Poor service. Dropped my car off first thing in the morning at 830am and am told they would atleast diagnose problem. By the end of the day they havent even looked at my car and just expect me to leave it for whenever it is convenient for them to look at when I told them that it is my only mode of transportation and I need to be able to get around. Wasted an entire day of waiting for them not to even be able to look at it and now Im told I needd to bring it back another day to have them look at it. And to top that off this morning when I dropped my vehicle off I was told that I could get a shuttle ride back home and still after waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes i still didnt get a ride so had to find a ride back.

I spoke with Egidio and he was great! I look forward to doing business with him in the future. Very professional and made me feel like a welcomed customer.

Purchased my car in TN and moved to FL. Have used Dimmit since my move and they have disappointed me every single time. Whether I have called for a quote on a job or used the service dept, I have had horrible experiences. The most recent being yesterday when I had an appt set for exterior detailing of my Equinox. The appt was scheduled for well over a week and 20 min before my appt time I received a call telling me that I had to reschedule due to employees laying out of work. I explained that I had taken the day off work and couldn’t just reschedule so I was told to go ahead and come in. 3 hours later I receive a call that the car is ready. I noticed right away that the windows were smeared and the chrome door mirrors were still funky but decided to go ahead home and just deal with it. When I arrived Home and began finishing the job, it was clear that unbuffed wax was around all door handles, in the door jams, and one rim had been completely forgotten. This was on top of the prior negative experiences so it just made me so aggravated, hence the review. I paid $80 to have it done bc I’m a single mom already over burdened with a never ending list of things to do and despite the higher costs I have always felt that I could trust the dealership so I have only used them for any type of service. I received a call from Dimmit after my service and when I complained I was told “well hopefully they do a better job next time”. Laughable. Turns out that call was actually just an unwanted Sales call trying to get me to upgrade and the guy couldn’t have cared less about my experience. At this point, if I’m going to be treated as if I don’t matter and my care isn’t going to receive the best care then why not use cheaper service somewhere else. Very unfortunate as Freeland Chevrolet back in Nashville always treated me AND my car so so well. I sure miss that level of service.

Just too expensive especially for older cars mine is now six years old I bought it from them.

I bought a used 2016 Tahoe from another dealer, but brought my vehicle here to get a key made. The staff were all extremely helpful, and even solved an indicator light issue. Needless to say, I’ll be getting my vehicle serviced here from now on while under warranty.
