work. I am a quality professional in the automotive industry and if this happened at my plant I would have the big three on my door step. Get it right the first time, but as always Jack is top notch and takes care of the issue.
Cameron Andrews, my sales rep, was fantastic! He didnt try to push me on something I didnt want and helped me lock in the truck I wanted and was looking for. This people been walking around with no face mask, it might not a mandatory for your showroom but as a client I really uncomfortable! Furthermore one of the showroom staff been coughing n coughing! I was comparing this experience to a similar one I had with an expensive competing brand, which was more straight forward. They chose to have their showrooms in an entirely separate building from the parts/service areas though. While Im sure this does cost additional overhead, it allows for a more user-friendly property floor-plan overall.9/9/20Came in to buy a part. Across the entire property there is one customer entrance that I could see. Had to ask a salesman where the parts area even was. They hide it all the way in the back out in the shop area which isnt even climate controlled. After navigating the showroom of behemoth SUVs and getting the part, I then had to go...inside? to pay. My advice to this business:. Have multiple entrances. Have better directions for departments so I dont have to speak with unrelated people.. Train your parts desk guy to also handle money so my simple experience is handled by a single individual.. Air condition your shop! If you dont care about your mechanics, cars today are computerized robots, do it for them!

We were visiting Florida on vacation and the first day in town we found we had a nail in one of the tires so we had to have a tire replaced. Then the second day we noticed there was a screw in another tire so we called them up and they said to bring it over and they were able to repair it. I Bought a 2015 Jeep from them in April 2020 the sales guy told me everything I wanted to here and catered to my needs when I was there.As soon as the deal was done, no help they were supposed to do a signature finish, was told it was a ceramic coating and everything they said it was supposed to help with it didn’t and when I called the Warranty company about it they act lost, like they didn’t know what I was talking about.The second problem I’m having is my jeep is consuming oil they told me it was a timing cover problem and tried to charge me $900 to fix and it was still under manufacture warranty and I ended up having Dayton Andrews fix it for free but 6 month later, 2000 miles and I’m down 2 Quarts of oil again.When I call them about the oil consumption they tell me there’s really nothing they can do, but we are supposed to have a life time power train warranty but that’s a joke.Also was supposed to get 2 free oil changes and I had 1 but when I called to schedule the second they told me it expired.
It was great. They had the loaner ready for me which made drop off extremely fast. Most importantly my truck was finished when they said it would be. Great service!

I was extremely pleased with how I was treated through the whole process. I have had bad experiences in the past so I was a bit skeptical. However, they did a fantastic job and have earned my business.
I came in a week ago for a grinding noise. It turned out to be worn rotors and brake pads. After a lengthy and expensive repair, my truck was fixed. Less than a week later the grinding has already returned on the drivers front side. Their technicians do not do a very thorough job here. This will be the last time I bring my vehicle to this location, and only so they can do what I paid them to do. Fixing their mistake was supposed to take about an hour but took over 3. Absolute trash experience. But hey at least Jack offered to buy me lunch. A word of advice, when a consumer pays to have a service performed, perform the service. Wouldve given less stars but 1 is as low as I could set it

I really liked dealing with Dan Pecorelli. He was very professional. The 2 complaints I do have, however, were that Dan wasnt initially available upon my arrival, but one of your other associates was, Sharon. I know she was available as she was checking out her Iphone while I stood in line waiting for Dan to finish up with a client. I went to her and asked if she could check me in because my ride was waiting, but she said no, that Dan wouldnt be long. I thought this was odd, when you have a customer waiting and an available associate, you shouldnt make the customer wait unless the customer wants to wait for his/her associate. Also, I got my car detailed and most of it was perfect, but noticed upon arriving home that the area where my wipers go into the hood was extremely dirty still. When one pays for a detail, the key word is detail and this area was missed.
Never coming back! Except to turn in their car. I signed a two year lease and the Michelin tires began crumbling at 19000 miles. The tread on all 4 tires were breaking off in chunks. I asked the dealership to take a look during a routine service and they came back with an estimate for new tires at $1000!! I explained to the dealership that this is their car (Lease) with defective tires and maybe they should get in touch with Michelin. They said they don’t deal with tire companies and said my tires were crumbling because of excessive heat, hard turns and breaking/accelerating too fast.I got a hold of Michelin, they sent me to Tire Kingdom for an inspection….Michelin sent me new tires at no cost except install.I turn the car back in soon and they’ll have brand new tires on it. This dealership would have to lose money for me to do business with them again.
I bought a Certified Used GMC Terrain 2 months ago from Dick Norris. The entire process was seamless, the staff very accommodating.I went to the service center today, I had a vibration in the steering wheel and the alignment was off. My friend, who is a mechanic, said it sounded like I had a bad belt in a tire.The service center employee started by explaining that tires and alignment were not covered by the warranty, but they would check it out and see what they could do. I was there with my two yound children, they gave me a courtesy car. In the afternoon they called and informed me they were going to give me 4 free tires and a free alignment! I would highly suggest this dealership to anyone in the market. They definitely exceeded my expectations. Very impressed, thank you Dick Norris!
Leon and their business manager Donna, were a pleasure to work with. This was by far the quickest and least painful car shopping experience my husband and myself have had. We definitely would reccomend if youre shopping for a vehicle or want to trade one in, this is the place to be. Make sure to ask for Leon, if he doesnt greet you first!
Great staff and no games. Salesman Leon was friendly, personable and never pushy,the sales manager was a straight shooter who didnt play games like at most dealers, they worked with me on my trade even though I was buying a used car and didnt waste my time. The finance guy Joe(from Palm Harbor store) was also great. Great experience all around and I would recommend this place.
