James provided great customers service to my husband and I. We bought a living room set and a dining room set. James was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional! My husband and I truly enjoyed our experience! We received our furniture on 6/23/21 and we truly love it. We are very grateful to James, Mrs Linda, Tammy and Jackie as well as Mr Tim for everything they have done for us to receive our funtinure in great condition. Wonderful experience, walked into a little busier than expected store, asked for Maryann (referred to her), she greeted us and even though she was with someone she invited us to take a look around while she finished up with her previous customers. The store was very well laid out, extremely clean, everyone was very professional and friendly. Once she was finished, Maryann joined us at what would become our next furniture investment. She was knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and helped us choose what was best for our new home. We wanted a different type of coffee table and she had a great idea, she even had the guys move it over to make sure it fit and looked good with our color scheme. My husband and I went into Rooms to Go to look at couches. We bought a couch from another place and we hated it, so Rooms to Go was the fix. We worked with Maryann and she was excellent. We told her what we were looking for and she was a great help. Recommended some excellent options that were exactly what we were looking for and helped up find the perfect solution! She gave us her card and her number and was ready for us when we came back to purchase. Easy process. New couch gets here next week! A+

Marianne was so helpful, I must of went into the store five times. She helped me with picking out the right color sofa. She also educated me on the leather, and the Cindy Crawford collection. She told me about the frame the leather and how to clean the couch. I will be sending my cousin there soon to buy a new couch also. I will tell everybody that needs furniture to ask for Marianne. Purchased furniture through them and walked out of there feeling confident that we made a good choice and it would help our credit. KILLED our credit that we worked on for so long and is going to take us forever to fix it again. Will not recommend if you dont want to pay cash. Poorly explained the financing details even when we made it clear, we were trying to HELP our credit. If we would have understood them 100%, we would not have bought from them.

Tammy the store manager needs to learn her station in life, customer service. Hence, she should be polite, well spoken, articulate, groomed, well dressed, attractive, and understand the customer is always right. She is none of these.

Kim was excellent! We talked to her Wednesday then thought about a purchase until Saturday when we visited the store again. We insisted on working with Kim again because she was honest, straightforward, and upfront with all the details. We purchased a Sofa and Love seat. We highly recommend Kim for all your furniture purchases!

That’s how they delivered it :( bed was not assembled at all. They put the dresser to the wall so we don’t see the whole.everything is in dirty spots from hands. Awful. So disappointing.guys do you really think it’s acceptable after 4 months of waiting? Do you things we are pigs who will eat whatever???you left it all bent and not assembled, broken and dirty.

Staff is friendly and helpful. However, the extended warranty (third party) that the store offers is a scam. We have had issues with several of the furniture we got there and when calling the warranty company to make a claim, I was told that is was normal wear and that the warranty didn’t cover the issue.Update. Store manager contacted me after posting the review and we were able to work the issue out. They gave me a credit for the damaged furniture and was able to select another one.

Robbie was our sales person today and gave us great direction and offered specific advice on our purchase. As a seasoned sales personhe was able to recognize we knew what we wanted and didnt try and up sale on things we didnt want.

Great experience with Maryann!! We received amazing attention from her!! She was kind, gave us a great explanation of everything and we didn’t feel any pressure at all to buy! Which was great because were were totally on the fence (big impulse buy) and if pushed we would have never made the purchase!
