Do not choose this water provider if you want good service. I have been trying to log into my account and call customer service with no luck. No one will answer the phone or reply by email. My initial delivery date was cancelled. When I finally got my reservoir and water, the machine leaks and I cant seem to get help or another delivery service or even return this machine.. Nothing. Worst provider ever!

Too bad you cant give them minus stars. They simply dont show up on delivery day. And when you call Customer Support, they just say oops. Maybe well deliver some later this week. Maybe not. But we wont tell you if we are (its a secret.) I cant imagine how a company stays in business giving service this bad.

In the 9 years Ive lived in this area, Ive been through a couple water delivery companies (3 or 4 maybe?). Crystal Springs has been the best so far in quality and customer service. I always get a prompt response like recent replacement of broken water cooler.

Terrible service. Couldnt get a hold of anyone to report issues we were having. Drivers were rude and kept charging us for cups they were NOT leaving. When we requested them to pick up the machine, they took the water we had already paid for and left a mess of water all over the floor.

The absolute worst. Was lied to by sales rep to open account and went months without delivery. Customer service is useless, nothing ever gets done. We buy spring water for use by staff in a 90 degree summer warehouse and cant get them to show up. Just cancelled our account and will never look back. Buy a dispenser and bottles from Sams Club. Youll pay half the price and never have to wonder if you will have water.

Ordered online had 50 dollars off and at the end 2 and change due i gave card info they took 50 so it put me in over draft. They never told me they were taking 50 and they would reimburse me because if they had I wouldnt of done it til next month. now I am in over draft and bank taking 35 for over draft. I have to make a claim with bank when crystal spring gives my money back. Becareful of transaction they said it was posted as such but I went through application again and not so so be careful

Love the water when we can get it. Honestly we set up for biweekly delivery. 1st month no water, customer service said they ran out of water. WTF a water company running out of water? Well, 2 month pass we get water but the dispenser is leaky so we ask for repair. Takes 2 week and two reschedules of the repair on there behave to say that they ran out of they type of dispenser i aquire. Another week passes and i speak directly to delivery man in regards to all the issues. They guy take time out of his scheduale and resolves all my problems in a day and two trips. We get biweekly deliveries and all works right when last month we notice a change in delievery. Monthly drop off, though we request biweekly. So to save trouble and not risk being without water. We made room for the spare waters to bring us into the next month and we have to keep adjust to there liking... We dont have the space but we made due. Not fair when you offer and cant deliver.

THEY ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH, THEIR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I have tried to reach them for 2 MONTHS.....totally ignored.....EXCEPT the billing department.I have NEVER DEALT WITH A MORE POORLY ORGANIZED and LOW QUALITY ORGANIZATION! DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!
