I had such an incredible experience with Toyota Clearwater. Hasan was my go-to guy and he really went the extra mile making sure I drove away smiling. He helped find the right truck, the right finance options, he explained every detail along the way and I left with an even lower payment and better vehicle than I expected. I had the BEST experience at Clearwater Toyota yesterday! Huggy was my Sales person and he was beyond attentive. He listened to what I was looking for and took me to look at and drive all of the options that suited my needs. While showing me around some former customers of his greeted him with delight and after working with him I completely understand why! He, Dan (the finance guy), Mo (one of the managers) and Steve (the GM) all made my experience better than any car shopping experience I have had anywhere. After weeks of effort with other dealers I closed on a great deal the same day because everyone there just deserved my business and they deserve yours too. I’ll be back when it’s time, that kind of customer service breeds loyalty.

I walked in expecting the deal I was about to make run me to the poor house. My experience at Clearwater Toyota was the BEST!!! Our salesperson, Walter, was so friendly and professional. He went the extra mile to make sure we were well taken care of and that we had everything we needed. This is a very difficult time for the automotive industry. I first contacted the Toyota dealer close to our home and they were not helpful at all. One call to Walter in the morning was all it took. That afternoon we drove home in our beautiful new CHR. Clearwater Toyota is now MY dealer and Walter is who Ill call.

I wish there was a way to review this specific Toyota Dealership in Clearwater in a way that people understand that this place is 10 out of 10. I am willing to wait 3 hours( you can watch a movie while you wait, water and snacks available and clean environment) to get my car detailed because I have had so many great experiences every time I come to get my car serviced. I want to point out Garret Weeks who has been Professional and Kind and clear in communication!! I wish all dealerships where as nice as this one.

Terrible service the last two visits my husband hadnt. He went in for routine service and after optional service to flush the fuel system, the car died on the way home. He waited an hour for their tow truck. They supposedly fixed it and said they would send a coupon in the mail for a free oil change which he never received. It hasnt run right since with sluggish acceleration. Today the check engine light went on. He was told the fuel cap wasnt on right? Then that they would reset it and if it started to smoke to let them know??? This car was bought from them and has been serviced by them since. We will not return and likely wont buy another toyota.

Ive got to say Garret and the team at Toyota of Clearwater have gone above and beyond assisting me getting my Tacoma running correctly. I wanted to get my tires there but ran into a slight hick-up as they didnt have what I wanted in stock. I have appointment at 8:30 at Clearwater Toyota I’d rather go to Sun Toyota in Holiday everyone at the Clearwater Toyota seems in a gray mood plus no free Coffee and it’s taking them a hour and a half to do a oil change rotation and I scheduled an appointment the longest should be a hour but I use to work on Subaru and we had to try to get them out in 30 min that’s Oil change rotation fluid fill up inspection smhUPDATE it’s been a hour and a half got here at 8:30am it’s 10am now they haven’t even touch my car I can’t find my Service advisor he hasn’t even give me one single update about my carUPDATE it’s 10:10am somebody finally took my car for service seen them take it still haven’t heard anything from service advisorUPDATE 10:30 seen Mechanic drop my ticket off at Garrett the service advisors desk still hear nothing from him had to ask other service advisor for help took them two hours to do a 20 minute job witch they didn’t even do the oil change said it’s every 10k miles Since it’s synthetic So two hours waiting just for an inspection on a brand new car and a tire rotationGO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIPS

I purchased my 2021 Rav4 Hybrid in January. Great sales team, even texted a few days later to make sure I was happy with the car. Today I had my 1st oil change and I am just as impressed with the service dept as I was the sales dept. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend Clearwater Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a car.

Just bought a new 2021 Tundra from the dealership. I was recommended by a friend to meet with Chris Eldrige. Such a simple no game experience. Previously had worked with another toyota dealership in the Wesley Chapel area and there was a lot of smoke and mirrors. Clearwater Toyota was straight forward and were still willing to work in price. Should of started with them right off the bat.

Ryan our Salesman was the best. Greeted us as soon as we arrived. Friendly, Couteous and knowledgeable. Wayne took care of the financial part and gave me the lowest interest rate. Also happy with his service. I do have 1 concern. Throughout my test drive and going over my vehicle we found no issues until I started the drive home. I noticed the Check engine light stayed illuminated all the way. I only live about 6 miles from the Dealer so it wasnt a far drive. Even though I purchased the vehicle As Is, I should not have to encounter this 5 minutes after I hit the road. I immediately contacted Ryan and he assured me to bring her back on Tues due to the Holiday and have Service check out the situation. We will see....

Yesterday we walked into Clearwater Toyota just to ask about the process and terms of the current lease we had that was about to end in a few months, the salesman quickly approached us and made us feel so welcomed just like they did 3 years ago when we first started our journey here . We were looking for a new Camry took the test drive (no pressure) from anyone, really laid back experience made me and the family feel comfortable and that is what you want when buying a car. Our salesman was awesome and the sales and finance manager Mo went above and beyond to fit our needs and work with our budget huge shoutout to him and the rest of the staff. Our second lease has been a dream and we think we won’t ever lease with anyone else, we are thankful for all they did specially the car wash and filling up the tank full for us . I will recommend and I will be back because they made us feel like family .

Sales staff was friendly along with finance manager. I flew in from SC to make the purchase, I did have to wait nearly two hours for all the paperwork to be gathered, so I’m not sure if they are used to out of state paperwork. The sales manager and I also agreed on an OTD price, it appears it was presented to finance manager incorrectly. So I paid the extra $371.75, they assured me they would refund the extra money if I was correct. They said it could take up to two weeks. Overall it was a decent experience. For out of state purchase though, they should have been more prepared. It shouldn’t take 2 weeks for a refund. You have the time to acknowledge a poor review but don’t call me to refund my $….. 🤔

I found the Camry with the exterior and interior colors I was looking for online at the Clearwater Toyota website. When I made it to the dealership, the salesman took me to the exact car that I found online. I was driving a 2002 Camry for nineteen years, so you could say I was motivated buyer. I had such a great experience with the first Camry, that deciding on what car to buy was an easy decision. I wanted another Camry. The sales staff at Clearwater Toyota was great, they help me setup the financing and processed all the paperwork in a single afternoon. The car is easy to figure out, I look forward to many years driving the new Camry.

Thank you to Garrett at Clearwater Toyota for assisting me with buying a new battery for my 2017 Highlander. Driving to Florida from New Jersey, my battery needed to be jumped 2 hours from my final destination. I went to Clearwater Toyota the next day to get a battery. Who knew that there was a definite battery shortage for push start cars! Garrett was able to get one delivered for the next day. I was easily shuttled home and picked up the next day when my car was ready. My daughter works at Price Toyota in the service department in Wilmington, DE. She was amazed that a battery could be located so quickly since she also has customers waiting for a new battery.Also a great big thank you to Bill, the shuttle driver. The best ride and conversation ever!!

Given the struggle in today’s New and used car inventory, my wife and I had a less than stellar experience at another dealership when trying to purchase a new car. This experience prompted us to just upgrade our used car, which incidentally was purchased at Clearwater Toyota 14 years ago. It is a 2004 Lexus ES330 and has been a very dependable car. After several calls to the dealership, being put on hold, and never being called back (which should have been enough warning for me to stay away), I went to the dealership. They took my information, and said the parts guy would need a day to convert all parts because he had no Lexus catalog. This seemed reasonable. The young lady did tell me that she was going in vacation, and she pointed to the man who would assist me after the parts Dept got the quotes. No call for 2 days. I called at least 3 times after and was assured I would get a call back. I then went to another Toyota dealership. I won’t mention their name here, but will just say the one by Raymond James Stadium. Their Service Manager, Elvyn, took my info, and had me a quote the first day. We arranged a drop off time. During the 5 days at his shop, he kept me informed and was also patient when I continued adding services. In all, we replaced the timing belt, water pump, belts, hoses, fuel filter, cv axles, shocks, struts, motor mount, plugs, wires, oil change, headlight restore, valve cover gasket, and full detail. The car drives like new again. All of this being said, I have purchased 2 cars from Clearwater Toyota, and they always seemed to be in business to make money. I guess it was wrong of me to walk in ready to write a check for $7100.00. But I won’t make that mistake again. Clearly they don’t value the customer or their time. People have choices, and Clearwater Toyota made it very easy to choose Elsewhere.

Really appreciated Willy’s help in purchasing my car. He was very helpful and it was an easy, wonderful experience. (No game playing which was much appreciated.). He was helpful in showing me the computer aspects of the electronics and answered my questions without making me feel he was rushing me. I highly recommend asking for Willy!

Brought my car for service twice and both times customer service was awful. They have serious issues with processes and staff not having basic understanding of how to provide good customer service. Next time will go to a different Toyota dealership for service even if i have to drive further away.

Sharing My Experience with the service department. I have already spoken to dealer about this but I just want others to know.Purchased brand new 21’ car and less than a month later there’s an issue with the engine. Brought it in for warranty work. Just some points below to summarize:1. Pretty much no follow up to my car and what/when it was going to be done.2. A few times I was told I would get a call back, but nothing.3. No one could find any info on my car unless from what I was told, that only my service advisor could help me. But he wasn’t available most of the times.4. Other employees telling me that multiple complaints have been made about the service department.5. I literally had to go up there myself just to get any general info. Nobody over the phone could help.6. Finally got my car but then there’s no paperwork service records that was given to me.It’s easy to point out people are New or someone isn’t available, I get that. But there should be a process where Anyone that works there should be able to update you about your car. Not telling you that only your service advisor can help you.

Great experience at Clearwater Toyota! No games, which was absolutely wonderful. Our salesman Hassan didnt waste time going back and forth with numbers, he asked where we wanted to be and went from there. The finance department went to bat for us with the bank and got it done, we even got great financial advice from them in regards to our less than perfect credit. Just purchased 2021 Toyota Venza from Clearwater Toyota. Had an outstanding purchase experience. Hasan and Mo provided outstanding customer service and helped ensure I got the vehicle with all the options that I wanted at an affordable price, beating pricing of another local Toyota dealership. They were very informative, up-front, honest, and most importantly listened to what I wanted and did not pressure me in anyway to go over my bottom line number. They made this big purchase an easy, stress free experience. Even though another Toyota dealership is closer to my house, I will be back to this dealership for service and any future Toyota vehicle purchases!The only part of purchase I didnt like was when working with the finance department. I had outside financing with fantastic rates that is lower than the Current Toyota financing offer of 2.9 for 60 months. The finance person said my rate was high...and then started trying to upset additional warranty for $2k.I greatly appreciate Hasan and Mo keeping my purchase within my limits, and never once pressuring me to go with Toyota financing.

Made the phone call so glad we did, told them which vehicle we were interested in and by 6 pm that same evening we WERE driving that baby home! Wooohoooo!This Dealer has been more than fair and HONEST with us.The whole entire buying experience and payment options were just perfect! Meaning.....they gave us OPTIONS like put down x amount of dollars and your payment will be x OR put down this much and this will be your payment. To us, just to get those options were really NICE and to be honest unexpected. They work hard to make YOU happy and make sure you are comfortable with everything, it was a much much nicer way to purchase a car, we did not have 8-10 Thirsty sales people hovering over us either, another plus! Chris and Brent were very helpful, honest, personable and trustworthy in helping me purchase my vehicle. I went in to purchase a vehicle by myself knowing that I might have a difficult time trying to get what I wanted for my vehicle and payments. But Chris was very informative and got me what I wanted, he went above and beyond to help with all of my requests. Both Chris and Brent were very professional and guided me on what would work best for me. I greatly appreciate them and their hard work ethic that they provided me.

My daughter went there to make a deposit on a 2021 Camry XSE, but the price they said over the phone and the cost out the door was 10% higher. Tax, title, tag, dealer prep, floor mats and so forth and so on and on. Never the less she has moved on. But the dealership was very busy and salespeople were trying to accommodate everyone. In their defense, this particular car came with a 6 cylinder engine and is rare and very popular. So we can not blame the dealer for maximizing their profits.

I highly recommend working with Masud Chowdhury he really looked out for me and got me the nest deal possible for my car, always kept in communication even after my purchase and during the my research looking for my new car! Everything was straight up and I didnt feel as if I was being railroaded. Wonderful customer service.

Worst experience looking for the right car. Rushed with an annoyed attitude towards me. Great Cars, & clean atmosphere the salesmen were very rude. No value to all customers and did not care if I took my business elsewhere. Not everyone comes in what a wad of cash to buy the first car shown. Only concerned themselves with making a deal is taking the customer for granted. Every customer has different shopping/vehicle needs they should learn to respect that.

I purchased my 2021 Rav4 about 2 weeks ago. I originally wanted to test drive a 2019 so I filled out an online request and received a prompt callback from Samantha. Sergio did an outstanding job reviewing the services we needed and detailing the importance of each item so we could make proper decisions. The dealership is very clean, offers plenty of comfortable seating in the lounge and our repairs were completed on time. Sergio also coordinated shuttle service for us so that we were not held to staying on site while our lengthy services were completed.

Greeted by Sergio, who was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He kept me informed about car status and repair feedback.I was there for recall issue, oil change. It was recommended to replace rear brakes and this service was also performed.I paid for vacuum and car wash cleaning. This is my only complaint- whoever vacuumed did only front and not back seat area. I will not request this service in the future.

I bought a certified Toyota Prius on January. I didnt realize about the issues it had until later. Recently I got an appointment for oil change and I arrived on time. I had to wait 30 mins in my car before I could be seen. I ended waiting 3 hours despite having an appointment. I requested a breakdown of the inspection and the rep was hesitant, I was told an email was sent with it and it never arrived. I came back and requested the breakdown again to another rep and it was given to me. The breakdown did recommend getting new air and gas filters and said 2 tires have low tread (lower than the certified standard) even though this was supposed to be a certified Toyota. If I didnt request the breakdown I dont know. 2 months later I had to replace those tires. Certified Toyota means nothing to me now. BS. Every time I question the service department about what I should have gotten as part of my certified Toyota package they tell me to contact the person that sold me the car in the same dealer location. I know Toyota supposed to be the best, well so far very disappointed.

I called two times to see if a car that was on the website was available and still in the inventory both times I called I got an answering machine and the 3rd time I got to a human and was then sent to an answering machine recording device. Not sure how a company can stay in business with such terrible customer service. A lot of wasted time thanks Clearwater Toyota I can only imagine how the fest of your company operates.

I had a great experience here! I was shown several different cars that were within my budget and was able to find the perfect one for me quickly and easily. Being a mature female makes it very difficult to shop for a new car in some places, but when I went here, I felt like a valued customer and that made a huge difference for me. The salesman that helped me (Ryan) was helpful, respectful and friendly. He has even called me a couple of times since I bought my car to make sure I was happy and see if I had any questions or concerns. I just dropped in to see if I could get my tire repaired from 2 nails that were in it. Vehicle only has 6400 miles. They got me in, replaced the tire because I had the platinum warranty and did the one year check up all within an hour and a half! Well done! Great service!

My first experience with Clearwater Toyota was last year when I bought a Toyota Highlander. During that time, Walter really took care of me and my wife. He was very personable and helpful.My second experience was when I had to sell my car back because I had to relocate to Hawaii and my auto shipping arrangements didn’t go through. I walked up to a man who was sitting behind the counter named Mo and said I wanted to sell my car. He said “ok, we got you” He made the process very simple and was a complete master of his craft. I also saw Walter again and I was surprised he remembered me. He asked me if someone was helping me and I said Mo was on it.I am very satisfied with how Clearwater took care of me and made car buying and selling simple and pleasant.Mo and Walter rock. I bought a car from this place a about a year ago from nagui and mo not only they rush me thru sale not allowing me to check the car they drove my car from the dealer unstead of the tow home delivery they promise putting somebody outthere to drive the vehicle i bought since n not even a week after i been encountering things on my vehicle like the fact that they said the car had a clean carfax n for my own i seen this vehicle its been repainted on both bumper n also the paint is chipping on both n many other things mayby i had bad luck that day but the only guy was nice it was the paper work person

This is the 2nd time we have bought a used car from this dealership. Chris Eldridge was our salesman the first time a year ago, July, 2020. He was so thorough and professional and so hands on and helpful and made the purchase so streamlined with the personalized direction and help of Steve Peine, the General Manager, the front office to get us financed, and the finance manager, Kathy. Well, it was time for our 2nd maintenance check, and I called our amazing salesman, Chris, multiple times to try and schedule a good time to get a used SUV, instead of getting our car maintenances. He was so patient and caring when I had to keep delaying our visit since my husband was hospitalized and we were tied up. When we finally made an appt yesterday…we were in and out within 2 1/2 hrs!! Once again, Chris was so in tune with what we wanted and helped us to fine tune and get the best deal possible with Steve, the general Manager’s assistance and his generous attention to making us happy, as well. Ed, the finance manager and the overall loan approval team were so incredibly supportive and so fast. We had a sudden commitment to get to, and we cannot believe how fast we were out the door and driving our new 2019 Toyota RAV4, with only 6126 miles on it. Chris is so wonderful to help us with getting the car ready to drive off the lot and changed our plate and even was so great about offering to show us all the bells and whistles with this new car. They told me that gave me the best price for RAV4So, I went to there and saw the car and got the estimate.I could see the best price on there, but where the installment payment was calculated, an option worth $3,000 was cleverly added.And never told me about it and told me that I can get the free electric service for 10years.Anyway, I realize the cheat before left there and fix it.But second problem is interest.My credit score is so good, but they gave me the interest is 5.34% per year.Its too unfair.They seem to collect the reduced amount with interestI think this may have happened because we do not speak English well.

My Toyota Highlander 2018 SE lease due date was approaching soon, so I contacted several Toyota dealers in the area via emails. A few responded, some were pushing to go meet with them in person to negotiate the price, others didnt respond or promise to have someone call me back. Brandon Beattie of Clearwater Toyota got back to me quickly. I was undecided on the Highlander Hybrid since it comes with a 4-cylinder engine instead of the traditional V6. I wanted to test drive it to feel the power of the hybrid system. Brandon Beattie was my contact. He was very professional, he set up the test drive, met up with him, and we test drove the 2021 Highlander Hybrid XLE. I was so impressed that I decided to go ahead and get the highest trim to take advantage of all the bells and whistles the Highlander platinum trim comes with. Brandon was outstanding, he answered all my questions, I felt no pressure to buy the car right away, I told him Id get back to him soon and I did. The Platinum trim is really hot right now [as of May 21], theyre hard to find and they sell quickly, most are pre-sold before they even arrive at the port of JAX. Brandon was again very helpful in placing an order directly from Toyota, with the preferred colors [Blizzard Pearl exterior and Harvest Beige interior], offered incredible dealer discounts [over 6K] on an out the door quote that I requested. Other dealers were hesitant to send me an out the door price, they seemed to hide some of their fees and provided no dealers discounts because this vehicle is selling like hot cakes. During the course of waiting, originally a month and half to get the car delivered, the ETA got pushed three times but Brandon was always communicating with me with patience and professionalism, keeping me up to date with the car delivery status. He was coordinating with the Inventory manager. Kudos to him for being responsive and prompt in responding to my constant emails and text messages. After two months of waiting for the car, I started becoming concerned of my lease ending soon, and if the dealer would even honor the quote. Brandon assured me he would honor the quote and would work with me to take in the lease and offered a rental should the new vehicle arrive past my lease due date. Fortunately, the new vehicle docked at the port three days before my lease end and the inventory manager was able to expedite the shipping in one day!! Thats what I called excellent service. Clearwater Toyota impressed me with their outstanding customer service. You have a great salesman who I highly recommend promoting his to managerial position. You need this type of talents overseeing your business.We easily coordinated the time to meet up for signing the documents, and Brandon was ahead of the game by having most of the papers ready to go when I got there. The vehicle was detailed and delivered with a full tank of gas.My only issue if I can even called that an issue, was the interest rate offered was high considering my credit score is good and I had an offer from another bank, half of the interest rate I got from Clearwater Finance. The Finance manager was great as well, he never pushed me to sign up for the extra extended warranty which I denied. The extended warranties are really redundant, there is no need for that. I didnt have to see the sales manager to negotiate the price as it is of custom during car buying experiences because I already had a quote in hand with an accepted out the door price.Overall, what a great experience buying a car, clearly outpaced my last four buying experiences with local Toyota dealers. Oh I almost forgot to mention this important detail. My lease was traded in, and Brandon found me $1,500 in positive equity applied towards my new vehicle purchase. So more discounts!! I couldnt ever be any happier.Thank you Brandon, and thank you to the Inventory manager and thank you Clearwater Toyota. I love my 2021 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Platinum. Now, I can drive in style!
