I had an oil change elsewhere recently and they neglected to check fluids. My coolant light came on and I needed to drive a child to Orlando on a Sunday. This shop was beyond kind and filled my coolant at no charge so that I would not overheat on my trip. I am so thankful that I contacted this establishment and highly recommend them!!!

Bad experience. May have been an off day, but it seemed like there was more than one issue that needed work. Couldnt leave for 20 minutes after bc they couldnt get my car put back together properly. Called the manager the following Monday. He was very urgent to try to make things right and resolve the problems. Hopefully they get it together. But I wont be back to find out.

Came in 6-20-2021 for oil change only, not I have oil puddles in drive way. Took car back and now their saying that it’s a oil leak coming from rear main. Why wouldn’t they tell me that when I came in for the oil change the first time. I would not recommend anyone to bring tbeir car here. My car only has 60,000 miles.

They werent paying attention to detail and instructions. Gave them coupon and it went un applied to my bill then I was told to come back after 2

I came here for an oil change at lunch time yesterday and had a really great experience. On top of changing your oil they also check everything else for you and tell you if anything is wrong. They discovered my battery was basically dead. They really saved my buns and replaced it quickly for a fair price. I don’t know much about cars and that’s obvious but they didn’t try to take advantage of me. I’d taken my car to my own dealer Toyota TWICE and they told me my car was fine even though I told them the battery kept dying on me if I left the car running to the point where I drive around with a jump starter. But they didn’t care they said I was golden and sent me on my way and that Priuses “are just like that” well they definitely are not. The guys were shocked to find out that I’d been running on the same battery for 4 years and I drive a lot. Anyway they saved the day and saved my car and saved me some money! Thankyou guys. I didn’t get any names but I had five young men working on my car all super nice, one had blue eyes and curly brown hair, he was the main guy. And there was another from Jersey. All super cool. All super nice and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be coming back for routine maintenance.

From speaking with Jacob on the phone about prices and an appointment (was informed it’s first come first served) to checking out, the service and professionalism of these young gentlemen was outstanding. Jacob and the techs (I don’t remember their name) explained everything they were doing, showed me my nasty dirty air filter and gave me the option of replacing it or not. They told me the price up front so I could make an informed decision. Oh, and did I mention I was out in about 30 minutes?? My 2014 RAV4 will definitely be back for any service it may need. I brought in my company truck asked them to replace battery and do an oil change. They are going through a corporate account and must wait to get an ok on doing those specific items. I was suppose to get a phone call when job was done. 2 hours later i called they said job was finished but they ate still waiting to hear back from my corporate but no to worry you can come get truck that they were sure it was ok. Well they took it upon themselves to add brakes. I never asked nor did we have brake problems. Guess what Jiffy Lube ? My company will not pay for unauthorised brakes. Smsh

Manager (or the person in charge at the time was great)..... made sure that things were done correctly..... the 4 stars is because a couple things had to be corrected.. would definitely go there again

Harry, the new manager went absolutely ABOVE & BEYOND for me tonight. (3/11/2021) i had my serpentine belt snap on me this morning. I made it to this jiffy lube location when i got off work-by the grace of god! Lol. Anyways, Harry took a look at my car and asked if I’d be able to drop it off until tomorrow, because he wasn’t able to have the tools to fix it tonight cause his master mechanic had already left for the night. I politely told him that’s not an option and he said he’ll do what he can. Give him 15 mins and he’ll tell me if he can do it or not without the tools. About 20-25 mins later he came over to me and said he’s going to walk to Walmart and buy the tools he needed. 15 mins later, he came back and got to work on my car. I got there around 330/4ish and they closed at 7. Around 630 i was starting to worry I’d have to leave my car there. Harry told me he is determined and he promised me I’d be driving off in my car tonight. He worked and worked and worked. Incredibly hard. It was almost 8pm & Harry and two other guys were Determined to fix this belt and they did! I am so grateful for him and his staff for helping me tonight. It means more than they’ll ever know! I’ve always been weary of places like this and ‘corporate’ mechanics so i was hesitant on taking my car there, but had literally no option. I am so glad i did. These guys that work here completely changed my mind. They will forever have a repeat customer and i will recommend anybody to give them a chance! Great guys and an amazing manager at this location! Thank again!!! I will be back (hopefully for nothing this major!) lol

In and out, just as thier name implies. You have to listen closd as they try to up sell you, but hey there just trying to make a buck.

If you want a huge oil puddle in your driveway and denial of any wrong doing go here. It was easy to see under my truck before I brought it right back to them that they didn’t tighten he oil filter. They just didn’t want to cover any cleaning of their total mess. Now I need to deal with this oil slick.

I was given a quote for brakes and rotors of up near $900. Turns out after getting a second opinion I didnt need rotors. I only needed brake pads. I even gave them a chance by calling them and asking if they would only do the brake pads. They claimed it would void the warranty (a corporate thing) so they couldnt do it. I took my vehicle to the place I got my second opinion from and was in and out in under an hour and for just a little over $200 ($213 to be exact).

Arrived an hour before they closed, person came out to my car said it would be an hour wait even though there was only one car ahead of me. I would have respected his honesty if he would have just said he didnt want to do my oil change because they close soon but instead he felt the need to lie. Not a smart way to do business especially since I drive for a living and get 11-12 oil changes a year. And if youre wondering. I drove by 10 minutes later and the car that was supposed To take an hour. Was no longer there.

Rude greeter. The mechanic had me straighten my car out to his liking although it was just an oil change. And now for the biggie. They wanted to charge me 2.75 times what the bill should have been. Where did mother nature ever come up with such creatures as these.

I had a Groupon for a $20 oil change and I told the mechanic that, sure enough he immediately pulled out his little menu and tried to up charge me. I stated that I was not interested and pulled up for them to tell me that they do not carry conventional oil “for my car” and proceeded to try and up charge me AGAIN - I drive a Toyota Corolla, normal car, normal oil. I’ve NEVER paid more than $45 for an oil change and they were trying to charge me $99 plus tax. I went to Take 5 right after and had my normal oil change & got a refund on my Groupon. Reading the comments, it looks like I’m not the only one that they’ve tried or succeeded to scam.

I usually have no problem no complaints and I love that store and the employees that I know that work there. But I went to have my oil topped off and made it about 10 miles up the road when my van started acting up and I pulled off the road and saw the line of oil dripping. And was unable to have anything taken care of until the store closed when the manager could drive and check it out on his own. Which is 4 hours away from now. Meanwhile I am having a friend tow it to my house hopefully. And I hope that nothing major is wrong with it.

Let me say a couple of things about Dennis and his team. Very professional no nonsense with trying to up sell me thing I didn’t need. They say hey this looks like it needs to be done you say not this time and they move on. Never once did I feel as if they were pushing anything on me. I applied for a credit card and it was a mess. I was approved but there system didn’t have me as if I ever applied he went above and beyond to help me figure it out. This is my second time getting my car work on here and it’s awesome I work right next door. Amazing attitudes and friendly atmosphere. Thanks for the pleasant experience.

Techs good. Long wait for oil change. Service reasonably priced except add ons like engine or cabin filters which are way overpriced and quality suspect. Fine for oil change with coupon but I cant recommend for anything else.

Overall was a good service. Went for an oil change. We go there most of the time. One thing I dislike is that they try to sell or fix other stuff in your vehicle but once you decline, if so, they dont push it.

This is a very nice place very convenient did the oil change and no pressure for the other things. There are a few things that I need to get done to keep the car in good performance. I will get these done when I have more time.

I used to frequent this Jiffy Lube and happened to be in the area and in need of an oil change. However I am really disappointed by how Jiffy Lubes marketing tactics have changed, and will absolutely not return. The gentleman pretended not to know what type of oil was suitable for my car and offered me a different oil that according to him they wouldve just used without thought of repercussion to my vehicle. When I said the cars manual clearly states full synthetic he tacked an additional $99 on to the order immediately. He also did his best attempt at brow beating me into a coolant flush that was really unnecessary. I dont appreciate these kinds of tactics and wont spend another dime with this facility. In all $150 for an oil change and tire rotation which is ridiculous.

This was a great experience. I’m used to staying inside my car during an oil change, but they vacuumed the inside changed my oil and checked everything out for me while I waited in their lobby. I’m new to Florida and this is only my third oil change. I used to use valvoline in Ohio. I got my oil changed at “take 5” and didn’t like my experience. I also got it done at the dealer (little bit more expensive). Jiffy lube however made me feel pretty good about everything. They seemed professional and they were done pretty damn fast. 5/5 I’ll be back.

I can’t imagine any business thinking that sneaking in any kind of upsell in exchange for a negative review would be beneficial, yet here we are. They got my money today, but definitely won’t be visiting again and I highly recommend others avoid this trap. Service took twice as long as originally told and charged more than quoted. After service, technician couldn’t get car to start. 0 stars if I could.

When I took my wife’s car to Jiffy Lube to get the oil changed, we found that the hood was stuck closed. The guys at Jiffy Lube put forth extra effort to get the hood open and even tried to fix the issue at no extra cost, which I thought was really cool. They were able to drain the oil and refill it through the drain plug hole which allowed me to take the car to a shop to get the hood open. I appreciated the help, thanks guys!

I was impressed at how helpful the staff was. in and out in 30 minutes. They also let me know how my oil looked since I just bought this used car. Dennis was especially helpful and assisting and answering my questions. Would recommend using the coupons on internet.

I went to get a simple oil change on my 2017 car. They checked everything, charge me $80.00 when I just wanted an oil change. After leaving Jiffy Lube, my engine light came on. I just got back from my dealership after my car was serviced and they said that the oil life was VERY LOW and that Jiffy Lube also cracked the fluid case in my car which was the reason my car was very sluggish and not shifting correctly. DO NOT GO TO THIS JIFF LUBE! There is one in Tampa and the workers there are true to what you ask for and price you correctly. Its a bit of a drive but at least youll be able to ACTUALLY DRIVE HOME AFTER!

I want zero star. Dont go there please. This rip off guy tried to fool me to pay them for them to replace some parts even I did replaced a week ago. Their tester equipments are not accurate and try to fool you. Trust me and please go other oil change service that your friends or family recommends.

Great service! First time I wasn’t heckled to upgrade or purchase additional services. I needed windshield wipers and bought those from them just because they weren’t pushy! I will def have my car serviced for an oil change again

Ok let’s start out by there interview process! I was just out surveying the field to see what opportunities were out there. So I received a call from the district manager Tyler and I explained to him that I have over 15 years experience in the automotive industry and I was a district supervisor for a major lube company in the past, and that had no intentions of coming back to the lube industry unless it was full blown management. He understood and said he wanted to schedule an interview with me. I get to the interview and meet with the store manager Jason and his assistant Dennis. (First red flag! Why would I meet with a store manager about a managers position not a district manager?) we then proceed with an interview! He could not answer any questions regarding salary and when I asked him what stores were available for management he said I would be working at his location with him.(2nd red flag. Why would I be working with you at your store unless it’s a quick train to send me to my own store)and spoke VERY broken English. Then proceeds to tell me that he has been the manager there for 21 years. (There’s a reason for that. its cause the company sees no opportunity for you to Advance to the next level.) Then at the end of the interview his assistant shakes my hand and says “peace out” hands down the most unprofessional interview I have ever in-countered. If you want a fast oil change great but in all honesty I wouldn’t let one of these guys touch one of my Snap-On wrenches to change a starter!
