***CONSUMER ALERT******DISTRICT MANAGER***Arrived for a scheduled oil change today, was informed by the service advisor that the oil change would take an hour and a half. Oil change was completed and It was recommended my vehicle have a tire rotation. This is a scam! My vehicle got a complete tire package 1200 miles ago by a reputable Kia dealership, not Lokey. Upon inspecting the oil sticker, the service tech recommends the next oil change be done in 10,000 miles. Really!?I do not want a response, an apology or a complementary oil change. I will never conduct business with Lokey Kia again!
They do my lifetime oil changes and they do a good job usually. This last time tho....the appointment they made for me they forgot to actually schedule me, but when I got there they were able to squeeze me in the day of my appointment. When I went to pick up my car they had it back into a parking space and I told the guy I could pull my car out myself and when I did my rear bumper had been hooked over the concrete curb! I checked and my bumper was fine I didnt see any damage. Then theyre supposed to call me when my recall part came in but they forgot to call me. Id say overall the service is good, customer service can be forgetful.
Lokey Kia is phenomenal. I have never had such a pleasant and straightforward process when purchasing a vehicle. They are so kind and do not mind answering any question (even if you feel it is a dumb question, they don’t mind). They did not rush me or try to push any sneaky shenanigans. I felt heard and like they provided the best of customer service. I love my vehicle and would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Kia. They were definitely worth the drive from the Orlando area. Thank you for being so wonderful!
Sales guy Jason should look for a new profession. Not only did he talk down to me the entire time I was looking for a new vehicle (assuming because I’m a 25 year old with a lot of questions), but he wouldn’t take my actual research on prices seriously. After 30 minutes of basically saying I’m crazy for wanting the prices I wanted, he gave the whole “well let me look it up”. WOW would you look at that, my estimates were correct! After that he went back to ‘nice’ mode and by that point I was ready to leave. I would have actually bought that car Jason, maybe next time treat your customers with a little respect even if they’re not knowledgeable on cars. Going to St Pete Kia instead.
I came in for my free oil change and to have my tires rotated, plus asked if they could fill up my tank because I have terrible knees and low back problems, would pay for it obviously. I tried and tried to get into your big van, cannot use a stool, my knees were so sore, but pulled myself inside, it was a mess. Got my walker out and hobbled into my house. I am 2 mi. from you and asked if someone could pick up my car and bring it back, no. So to my surprise I got a call that you all were bringing my car back, did not need tires rotated and gave me a free tank of gas! I called to make sure, yep! Having a senior moment on names, but Mike Navarro I think, Luke, and another young lady who was trying to help me get into the van were super, could not praise them enough! I would give them all a raise! I am 71, so you should have a regular car to take people back to their homes as not everyone can get into big vans. They were so polite, helpful in every way to make everything go fast and easy for me. Appreciate the honesty that my tires did not need to be rotated, plus the free gas really helped this retired single woman. God Bless all of them!
This might have been the worst car buying experience Ive ever had. Ive had this car for 4 months. I had to pay a $1500 premium just because used cars are in short supply. They didnt disclose this until the end. The car wasnt detailed properly. It didnt have a spare tire. Ive tried multiple times to get one to no avail. It broke down four times for the same problem. The final time it was two weeks in the service department before someone really looked into to the problem. They kept telling me they couldnt figure out the problem. Finally replaced a part but took them another 5 days to replace it. The manager of the service department was nice and apologetic once i finally got to speak with him. Overall, a very poor experience.
Michael was a pleasure to work with. From start to finish he was informative, polite and professional. I will continue to come to this dealership due to his outstanding customer service.
Absolutely the best customer service ever on HWY 19! I was greeted with the car I had inquired about, showcased in front with my name already on it. Tony was excellent during the entire transaction. He worked out a plan on trading two cars in. The whole show room full of salespeople were so *friendly *. I will always talk about the wonderful experience I had with purchasing my new car. The waiting room is really nice with drinks, snacks and TVs. But that day the wait was longer than quoted and my car was just a maintenance check and oil change.
I bought my car here 4 years ago and have had all of my services done at the dealership. I’ve had all great experiences (minus one time and I will never use that service advisor again) but you can’t fault the entire dealership for one bad egg. Recently, I had some issues with my tires and Matt in Parts was quick to help me rectify the issue. Ilene the courtesy van driver is always so sweet. I’ve also had 2 different interactions with Juan Aviles who has really gone above and beyond and I could not be happier with his professionalism and attentiveness.

Great experience. Mike made the time to go over the inspection report with me and kept me informed each step. While I was only there for a routine oil change I asked if it was possible to take a look at something not working properly in the car. Because it was a Saturday and very busy I thought I would need to schedule another time to have it looked at but Mike said he would have someone look at it. Turned out to be something small and easy to fix so they were able to take care of the problem right away. Awesome customer service!!
Everything was great until we left and driving down US 19 my husband realized the hood was not all the way down. Thank goodness for the safety latch! Had to pull over and shut the hood on the middle of US 19
The Best customer service I’ve ever had at a dealership. Driving my cousins car and they registered everything in their system for me with all her information. Was able to get me in today more than two hours for oil change and tire rotation for a walk in. Very nice staff. Timothy was my service writer recommended a place for me to go eat. Hands-down the best customer service I’ve ever receive I highly recommend and would buy a car from them and have them service it. Look no further for the best service by Kia than here.
The Service department could learn more about customer service if they studied at walmarts level of customer service training.
I had a great experience here recently buying a new vehicle. My salesperson, Wolfgang, was very knowledgeable. He even offered to help explain the infotainment system after I had already finished buying the car. I was also happy with the finance rep, Pernell. I had gotten pre-approved at a credit union and Pernell helped me get an even lower rate at the same credit union. Highly recommend this dealership!
I had a very good buying experience with Lokey Kia recently. I have been shopping for a Stinger GT2 for months. I wanted a particular color and model that was not easily found.Using the webpages of each dealer I found some in stock at various dealers around the bay but each time the pricing was not even close to start working a deal and the sales-people were unwilling to discuss numbers to my satisfaction.I found (through the website) that Lokey Kia had a few in stock and called them. Wolfgang Otto immediately returned my call and began a very pleasant discussion where I could come to test drive the model I wanted. He confirmed they were in stock and on the lot available for sale (this was an issue at many dealers where they would say they had the car in stock but upon arrival the car was in fact not on the lot).From there the sale continued nicely and I was able to get the numbers where I wanted them to close the deal. I want to thank Wolfgang auto for working with me and the finance people and managers as well. It was a low stress experience and quite a different experience overall compared to some of the other dealers.This was my fifth Kia but my first from Lokey Kia. I doubt it will be my last. This place is the worst. 2 hour wait to get a measly oil change. And i made this appointment 3 weeks ago. They also were supposed to cover my gas switch on warranty and now they refuse to do it. The lady that answers the phone for service is very nasty and actually hung up on me when i asked to schedule an appointment. Ill never get another vehicle from here.
Salesman was informative and friendly. I bought extra warranties because they told me what would be covered, but they didnt tell the truth about the Ding Shield warranty. They said marks from people opening doors into your car would be covered. They will not cover anything that requires paint or that is on a bumper or trim. I wouldnt have purchased this if I knew. Buying process took a little over 3 hours.
Great company, Parts man to speak to if ever in need anything is Derick. He is the coolest thing since ice cream. He has probably forgotten more about car parts than most parts pros will ever know. Thank you Derick. You deserve 2 paychecks for all you do.
Lokey Kia is amazing. I was traveling and my headlight went out. As I pull in, I look at the long line in the service department. Long wait, NOPE. They had me in and out in under 30 minutes, which is great because I was traveling and didnt have hours to wait. They were quick, friendly and professional. This is my first visit with another Kia dealership besides my local dealership (Lifetime Kia in Murphy NC). I would definitely recommend them. Nice job service department. 👏

I had a very good experience at Lokey Kia Service department! There were many things that needed to be done to get my 2012 Kia Soul in working order. Tim kept in great contact with me, letting me know all the options that were needing to be done and all those that were recommended but not required. He continued to stay in great contact during the extensive repair, giving me regular updates on the progress. I went to pick up my car, it runs as good as new and the bill came out to be less than the original estimate!!
The sales/finance teams were considerate of my budget & made my unique situation work. My only criticism is of the salesman; I went in with a general idea of what I wanted, but felt that he made little effort to explain what options/upgrades were available. I later found out the sales team doesnt work on commission, so that may explain it, but I ended up with a vehicle that I LIKE instead of one that I LOVE. Overall experience was good, but do your homework before you go so you know exactly what you want.
Only 2 service writers working. Cars backed up everywhere. Took over 30 minutes to check in for my appointment. And they were not being friendly or in a very good mood. Once they get my vehicle, service turnaround was acceptable. Very helpful shuttle driver, but she is retiring.

Went for my oil change as usual. Juan Aviles was very friendly and helpful. He explain to me that I needed a wheel alignment and air filter and cabin filter was well. I had it all done with no problems. Everyone at Lokey Kia are wonderful and excellent!

On Thursday I went into the KIA dealership for a basic oil change. In a timely manner my automobile was ready. Not only did they change the oil but I was thrilled when the car was washed and vacuumed. Thank You KIA!
The team over at Lokey was nothing but professional. I had an idea of which car I was interested in and Robert did an excellent job showing me the car, explaining the financing & guiding me through the process. Not sure of the financing manager’s name but he assisted in crafting a warranty plan that met my needs in my budget.
I scheduled an appointment for 10:30 AM to clean a clogged AC drain. The place was packed when I arrived at 10:20 AM. The person I talked to said it is a 7 hour job, over $1000. I was a bit surprised by the cost, so we agreed to have a 1 hour evaluation instead and then decide. I left but had to come back around noon due to work emergency. The car was still in the same place and no progress was made, even though I had an appointment. I took the car and left.I decided to schedule an appointment with Century Kia in Tampa instead. I was quoted 1 hour and possibly a filter on the phone. I was in and out in two hours with the cost as quoted.I dont know how two Kia dealerships in the Tampa Bay area can provide such different quotes, but I learned my lesson and will use Century Kia in the future. I live in Clearwater, so it is a much longer drive for me, but it is worth it.
I received the absolute best service from Lokey Kia. Danny Campbell was up front and honest, and gave us exceptional customer service. Jermaine was very professional and personable. I would recommend Lokey Kia to anyone looking to purchase a car.

I don’t normally leave negative reviews but I just had to on this occasion.This dealership makes promises over the phone and don’t deliver . They said they would give me a certain amount for my used car and when I went in person they offered me a $1000 dollars less. They also claimed they could not open the hood of my old car and were going to charge a lot of money to open it. My boyfriend came in and opened it within a minute and then they told me they did not want him coming in the store anymore . They were also disrespectful to my dad.When I bought the car we practically had to beg to test drive a car. They also promised a free detailing which they never gave me when I came in for it .Place is unorganized and unprofessional. I’ve been to many car dealerships and never had an experience like this .The only reason I give two stars instead of one is because Ramon and Michael were awesome . There are definitely some salesmen that are welcome and helpful.
Mike in service was awesome! Took great care of us and made sure everything was just right before we left. Even took the time to answer quite a few questions I had about extending my warranty.
Was notified about three months ago regarding a recall that could cause a fire in my car so I called to make an appointment. It took weeks to get an appt. even though there was an active recall. When I showed up they said they never ordered the part I needed because they wanted to make sure I would actually show up to the appointment. Really?! They made me schedule another appointment for a few weeks later after they got the part in. When I showed up the second time, they still weren’t sure if they had the part. Why would you not order a part of you knew a customer was coming in for a potentially dangerous recall part??? This is the second Kia dealership I’ve had issues with (the first one was Friendly Kia). At this point their incompetence doesn’t surprise me. I will never buy another Kia and would never recommend someone else buy one either.
I was able to get my oil changed have a factory called done at no additional cost and also get my car wash complimentary all at one go with excellent service an excellent employees here

I was greeted fairly quickly. Michael was pleasant and helped me. I asked for new windshield wiper blades and was shocked at the price yet Micheal said he might be able to lower the total cost. When my car was done, Michael said he found a coupon abd my oil chabge was no charge. Since I did not purchase my car here, my oil changes are not included. I am very happy with Lokey and hiw Michael treated me.

Ive driven a Kia Optima and Kia Sedona for about 7 years now and love the Kia vehicle but the service department here is terrible!!!! Im ready to get rid of my Kia just because of the service department. From the ladies that do scheduling to the people that are supposed to call and let you know when your vehicle is done. They are overworked and have no help to take care of their customers. My most recent visit, my car was ready for over 4 hours and the only reason I knew my car was ready bc the shuttle service noticed my vehicle had been sitting there and I didnt call for pick up. He was kind enough to call and ask if he could come and get me. While I was waiting to pick up my vehicle 3 other people had been waiting for over 2 hours for their calls and never received them either. We had all called multiple times just to see if our vehicle was ready and our calls all kept getting to voicemail bc they were two busy. I tried for over 2 hours. Laura and April both sent Juan emails and after two hours I still never heard back so I started calling again and couldnt get in touch with anyone. Lokey Kia use to be a great place but it cant keep up with its business and is going to lose its great reputation if it continues the way it does.
My recall adjustment was handled quickly and the service was without issue. Timothy Triglianos was my service writer and i would give him 5 stars as well. Very happy.

I wish I could give 0 stars but that’s not an option. I honestly don’t believe they had the audacity to send me this survey!! I went in on 8/24 to have a tire replaced. I called and spoke to someone prior to going in and gave him the specifics of the tire I needed. I was told that there was 1 in stock and it would be put on hold for me. I informed the service rep that I was at the vet but would be there as soon as possible. I got there about 2 hours later and told the young lady in the service intake area that I had spoken to someone and there should be a tire on hold for me. Thankfully I didn’t have a long wait before my car was done. I check out and left in a hurry because I was late for work. It wasn’t until I got to work that I actually looked at the tire and was shocked to see that not only did they do an extremely sloppy job (lube used to mount the tire is all over my wheel and they didn’t even try to clean it up), but they also installed the wrong brand tire. My car is a 2021 and there is no way they thought it was ok to put a different brand tire on there especially after I specifically asked for the same brand that’s already on there. You would think that l, if for some reason they didn’t have the actual tire I needed, they would inform or ask me if i was ok with using a different brand, but sad to say they didn’t. Since then I have been calling and leaving messages for the service manager, as well as leaving messages on their website asking to be contacted and as of this review, I have not been contacted. At this point I guess I have to go to the dealership and handle this in person!! This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve experienced some bad customer service!! Once this is resolved I will not be giving them anymore business and will advise friends and family not to do so as well.

Worst dealership I have ever been to. I was sold a car that found out had a software recall that was not fixed, or disclosed. This recall caused my dash board lights to not turn on. When I brought my car in for a dead battery they let me know about the recall and when they updated it and checked the engine the transmission was shot. When I went to pick up my car after the transmission was replaced the dealership gave me my car back with THREE miles in the gas tank. Not even enough to leave the lot. They refused to give me any gas, and threatened to call the police if I did not leave, telling me I would be fine the gas station was only a half a mile away. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to ANYONE. Very unsatisfied. I normally have my one year old daughter with me, and they would have just forced me to leave the lot with 3 miles in the tank and risk breaking down in 90 degree weather with a one year old child.DO NOT I REPEAT NO DO NOT GO HERE FOR A CAR
I brought my car to them on a tow truck, it was there for about two hours and nobody contacted me so I drove over to see if they’ve had a chance to look at it. When I walked in and asked about it I was told it hasn’t even been there a half an hour even though I drove by an hour earlier and saw it sitting there. A few hours later I was called and told that my 12 V battery was dead, I knew that couldn’t be true it was a very new battery and when I explain that to the service advisor I was told I was wrong and he had the test to show me. I was then told he would put a new battery in for me for $400 even though the battery I just put in there cost me $200. So I went and I picked up the battery and brought it to where I bought the battery at they tested it right there and then in front of me and it tested good. So I drove the battery back to them and told them that it was good. The next day I was called and told what the problem really was and that it would take two days to get it. I did not hear anything back for three days so I called and did not get a hold of anybody in service. I left a message but nobody called me back the next day I called and was unable to get a hold of anybody in service again and left a message and again nobody called me back the third day I called and explain to them that I needed someone to call me back ASAP since I haven’t gotten a response in three days I finally got a response saying that the part would be in the next day and they would get right on it and give me a call when it was done. That they came and went with no call the next day I called in again left a message and no one called back so the next day I called and left another message two hours later called again very upset at this point and asked to have someone call me as soon as possible, I finally got a callback saying that my car was done 10 days after it was dropped off there. I just don’t understand how they can’t keep the customer informed specially when I called so many times just to find out what’s happening.
Jack Eckberg was a great sales man, since we arrived until we drove away in our 2022 red Kia Soul. He helped us and informed us of the whole transaction. Very friendly atmosphere.

Made appointment for my Kia Soul for service maintenance. I was charged $250.00 and was told everything looked good. On my way home I was told my break light was out. I called Lokey to tell them. Justine tells me they don’t look for that . That it probably just happened. What !!!??? I’m still waiting on a phone call from the service manager.
I have nothing but kind things to say about the staff and service members at this dealership. Always treated kindly and my concerns are addressed. You will find very nice sales people as well as the Manger and GM. The shop manager of the body shop is the best around! Great dealer.
This was our first experience leasing a car from Lokey Kia. Our Sales Agent, Ramon Romero, was polite and VERY professional! He listened to all of our wants/concerns and helped us to select a car that was right what we had wanted. Everyone involved in the process was courteous and professional and we never felt like we were an inconvenience. Ramon made this the best, hassle-free car shopping experience we have had to date. We definitely recommend him and Lokey Kia to anyone looking to but or lease a new car.
Attentive, friendly staff. I like the followup calls to remind me its time for service. When they have service suggestions you might want to do to your car, they will tell you but dont pressure you into doing them. I appreciate that. I would recommend the Lokey service dept. I waited 21/2 hours to get my free oil change and finally left. Stated that u need to make an appt. But the lady that came 1/2 hr after me was still waiting when i left, she had an appt! They moved my car 8 times to let other cars in, never put plastic on my seats or floor but everyone elses car got it. Had to stand in front of 3 people for over 20 mins just to tell them what i wanted. Service center sucks. Quick to sell you a car and take your money but service it, plan on spending the whole day!

We found the car online and the internet sales manager set up and appointment for us to come in and see the car. The car hadn’t even been detailed yet because it was just traded in. We quickly agreed on a price and proceeded through the paperwork. The car was detailed and ready for us to take within a couple hours. Great experience.
Not a good experience. In the beginning so excited to buy my new car I knew exactly what I wanted my sales guy turned me over to another sales guy because he was working on two other sales yet he wanted to finalize my sale and then the other salesman had something going on site three salesman hopping back-and-forth some didn’t know what to do really made me angry. I thought I had a great finance guy that took care of everything and come to find out after not receiving my payment for almost 2 months that I was charged over $5000 for extra services that I thought I was getting for $2500 to finalize my dealI’d like to note that I just took my car in for its first service and my service manager Dave Woodman was fantastic very honest upfront timely manner showed me everything with my car can’t thank you enough Dave for being my personal service advisor you my friend get five stars
When I pulled up to get service, not a single person greeted me. I went in the little service building and they pretty much didnt greet me or talk to me and didnt help me out for at least ten minutes. I thought all places would fill your wiper fluid and they did not. When I asked them if they did she said oh yes of course all of that was topped off. For my tires they pretty much moved all the weights to one side instead of properly balancing the tires. So the low wiper fluid still yells at me when I start my car. Looks like they rinsed my car off with muddy water as well. Overall Im just pretty unhappy with this place and Ive been to all kinds of dealerships so I guess I just expected a little bit of care and I got none. I just love my KIA Stinger so much and I am not sure if I will be back the free oil changes for life, just doesnt seem worth it to me.
Timothy Triglia was very professional. He listened to my concerns and recommended what my vehicle needed, while being courteous. When I go to Lokey Kia for service, I will definitely look for Tim.
Too busy to be accomadated to top off tires which are partially filled with gas, easy quick job an almost 3 hour wait .
Exceptional customer service! Justine was a phenomenal representative who helped answer any & all of my questions. The lube tech Luke was quick & super efficient. Quickest oil change I have ever had in my life. Most definitely worth the wait.
Love my new 2019 Kia Soul. However, two years later I got a flat tire. Guess what ? My brand new car was sold with no spare tire. No one at the dealership mentioned this to me. I know there are many products that need some accessories to be purchased separately. But, Ive never heard of new cars being sold without a spare tire. I would have purchased one had anyone mentioned this. So, a simple 15 minute tire change turned into a whole day affair. Good thing I wasnt stranded in the middle of nowhere. NOT COOL.

I bought two vehicles from fuccillo Kia and was treated with red carpet service and sales every time we went and made a visit we drove 42 miles thats how happy we were each way... St Pete Kia was not as friendly and it always made me feel like they were doing me a favor and it seems always so dirty... Im so happy that we found Clearwater lokey Kia the service fee professionalism and the production everybody knows their jobs everybody works as a well-oiled machine the cleanliness the comfortable atmosphere was just amazing and on a timely fashion I give Loki five stars Plus my mother purchased her car and Loki and I look forward at being a future customer thank you for being who you are and putting my face back into a family owns dealership! 🤗🚗🚕

We bought a used car with 18k miles on it last year. It has now been back to this dealership 3 times. Last time was for sunroof and AC compressor. Service was friendly and got it done. Issue we had and seem to have every time is something is always not done. This time they insured the car would be washed. As we were going out of town we counted on it. And of course it wasn’t, in fact there were oily handprints on the interior. It’s always something.
It was a very friendly and very professional service. We got everything perfectly that we needed.

I Was more than satisfied with my experience at lokey kia. My salesperson was Peter he knew everything we needed to know about the cars. Peter was very cool and knowledgeable. Put me and my mother in 2 cars. We were treated like family. Will be telling all my friends and family to shop lokey kia. Peter came in on his day off twice to help finding my mothers car. Did more than any other dealerships we dealt with. Thanks again Peter.
I scheduled an oil change (gratis) and tire rotation which I paid for. The rotation wasnt performed. I had to return and the rotation was performed very quickly. Ive been satisfied with the service department at Lokey Kia.Thanks!
This was the worst Kia service department I have ever been to . I took my car in for a recall and they didn’t fix it right and my breaks over heated, I called and they said they could not get me back In for three days . I tried waiting but could not . I called back and they took my car in and said they will fit me in sometime today, when the girl called back she tried to tell ME that it was gonna cost me 500 or more to fix the problem, I told her it was your problem when you replaced my break peddle stopper . After much time arguing the fact she said she would call me back, when she finally called me back she said yes, it could have been due to the replacement and I dont have to pay. I went in to speak to management and he hands me another sheet that said the same thing the first sheet said, I asked him why he had the same guy fix it if he didn’t do it right the first time. He then went on to tell me he was supervised the second time . I also asked him to please type everything you did to my car the second time and asked if he checked my break pads and my rotors, he told me he did . I honestly since then do not feel safe in my car . Since I travel for work this has caused me lots of anxiety and I am still nervous driving more then 30 miles .

I tried for weeks to get another Kia dealer to respond for a basic 5000 mile service. Then called Lokey, a person actually answered right away! Booked appt for a few days later, easy in and out process, very fair price, the customer service is great. They offered a free shuttle but it only took an hour so I didnt use. Highly recommend

I like this place. The only reason I given them 4 stars is because. Both times I been there for oil change there is always stain of oil in the driver door. Plus this time there were few people not wearing masks. I should have give them less but the work was great..

My 2019 Kia Optima is an outstanding car. My experience with our sales rep while buying the car was excellent. Dave Woodman my service advisor, went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the repair that was covered under warranty. Topping that off was the free oil change. Who could ask for more?
