Outstanding Warranty Service!I had a corrosion issue with one of my trailer lights being out and the other on the way out. My Magic Tilt trailer technically was out of warranty range on parts. However, I did decide to contact the warranty department for any guidance. Best call ever. After speaking with Gary from Magic Tilt, he informed me that all owners were part of the family and and he would take care of me on Good Faith. This trailer is used exclusively in salt water and Gary also gave great tips for maintaining in this environment. …. When in need of your next trailer, have No reservations about Magic Tilt trailers. They honestly stand behind them.

Customer service this good is rare in this day and age. Both issues I had with my new trailer were resolved promptly and to my complete satisfaction.

I want to thank Magic Tilt trailers for their follow-up and fantastic service after the sale.I was having issues with my boat trailer that was purchased in March of 2020. The keel was hitting a crossmember while loading/unloading.Gary in the warranty department had me bring the trailer to their facility and completely reengineered the bunks and front bow guides. They also took the time to change out the winch post to gain the correct tongue weight for my set up. I cannot say enough good things about Gary and his setup team.If you are in the market for a great trailer with the customer service to back it up, I highly recommend Magic Tilt to anyone.

Magic tilt replied to my review telling me to contact them but never stated who I was talking to and how to reach them. Exactly what they wanted. Act like they care but leave no information about contact. This trailer is a 2016 and is rusted out completely I also have a MYCO that is a 2003 and the condition is much greater than this magic tilt. Instead of arguing that the trailer was poorly made of cheap metal, I just purchased the new axles in good faith that they would be better. After waiting for 6 weeks I have not received any axles or a date to have them. I use this boat for charters and this is hurting my business severely. I talked to Eric at magic tilt, he stated that they are building new trailers with the available parts and putting the people that need parts last. Basically this means that I am currently unemployed for 6 weeks and counting. Magic tilt is severely damaging my business.

They build great trailers but management has an issues

Seven years old used in saltwater and rusting from the inside out, there are zero low level weep holes for the water to drain out.

Awesome company with great customer service. Had a issues with a 16 year old trailer and the guys at Magic Tilt examined the issue and immediately fixed the problem as well as a couple other things I didn’t know that was an issue. Thanks for everything you did to get me back on the road!! Highly recommend them and would without a doubt purchase another trailer in future.

Nice trailer but disappointed in how the lugs for wheels are all rusted. Not very good for using around salt water

Folks DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.I live by Magic Tilt Trailers. They use cheap Mexican laborers who spend their days partying to extremely loud salsa music that disturbs the entire surrounding residential area from dawn to dusk. Management ignores our complaints.Does this sound like a company who cares about quality? The glowing reviews are fake. Cheap labor doesnt equal quality & if they dont care about their neighbors, they sure dont care about their customers.Residents near them request you BOYCOTT Magic Tilt Trailer!

Complete from frame tubing, axles, tires, lighting, features... all of it is done to your specs on-site. Not a purchaser but have seen the facility and I think even Henry Ford would be impressed.

If there were a possibility of 6 Stars I would have added the sixth. I had some unresolved issues from the dealer that I bought my boat and trailer from. I haul my boat the length and breath of this country. Kauhn is amazing and reasonable when it comes to taking days off or going to the hospital or family time, when I go to the office Heather or the other guy in the other office who gets the Gatorade and face mask and red markers and black markers Is always nice and have nice hospitality towards everyone 👍

I can’t compliment Craig and the guys at magic tilt enough. I had a slight issue with the way the trailer came set up from a dealer, so I reached out to see if it would cause any problems. Craig promptly replied back and got everything resolved. It’s refreshing to know that there is a company that still operates with this level of customer service. Magic Tilt has set the bar high and has earned a customer for life.

Im an Airboater and I haul my 15 ft.airboat aluminum hull boat on a aluminum Magic Tilt Trailer rigged to fit my airboat. I love how light the trailer is and I also like the vinyl coated bunk board design. Great product!

Trying to track down a certificate of origin. I called provided all of the information required emailed called emailed called left messages customer service is not there. Jurys still out on the trailer. If its anything like the customer service Im in trouble!

Tried calling for help and the gentlemen seemed like his lunch break was more important then my phone call. He told me to just write an email with my concerns and somebody might get back to me. After 2 emails and nobody getting back to me, is why Im writing this poor review. Keep your trailers in Florida because your customer service is garbage.

We bought two Sea-Doos last year which came with an awesome, Magic TIlt, aluminum trailer. This trailer is strong, light and built incredibly well.We looked at other steel trailers which were the same price but were of inferior construction (plastic fenders etc). We could not be happier with this purchase.We had an issue with one of the tires (15 months after purchase and still under warranty) and Rick guided us through the replacement process.The people at Magic Tilt make fantastic products and stand behind them.We could not be more happy with this purchase.

Having owned and heavily used painted and galvanized trailers in the past, I am impressed with the speed at which my 2016 MagicTilt aluminum boat trailer decomposed at locations where dissimilar metals came in contact. Of course the warrantee has expired, but I did contact them to see if they will further support their product. Ill let you know if they do. .......OK. As an UPDATE: They were very quick to respond in an EXtremely positive manner. I really didnt expect such corporate responsibility! Both their rep and their company prez jumped right in with a very good offer. If this was how most companies repected their products, we would all be so better off. Kudos to Magic Tilt!!!!

Magic Tilt trailer purchased only May 2017. Hardly have used the boat. 2 days ago I was on the interstate and the leaf spring broke. I barely made it home by securing the axil and ruined 3 of my tires. This trailer is out of warranty and I am dissapointed of this defect and experience.

Good place to work if you can handle the overtime

Had to have a special storage rack built for my new boat. Contacted Steve Elerbe . He had to make several trips to different locations to get the measurements right and he did it faster than you would expect. If there were any delays they were on my end. After the rack was delivered there were some adjustment issues and again he had to travel a lot of miles in the wrong direction but he got it done the following day. Boat fits perfectly. I cannot say enough about this whole experience was handled. Very happy customer.

Best customer service! Long story short my boat dealer ordered the wrong trailer from these guys. When I realized their mistake I stopped by magic tilt. The owner pulled me in his office and fixed me right up. Top notch! Real old school customer service.

I recently had one of the most horrible retail experiences of my life in dealing with a local trailer repair place. Id rather not identify the business by name as I believe they have rectified the leading cause of what lead to my numerous trailer repair woes. Thankfully, while I was trying to get assistance, a Sales Representative (Steve) from Magic Tilt (Clearwater) intervened and everything, with his assistance, has been made right with my trailer. To say that Steve went above and beyond is an understatement. In fact, Steve was under no obligation whatsoever to even get involved in the first place. My trailer was several years old and I was dealing with Fair, Wear, and Tear type issues. It was clearly evident that customer service and customer satisfaction means a great deal Steve and Magic Tilt Clearwater. I cant thank you guys (Steve and the Plant Manager, Chad) enough for all you have done. Magic Tilt has left such a positive impression on me as a result of this incident. Additionally, aside from the routine upkeep, my Magic Tilt trailer has been an excellent product and continues to serve me well. I highly recommend this company and their product to anyone in need of a great quality boat trailer.
