Would give less stars if it were an option.Heres my experience with Piercing Pagoda:At Christmas time we, (my mother in law visiting from PR) took my daughter who is 3 in to get her ears pierced. She had been asking for almost a whole year, so we knew it was the right decision. She was excited, we were a little nervous. We checked a few places out before having a good feel for the staff at PP. They talked us through everything, the pricing, the warranties, the procedure, etc.. We sat her down, they did them both at once, and my daughter didnt even bat an eye. It seemed awesome. When we purchased, he offered an extended warranty. And at first I told my MIL no because it seemed unnecessary. But then the guy explained how it covers it for an entire year after, that you only need one piercing in case they lose one, its a whole peace of mind warranty. And I ask to clarify that we would only need one and they would redo her ears, he confirmed. So we paid for the warranty.Today I went in with my daughter, and the one earring I previously was holding safely until we could get in there. One fell out a day or so after she had them done, so I took the other one and put it in my purse for safe keeping. I put in a pair of my own earrings into her ears to keep them open. They were fake. She eventually removed them. This has been barley 3 months since being pierced.I go to the counter and the lady, a box dyed red head with bald spots; is helping a couple.I patiently wait. Its not bother to me. Shes working, they seem satisfied, were all good. Eventually she finishes with them and hadnt seemed to notice me at all. Shes faced my direction a few times, but apparently not really seeing me I guess. (Nobody else was there, I was literally in front of her face where I was supposed to stand) A moment later the phone rings and she answers it. Spends about 5 minutes on the line before turning and saying Ill be with you after this call. She finishes the call 5 minutes later and then picks out a chain, puts it in a bag, fills out some 3 minute form, and then comes to me.How can I help you? Yeah my daughters earrings came out and we had them done here. We bought the warranty and I was just hoping we could get that taken care of.Do you have the earringsI have one. They said Id need only one.Yeah. Can I see it? *I hand it over and she walks away, and then returns a few moments later*So which ear are we doing? Im sorry?Yeah which one? Uh? Both. She barely had them in when they came out. We bought the warranty in case this happened. I have my ID right here.No. Thats not how that works. You will need to pick only one ear and well do that. The warranty doesnt cover both.Ummm.. We only bought the warranty because shes 3 and were concerned this would happen. The guy explained that this warranty was in case kids took them out. He also explained that we would need only one.Ive worked here for 25 years. That is NOT how our warranty program works. I work here, I know our warranty. We dont do that. And I know the guy who did her ears and theres NO WAY he told you that. Hes a PR guy-*I cut her off*Actually hes not, and I truly dont appreciate the way you are speaking to me. I came in here with my daughter to make her happy, not to be talked to-*cuts me off*Um actually youre the one with the bad attitude. As a matter of fact *raises her voice*, Im going to need you to calm down. I work here, you dont have any idea what youre talking about. As a matter of fact, just leave! Oh Becky, I will. I will. You are one SAD SAD miserable woman. I will not be returning. I will be requesting my money back for failing to adhere to my paid warranty. I will continue to spread the word about being completely disrespected, yelled at, and kicked out of PP; for asking to have my PAID warranty fulfilled. Its deceptive and borderline theft. Smh.

I had a great experience here in Westfield Mall Clearwater and the place was very clean and organized. I was very satisfied with pricing they have for the products displayed. Best place to get piercings at!! nose piercing, ear piercing, stomach piercing, eyebrow piercing, etc. it doesnt hurt at all if you get Jason, Priscilla, Dominic, or Jocelyn to do it!! theyre just the sweetest! .... but just a bit creepy. ive seen

Horrible Customer Service! On 05/19 I went to return an item I purchased online but I only had my email receipt because I lost my packing slip, both Employees said I needed to have my packing slip because that email was just confirmation of purchase for me and not for the store... WHAT?! They just turned me away and did NOT even TRY to help me at this kiosk. I looked up the return policy and The next day I headed to the kiosk at Tyrone Mall, the lady took her time to help me with my return and I ended up exchanging the item for some earrings and a pendant that I’m now in love with!
