The Lincoln store had an older feel to it, but the customer service made me feel welcome. Skip in the service department retrieved a price quote for me right away. Traci, in the sales department, introduced herself and told us about the history of the dealership. Were new to the area, so it was pretty cool to meet our new Lincoln dealer.

Brought in for regular service. My Service Consultant was very efficient. Pricing was competitive and service included a car wash. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable and included work stations, wifi and snacks. I was able to work remotely while waiting. It was very convenient. I also received a quote on new tires that is competitive with big name/franchise tire stores. I recommend the service department.

So while I absolutely LOVE my car I got I am extremely disappointed at the fact that when I called to make an appointment for an issue the woman completely discouraged me from making the appointment by saying if the issue are the breaks that is routine maintenance and it isnt covered under the warranty they give. So since my husband does all the routine stuff and the way this woman sounded on the phone I didnt make the appointment. I bought the car June 2021, if they sold me a car that needed new break pads thats whatever. NOW I find out $1,500+ later at a different service center that the steering is a mess (bad bolts, bad control rods and a few other things), break pads completely warn, rotors completely shot, and the shocks shot. I have ONLY driven the vehicle 4,000 miles!!!! The fact that the woman making the appointments in the service center discouraged an appointment makes me wonder if they knew I was going to need to bring the vehicle in for some decent amount of repairs. I have heard great reviews about some of the AutoNation dealerships but this has left me sour. I would not recommend them after this. Very disappointing.

Had scheduled appointment at 1:00 P.M. for oil change/service. Arrived and was checked-in on time. Vehicle was taken to service dept. and I was instructed to wait in the lounge. Forty-five (45) minutes later had not heard anything, so went to check. The vehicle was parked in the service area with the Top Hat on and I assumed it was done. I talked to one of the service writers and suggested they bring the car up as I was ready to go. When checked on, turns out the car had not been touched. I was told it would be another 40 minutes. I had them return the car without the service and left the dealership. I bought that car there 21 years ago, and this is the first time I have had such a poor service experience.
2nd time purchasing at AutoNation Lincoln- they are the BEST!!! From the amazing sales team - Mike Carmody and Robert- to the incredible service team- Mr. Brown and Celso- every experience has been positive. I used to dread the car buying process as well as having my car serviced, but with AutoNation Lincoln, I no longer feel that way!
Horrible communication. I brought my truck here years ago for an insurance claim and they did a great job in a timely manner. This time they cost me rental money and now I have a remote start issue and key fob not locking and unlocking my doors problems. The body shop and service center keep putting the blame on each other and now I have to pay someone else to fix their mistake. For days someone was supposed to call me and no one could agree who that was supposed to be, so no one called me. Im definitely not bringing any vehicles here ever again and wouldnt recommend anyone else do it either. There are too many communication and incompetence issues to deal with at this shop when there are many other lower cost higher quality options.PS: They basically only repaired a bumper in over a week (almost two weeks) and left a bunch of garbage in my truck. I also just noticed a freshly raised scratch on the side of my truck. They likely wont take responsibility for it, so I wont bother.To the individual who responded: I will wait until Monday to call so everyone can tell their side of the story and it can be determined who is full of it. Im working now anyway. I arrived later than I hoped, thanks to this nonsense.

Don’t buy Lincoln!!! $12k dashboard fix at 48k mileage not covered under warranty-Lincoln/Ford not standing behind product. Under warranty the standard service is great here but Lincoln product craftsmanship is terrible. My dashboard on driver side is lifting & separating from foundation and foam is exposed from inside leather-never been touched but warping…it’s very ugly. This began at about 47k-48k mileage and due to summer vacation and being on trips I took into this dealership at 51k. They said this would not be covered under the warranty anyways but because I was at 51k mileage if it was my warranty expired. I was in this dealership at around 40-45k for standard service & asking to buy extended warranty-finance lady blew me off but said would get back to me with options…never heard from her. Lincoln/Ford lost a customer for life & I hate this bc I want to support American companies but this one is checked off the list now.

We recently purchased a gently used Buick Envision with a seamless customer process. After holding my car for 2 days the starting problem went undiagnosed and I ended up just coming and picking up my car. No charge so that was good. After brainstorming what could be issue, I talked with people at walker Ford and the car was finally fixed after visiting 3 other shops locally!

We took our MKX in for service. We had a tuneup, brakes and coolant flush done. We were treated very nicely and service was done in one day as promised. We had a minor issue with a noise in the brakes on the way home and Earl had us bring it back right away. We were satisfied with the handling of that matter. Jacob was very helpful in taking care of us throughout the process. We always have our vehicle serviced here and will continue to do so.

Auto Nation is all about customer satisfaction. I recently had to bring in my Lincoln Continental a couple of consecutive times due to my not being satisfied with the work being done by the bodyshop. My service rep did everything he could to stay with my objections and have the problems fixed.
Been going here for years... on 3/18/21 had my 2010 Grand Marquis in for service with Ed. Had oil change, tire rotation & car wash & was charged $99 - price sheet says 24.95 for oil change & 24.95 for tire rotation - so how does it add to $99? AND Ed would not honor a 25% discount email i received from AutoNation because I forgot to present it at payment - I called after I got home and he refused to honor it. Every time i go there it feels like he tries to get as much money as possible because perhaps he doesnt get enough work or income. Either way I think Im ready for a new place to service my car.
Service work was done professionally and timely. The interior work made the steering column look like it was a brand new car. A floor manager, Jason, is an exemplar of what customer service should be.
Pick up and delivery went great & on time. I liked the way I was notified of when the driver left the dealership. Then I was able to track him on my iPhone down to the second. That is a Great Service.

The sales experience was fairly easy and pleasant. The delivery was relatively easy. The sales team is responsive and explained all the features of the vehicle. The issue upon delivery is the vehicle itself. The inspection of the vehicle should have brought out a few rattles and an issue with vehicle acceleration and squeaking brakes. Now these issues need to be dealt with post delivery. I now need to spend time dealing with this.

I took my 22 yr. old Lincoln TownCar in for for a oil change. Earl, my mechanic for the past 20 years. pointed out numerous immediate fix-its that were needed. He said the cost was way over what the car was worth. Skip, the Service Manager, mentioned that a 2015 Lincoln MKS just arrived that very day and it met my every expectation. I hated to say goodbye to my old car, but I really love all the features that my new car has. They did an excellent job of making sure I had just the right fit! The sales team was excellent in all areas. Don showed me all the niceties, Jason made sure that any little flaw was taken care of, Kristine handled the paperwork most efficiently, and General Manager Bob Geiger went was out of his way to make sure I had everything I wanted and needed in a new car...This is the only place I patronize when it comes to caring for my vehicles. I arrived at their dealership with a 2001 PT cruiser and was able to drive away in a matter of hours with a 2019 Hyundai accent with just a little over 27,000 mi on it.Alan Elliott was very helpful and knowledgeable on helping me get it financed through the bank in the insurance company that I already had I called them gave them the information to carry my insurance from one vehicle to another.
