Its hard to find a honest mechanic these days. I believe I found one here !

My son use to work here so I trust these guys to do good work. I have recommended several people to them and have received praises about them. Hard to find someone you trust to look after your car.

I recently had the AC repaired and the engine replaced in my 14 y/o vehicle at Service Masters. Believe me when I tell you that I deliberated long and hard for several days as to whether it was cost effective for me to put the money into my vehicle at this point in time.As a single senior I depend on efficient, reliable and forthright mechanics to keep my car in tip top shape so I can be safe while driving. I found that at Service Masters! I dont regret my decision, I feel like Im driving a new vehicle!I highly recommend Service Masters where you do get treated like family!

Alright so I have to give credit where it is due. The services have not yet been completed on my vehicle but I have to write this now if it helps someone decide on a reputable shop to bring their vehicle to.I have a 2016 Dodge Challenger Hellcat. I have been complaining about multiple different issues since the beginning of the ownership of my vehicle. The dealer has called me crazy 3 times. Last time i took it in for 3 drivability concerns none of which were addressed and they never even test drove it. I also work at a repair shop and it’s been inspected and passed with flying colors. I take my vehicle here to be inspected and they were timely and efficient, the professionalism was off the charts with communication, and they were extremely thorough. They found all of my main concerns, and I was promptly sent a link with pictures and descriptions with prices to check off. There is nothing but total transparency thus far and I trust these people wholeheartedly. I will be writing a follow up review once repairs have been completed. Derek and Justin are phenomenal. If you want good honest well priced work with fantastic communication this is your place. I’ve never been so happy to spend $4000 on car repairs. Good old expensive dodge!

I found everyone in the shop to be both professional and very personable. I expected to need more work done on the care than a simple oil change, as per information given to me by another auto repair shop. These gentlemen informed me that everything was fine at the moment and the additional work I thought was needed was not necessary. This kind of honesty is getting harder and harder to find.

Good work on two cars. Saturn 2006 and 2007 Ion. Numerous work done on AC, brakes axle work, fluid flush, oil change etc.Cars running well now. Pleased with the service. Only locked door on 2006 car unable to be fixed. Nice small service shop. Good customer service.

Fantastic experience. Very polite, honest and fast!!!! Highly recommended. I brought in my BMW 330ci for a new alternator and the got it done in a few hours and for less than everyone else wanted. I will definitely be going back there when needed.

These guys go above and beyond for their customers. Their communication, their prices, the techs, the office staff, so freaking awesome. Im so glad my man was referred to them by 3 other folks. They have not disappointed my at all during any of my visits there. I went there for a vehicle checkup recently because I was making a 9 hr drive the next day and they were able fix what needed to be repaired that evening and ensure our drive was safe. Never going anywhere else for my vehicles service. Thank you Service Masters for EVERYTHING.

New to town and had my work truck clutch hydraulic give out. These guys were awesome, super fast, great communication, their system of sending you pictures of anything needing to be fixed is fantastic. Never seen it before and the price super fair for the work. After leaving my clutch felt smoother than ever and I will definitely be going here for all auto work I need from here on out.

I took my vehicle to have the air conditioning serviced. It was blowing cool air but not cold enough for extremely hot days of 90+ degree weather. After they charged me $170.00 for the service my air conditioner only blows hot air like a heater. They said sometimes the air compressor fails when it is serviced, not their fault! I recommend you go anywhere else instead of taking your vehicle to these folks!

My go-to for all car needs. The customer service is impeccable and theyre very knowledgeable about all cars. Price is reasonable and they dont twist your arm trying to sell you unnecessary services. They run a diagnostic tests and take photos to show you. Never going anywhere else for my car needs.

A/C needed complete replacement. Im driving a modified 350Z, and they had to take part of the turbo system apart to reach everything. Did an excellent job.

They are all about details and customer service! We dropped the car off the night before and got a text that it was ready and details of a couple of other things that needed to be done. This was sent with the cost, pics and a yes or no response. Great system!

I would like to personally thank Derek and the rest of the team at Service Masters Total Car Care! They went out of their way to take care of the issues my Mom was having with her car. They were honest, knowledgeable, professional, and got the job done in a fastidious manner. Thanks again for being there for my Mom!!

I wanted to like to this place, as my wife and I are new to the area and were in need of a good and honest mechanic. First they did some general work on my wife’s Mazda. An oil change, and they fixed a small leak that was coming from the oil housing. No complaints about that service, it seemed a little costly, (~$300) but they did a fine job and I was happy with the work. Hence the two-star rating.About a month later (a few days ago) I bring my Escape in to get new engine and transmission mounts replaced. They were completely shot. They quoted me almost $1600. Before leaving, I was told they could get it to $1000, but would have to use aftermarket parts that came without a warranty, and would probably break six months later. Now I’m no mechanic, so I made a few phone calls to some friends and a former mechanic of mine back home. Everyone I told laughed at that price. When I asked Derek to break it down for me, he blamed the warranty and the fact that he had to up charge for the price of parts. I felt uneasy so I called around.My car is currently at the FORD DEALERSHIP. I repeat the FORD DEALERSHIP. Again, no mechanic but aren’t those places supposed to cost more? They are getting all mounts replaced for me for a little over $1000!!! And it comes with an unlimited mile 2 year warranty! I couldn’t believe it. Save your money and take your vehicle elsewhere! These guys are really going to attempt to run your pockets. Still in need of a good mechanic in the area, but will have to stick to the dealer for now. I’m in awe at the price differential.

An excellent job from what I see thus far. My private mechanic was away on vacation with his family. I would have saved about $500.00 if he did the work. However, it seems that the work completed by S.M.T.C.C. was sufficient to take care of the immediate problem and attention that my car needed. I have no problem recommending them.

Hidden gem. Professional service. Excellent prices compared to boxstore competitors. Called and made a same-day appointment. At arrival after a little paperwork was offered beverages and snacks. Staff are very attentive and polite. Tipped the nice men and left. Highly recommended! 💫

Had a problem with the fan and car was running hot, a/c not working- We are from out of town and they quickly diagnosed the problem and kept in touch with us regarding arrival of parts And when car would potentially be ready. Really nice and professional and we felt confident that our Honda was in good hands! Great job!

Finally a place that really checks multiple systems. Mavis & TK had to be reminded to check spare tire pressure (sometimes all tires) & battery water when I had that type battery. If they only accepted CarCare 6 mth same as cash credit card for those $500 to $1500 repairs. Then Id have every problem fixed at one time & lose only one day of work.

Coupons are good! Not sure if they really know what they are doing.

They just AMAZING! I didn’t have an appointment and they give me one when I called the same day! They where very professional and totally honest!! I would recommend them with my eyes closed. They new would be a lot of money to put on my car if I was gonna change it and they help me to make my decision and especially to make me and help me feel safe on the road and that is a PLUS!!! My car was started smoking while i was driving and i had to pull over. These guys were the closest shop. I called, told them what was going on and they got me in to take a look right away, like, less than 5 minutes after i called i was there and they were taking a look. Guy went out and checked it over, and said it was just the ac but offered to have someone do a full examination of the car, mostly because i was still nervous and the examination was super reasonably priced. I waited no more than 45 minutes and then they gave me a printout of their complete diagnostic of my car including photos from my cars engine and approximate cost of the minor repairs and maintenance. They walked my through each section of the packet and explained it all to me and then emailed me a copy of the same diagnostic packet as well. Not to mention how polite and patient everyone in the shop was with me as i know literallynothing about cars. And since Im not from the clearwater area, they even recommended another shop closer to home for me. However, if its not an emergency, i will 100% make the drive to get my car serviced there as i am beyond impressed if i could give 6/5 stars i would, but ill have to settle for 5/5. these guys are fantastic!

Justin and the staff FIRST respectful, customer service out performs any one I have been to. I would like to mention that I live in Clearwater but I have an honest reliable mechanic in Tarpon but when your brakes go out you cant drive to Tarpon to get them fixed so these guys are 5 minutes from me. Not only did they make an appointment and keep the appointment on time but they offered me a ride back home while the repairs were being made and they offered me a ride to pick me up and bring me back to pick up the vehicle. In addition to that while I was on the phone finding the price I also failed to mention I was a veteran and they also honored my veteran status with a discount. These brothers have a good thing going here. I wont discredit another business but I will certainly give kudos to the deserving business. Thank you gentleman I will be back.John Wesley Pike

The staff is courteous and professional, but they don’t stand behind the repairs, I had coolant by pass hose leak repaired and paid almost $500 but it started leaking again after a week and I was charged another $300 to repair that . I think they should atleast stand behind the work they perform .

Jeff, Derek, Mike and the rest of the guys are awesome!I bought my dream truck in July and started hearing noise in my engine and front tire not long after an oil change. I was told to sell the truck immediately! I was crushed and stressed about what to do. I called, talked to Mike and felt my stress go down immediately. They let me bring it in later that day. The owner, Jeff, drives the same truck so I was even more relieved. We went for a drive, he heard the noise and reassured me his makes the same sound-he even started it for me to hear! He also found a possible oil leak I didnt know I had (the other place had changed the oil the day before). He cleaned it for me to be sure it was a leak and after a short drive, I could clearly see it was. Went back the next day and the guys got my ride on the rack straight away (I was there 90min or less). I could see they were truly concerned and appreciated their kindness and willingness to explain everything to me (not always the case as a female-sad but true). I will drive the 40 minutes every time for this type of knowledge, respect and value. This was all 2 days before Christmas!! Truly Service Masters!

Easy and painless...they were great. They installed my front and back license plates (NY) and installed my registration sticker. Nice as can be. When I mentioned I was having issues with Android Auto, a mechanic volunteered to try it out with his phone. Very impressive!They are my new mechanic. I used a 48.95 coupon for an oil change which states includes a 38 point inspection. I also requested a tire rotation and break pad installation. Although the service was fast I noticed my oil filter was never changed and the air in my tires were low. When checking out they took my form of payment and never went thru the so called 38 point Inspection. When asked about it they said my vehicle was in good shape. Disappointed over all with the outcome as they seem to look professional and care about your car and you as a customer. Not sure Ill go back

Best car service I have ever had. Justin was fantastic. I knew the front drive shaft was bad and needed replacing. The exhaust system prevented my doing the work so I decided to have the shop do it. Within 10 minutes of arriving they had the car on the lift and the quote for me. I scheduled the repair for following morning at 8AM. Work was done by 9. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Having recently relocated back to Florida I had no mechanic when my brakes needed attention. I googled the mechanic nearest me (Service Masters Total Car Care) and was so impressed at every turn. Every person I spoke with from the the person on the phone that made my appointment to the men that drove me home and then picked me up were all professional, friendly and knowledgeable.They fixed my brakes and replaced a blinker bulb that was dimming but not quite burned out yet.I will be back and I recommend them wholeheartedly. I havent had anything real complicated done here, but Im an older woman and Ive taken my old truck in 3 times for different things. Awesome group of people. They are extremely professional, detail oriented and very accommodating. Never tried to up sale and even advised of services I did not need but requested at first. Even after a few days after my visit. I called with a concern. They didn’t hesitate to offer to pick my car up at work, not to inconvenience me and addressed the situation immediately. To only learn was not an issue and normal concern. Highly recommend these guys!!!!!!

This business is reasonable and theyre in constant contact with you! They work in accordance to your instructions and dont hammer you with the bell and whistles... Look, vehicle maintenance isnt cheap but reasonable and professionalism is what we all seek. My experience was great with these guys!

I had 3 u-joints replaced in April 2020, what a mistake. Had to take it to another repair shop to correct their errors. One part replaced upside down and was informed drive shaft was the most out of balanced they had ever seen. DO NOT take your vehicle to this shop! If you do beware.

I came in with my 2018 Honda Fit with my own hitch receiver to install. The team quickly put my car on the rack to see how easily it could be installed. After telling me how much it was (as low as I was expecting) I said go for it. They finished the job within a short amount of time and the cost was a couple bucks less than estimated plus I got a coffee cup that matches my car. Great staff and Id go back if I needed to.

I arrived an hour early for my appointment, they had no problem fitting me in. 45 minutes later I was on my way after having both fuel filters changed

Service Masters has been and continues to be a great shop for repairing our diesel motor home. We have always driven away with confidence that our coach is in reliable working order. They have consistently gone the extra mile to identify maintenance items that have kept us operating trouble free on the road. I rarely ever give anyone a 5 out of 5 stars, but they are the closest.

I was considering buying a 2019 Corolla LE from a private party. I decided to come here for an inspection prior to purchasing it. They did an in depth inspection and report and even helped look up the recalls on the car for me. Above and beyond what I was expecting. They sent me pictures with an in depth report of what work needed to be done to my email. Overall, they were very professional and friendly and I would recommend visiting them for any mechanic work you need!

Ive always said, most businesses can do a good job, its when something goes sideways that the great businesses stand out. I brought my full size transit in for an awful noise from the suspension. They diagnosed the issue quickly and promised to have it done the same day. I asked them to change the oil while they had it. Well, it ended up taking a lot longer and actually ended up being two days because they had to special order a tool. I get it, it happens. They kept me in the loop, were honest, and got me working again as quickly as they could. Great job guys. Will be back.

They took great care of me. Came in to get the car ready for a cross state trip. They looked it over, found why it was running funny. Sent photos of the areas of concern and I could ok or refuse each repair. I had to pass on 1 of their suggested repairs and they let me know to pass on 2 more since they wouldnt stay true without all the repairs. Needless to say they saved me money and time, and just took great care of me, and the car did great on trip as well. They deal you straight and get you back on the road. Cant recommend better than these folks.

My car was having intermittent problems starting so I took it to Service Masters. They called me to get my permission to do a check of the ignition system before doing it as there was a charge involved. Once they identified the issue, they contacted me with the estimate and repair time. They were able to get the part, the starter, and repair it within the time they had told me.This was not my first experience with Service Masters but I have been just as pleased with their work each time.
