I was very disappointed with the oil change. They apparently put something back incorrectly which caused all my oil to completely spill out of my vehicle. By the time I turned around and got back, the service department was closed. I had to leave my vehicle there overnight and the sales team was great and provided me a loaner vehicle. Unfortunately I live over 3 hours away so I had to stay in Ocala at my fathers house. This caused me to come back the next day to pickup my vehicle and drive five hours out of my way. They said they would send me gas cards but of course they havent. I just cant believe that no one noticed the clean oil spill at the oil service bay, vacuum area, or the service area. Unbelievable!!! My engine showed no oil on the dipstick. Not going back there ever! You guys made the mistake and did nothing to compensate my time, trouble, or gas usage. Shame on you!

I took my 2020 Pathfinder in for very 1st oil change and they were very quick. I did not have time for the complimentary wash and vacuum but will definitely have it done next time.The low pressure/air in tire light was on and found out that there was a nail and wire in 2 tires that were only 9 mos. old! So I will be returning to get new tires next week.

My sales agent Angelo was absolutely the best! Best in class service! Best in class customer satisfaction! Angelo listened to my needs and wants and showed me all the different options to get exactly what I was looking for. There was never any pressure and he never tried to sway me away from my ultimate goal. He told me the facts and made things abundantly clear so my family and I could make the best decision for us. It is rare to find a sales person like Angelo who will be upfront and honest and stick to what you are wanting. Instead what you typically find are salesman who could care less about what you want and will do everything they can to put you into a vehicle that you can’t afford just to make a bigger commission. With Angelo it was different, it was the right way to do business! I will forever cherish him and will continue to do business with him solely moving forward!

Very poor service. Cannot produce title for four cars that I bought from auction from lokey Nissan.wont even make it right. Also went to the service department six months ago and they were very rude. Very disappointed. After not producing a title for three months and waiting patiently for a month they tell me they need the car back. This is the fourth time this has happened. Very upset.

Had a great 1st time experience with the service department. My key fob wasnt syncing with the car and had to make an appointment. When I got there I was greeted by Phillip and he told me to wait just a minute. He ran and got a new battery for the key fob and it instantly started working! He didnt even charge me for the battery. Thank you Phillip for helping me so quickly and getting me out of there without having to wait. Ill definitely be back!

I need to give a huge call out to Wade Morris and his service team for restoring my faith in auto mechanics. My daughter bought a car from Lokey 6 months ago and a little over a month ago took it for its first oil change. Not going into the whole story we ended up having some issues a few days ago and I reached out to Wade to see what could be done to help us out as we felt their was an issue that was not our fault and possibly looking at a $2500 to $5000 repair bill. Wade asked me to get the car to him and he would have his team take a look. He went above and beyond and made sure the issue was resolved and took care of everything for us. It makes me fell good that my daughter has a safe car to drive and I can count on Lokey to take care of us. Our family has bought 3 cars for them and will continue to shop there!

I just recently went to lokey Nissan for there loan forgiveness event it’s all a lie and a gimmick !!! They do not buy back your loan they give you what they say your car is worth and tack the rest on your new loan. When I spoke with the manager he said it’s just advertising and treated me like I was a fool !! Before I even went to Nissan I communicated with them and I asked, so you pay off my loan and I start over fresh there response was yes that’s what the program is designed for, well that’s not what happened I have all the communication from them and will be suing them for false advertising

I was pretty much set on the car I wanted because my daughter has gotten 2 cars from Lokey Nissan over the years. First the Sentra and then the Altima. I did but my last car a Rogue from your place, loved it. I went there knowing exactly which car I wanted. The 2021 Gun Medal Altima. Needless to say we have dealt with you all a lot.I had a great experience with James. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and very nice. He took me for a test drive and explained all the features of the exact Altima I wanted and I was very impressed. I also knew what I wanted for my trade in and what I wanted the bottom line price to be so I could afford the Altima. He made all that happen. Needless to say I left there saying goodbye to my Rogue with my new Altima because of the hard work that James did for me. Hands down the best experience Ive ever had at a dealership. Russell Cherry was my salesman and I cant stress enough how awesome he was! I wasnt planning on buying a truck that day and made that know, but Russell went out of his way to get me a great deal that I couldnt walk away from. He was extremely accommodating and honest. No pushy sales tactics. The sale process was smoother than butter and Russell made the process fun with great conversation. If you are looking to get a new car/truck, make sure you stop by their lot. We get free oil changes, however its not worth it. It took 2 1/2 hours and we had an appointment which apparently didnt matter because it took 1 1/2 hours just to get the car on the rack. We were finally told the car was ready, but then it took another 30 minutes to get it. Most dealerships wash your car afterwards, but I guess thats just for paying customers here. Nice personnel but not worth saving $39.99 going to a chain and being out in 30 minutes. Lucas, our Service Advisor was excellent however could use better support from his techs. Will never go back for an oil change. Long story short it took longer to get an oil change than it did to buy the car.

My 2019 rogue would not start. 13k miles on it😡Called roadside assistance they jumped it. I called Lokey and told them I was on my way over.I wanted them to check it out. I was very lucky one other car in service area. They took me right in while it was In being checked out they did the routine Mtnce on it. Changed the oil and I was on my way in less than 2 hours. The service advisor was awesome.

Called about a used vehicle they had listed online for sale. There were no pictures of the vehicle on the ad I found online. Was told the vehicle was in their inventory so I asked them to send me a few photos of the vehicle before I made the trip over to their dealership. They said they would send me some pictures within the hour and I never heard back from anyone. Called again the next morning to inquire about the vehicle and once again asked for pictures. Was told they would send me some pictures within the hour. Sales guy called me back and said that someone has now put a deposit on the vehicle I originally called about the day before but he would still send me some photos in case the deal fell through. Again I never received any photos of the vehicle. Moral of the story is dont trust these people to follow through on their word. Apparently customer service is a thing of the past. Been looking for this particular vehicle for over a month and now its gone because if the incompetence of the sales staff at this dealership. I would strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Horrific customer service from every individual I encountered in the service department. Couldnt speak a single full sentence without someone thinking they already knew the problem and speaking over me. Wasnt told hi from the beginning, only an announcement that they would buy my car. These people need to take some customer service classes somewhere. Once Chuck jumped up to go look at my car without listening to a word I was saying I decided to leave, if thats what happens in the first 5-10 minutes of being there Im not trusting you with my car. I do kind of feel bad for them . it was almost like they were all so consumed with their screens and making the next sale quota that they couldnt even focus on anything else...whew very high stress, poor guys, I cant imagine the pressure they live under...hope they dont have heart attacks trying to maintain whatever it is they are trying to maintain.

Wow, I requested the out the door price of a car that you guys currently have listed for $20,777, the out the door price was over $26k!!! Why anybody would pay a reconditioning fee is beyond me. The car was advertised as a CPO, when I received my out the door price, $2,000 was added on for CPO. Wow, false advertising for sure. Do better Lokey Nissan. We have purchased 4 Nissans in the past.....not what I expect from the brand. I will be reaching out to Nissan Corporate about this experience.

BUYER BEWARE: editing my post to reflect my Dads car purchase read his experience. Worst car purchase experience I’ve ever had. Purchased a Nissan Titan and here I am a month later and my trade in loan has not been paid off. Only thing positive about this experience is that I had an issue with my new truck and they are taking care of it. As for communication there is none. I have called multiple times and no call back. Can’t reach anyone in finance ever. Have visited the dealership about it and they gave me the runaround. When I actually spoke to a manager they stated that this sort of thing happens from time to time here. HOW???? How do you not pay someone’s loan off? How is that good business practice. Lokey needs to do better! They need to do better by their customers. The process needs to be looked at because this had a permanent affect to my credit. Had to pay two car loans to fix this. BEWARE!

On August 6, 2021 myself in my wife started shopping for a new vehicle. We first went to Wesley Chapels dealership, but they did not have any Pathfinders on their lot. We went to Lokey Nissan in Clearwater we used to live in Clearwater about 20 years ago and passed by Lokey Nissan many of times. This time we decided to go to Lokey Nissan to see what they had in their inventory that included a Nissan Pathfinder 2022. We pulled up to the dealership and parked our vehicle and this distinguished gentleman by the name of Ricardo approached us and asked what we were interested in. I told him that we were interested in a Nissan Pathfinder 2022 with 4 Wheel drive. They had only one in a jet-black color it looked very impressive. The product specialist was very polite and answered all our questions. He worked with us so we could achieve purchasing said product. He looked for every possible way for us to be able to purchase this vehicle. The gentleman was well-versed about the product and very instrumental in getting information about the product.

Great service and attention until you buy the car. Well, except of the finance manager who was not happy that I brought my own financing from my credit union and ended up selling me some weird coverage for lost keys and windshield wipers just to sell something.First free oil change and car wash last year too a bit over 3 hours. This year it was already 3 hours for the oil and we had to say no thank you to the free car wash as that would have taken even longer. Dave F. contacted me after a bad carfax review and asked what he can do to rectify the situation. I emailed back that I would like to drop of the car on my way to work and pick it up after work provided he would give me a courtesy car. No reply by email so I called and some David guy told he spoke with his service manager and they cant provide a courtesy car for free oil changes.First, the oil changes and car washes are not free as it is added value you pay in the cars price for. I told him straight up that he is just telling me that my time is not valuable and it will reflect in my Google review.I am wondering how long it will take until he responds to this with his standard we are sorry .... reply.

Super clean and updated dealership. Plenty of staff to meet my needs. The salesperson who helped me, Tate, did a fantastic job. I chose to buy because of him. The sales manager, Bill, almost ruined my whole buying experience. In the end- Steve, Dave, and Tate pulled it altogether and made up for it. Overall, very positive experience because of those guys. If I could give Lokey Nissan negative stars I would. I purchased a 2019 Rouge 3 weeks ago. The day after the purchase I took out the manual to figure out how to set some of the features my salesman told me about on our test drive. When I tried to set the intelligent cruise control I realized the salesman misrepresented the vehicle features because this Rouge did not have it. This was one feature I knew I wanted because I am moving where I will be doing alot of highway driving. To make matters worse I did not notice that the vehicle they said had 15450 miles actually has 16450 on it. I have spken to my salesman Michael about this along with Bill Carey the sales manager and another manager Christian West. They have all said they would call me back but no one is after leaving multiply messages. They all said the milage discrepancy was no big deal, well it is a big deal to me. Bill Careys solution was to give me gap insurance at cost or put me in a 2018 Rouge with 26000 plus miles with the features I thought I was getting for the same price as the vehicle I purchased. They are not a reputable dealership and their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. If you do not want to get ripped off purchase your vehicle somewhere else!!!!

Always excellent service. The technician worked to finish my repair and took a later lunch than usual because they knew I was having to wait on the vechicle. They also had offered to bring me a hamburger if the repairs went past lunch time. Repair was completed successfully and car was returned washed and vaccuumed.

First off, I dont believe that, and second I was left sitting alone at a desk for 20 mins while the guy was supposedly looking for something similar. It was also supposed to be top dollar for trade in that wknd. He left my keys on the desk too! How are they gonna give me a price on something similar when they have no even valued my trade in? I left. If you are not buying new and not financing, the dont care about you! They make their money screwing people on financing! If that wasnt true, they would not have a limit on it! If youre a little short, they wont finance unless you finance 6k or more!! I left!

I found a Murano I liked and set and appt to come in for a test drive. The appointment was a disaster and the salesperson was not very helpful. I was ready to let it go and give them a scathing review.However the next morning they followed up with me and I spoke to the Sales Manager John and explained what happened to me and he asked me to come back in and give them another chance. He said he was very sorry and would like to make it up to me. I came back in and met with Aaron and John and made a fantastic deal and had a wonderful experience through the whole process and he even gave me 3 free tanks of gas for my troubles. Service Department is a Cluster F.I left my vehicle overnight for service, which they told me would be ready around 10:30 or 11ish the next day. It’s now 2:00 and no phone call no anything. I dont know where to start... My sales experience was stellar. Ricardo Cestero really worked with me and got me into a vehicle I love. During our conversations, he kept telling me how Lokey was different. How it is more like a family. I left with my 2015 Nissan Altima and was happy all around.Fast forward 1 1/2 weeks... I had a flat tire. When I took the car in to a tire shop to get it patched, they informed me that all 4 tires were cracking and splitting and that they had been on the vehicle since manufacture. It would cost me $300-$500 to replace all 4 tires. I was beyond angry. I couldnt believe it. I called Lokey and was somewhat rude and impatient with the Sales Manager. I figured, just like most Dealerships, they had duped me. I went into the service center hot. I was definitely irritated and let Kevin Massey, the Service Manager, know how I felt about the situation. Kevin was very patient and polite with me. In the end, he put 4 brand new tires on my vehicle, and not just a bottom brand. A brand he reccomends. Honestly, I was stunned and more than a little embarassed at how I acted.Thank you Ricardo and Kevin for being amazing at what you do. I look forward to a long future of dealing with Lokey Nissan. It really is a different kind of Dealership.

Lifetime oil change and 30000 mile service. Always an extremely clean place, now covid clean as well. Nice coffee and drink station always stocked. very pleasant showroom to look at future cars ! Service has always been prompt, courteous, and clean, every time I am here. Areas of concern are pointed out and explained, then my decision is followed with no push back . Service tech at desk very friendly and knowledgeable overall very positive experience. Every time I’ve gone to Lokey Nissan I’ve had a positive service experience. They give you rentals if needed and don’t keep customers waiting long. Donuts and coffee and snacks are generous if you have to wait.

I searched for a certified pre-owned 2020 Nissan Altima SR VC-Turbo black/black for weeks. I finally found one through Car Gurus at Lokey Nissan in Clearwater with 4,700 miles. I called and spoke with Angelo and told him I’d like to put a deposit on it over the phone and come look at it later that afternoon. He told me that wouldn’t be necessary and he would hold the car for me for the rest of the day. I drove an hour to Clearwater and when I arrived, the car was ready for me to take a test drive. Sold... I drove the car home the same day. Angelo made an appointment for me with their body shop and he personally walked it through the process. They fixed every scratch and blemish for me. It looks perfect. I could not be happier with my experience at Lokey Nissan. I highly recommend Angelo to be your salesperson. Thank you Angelo.

Sorry you lost me as a customer. Hopefully you guys learn the importance of communication when someone who makes an appointment and drives an hour one way to test drive a specific truck and it’s not even there. Also need to advertise the true price instead of having to read the fine print for a $10k discrepancy. I also hate how dealers think it’s ok to advertise prices that reflect every single rebate that no one can qualify for all if any. Truly misleading to get you in the door. I’m sure I speak for a lot of people.

All though we had a few hiccups along the way, our buying experience with Lokey Nisson was memorable. Our sales rep Mike Sergent was excellent. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable. Called service department to schedule an oil change. Was transferred to DAN, service advisor. Asked if they accept competitors coupons, didnt mention how much my coupon was for and he literally said no, we dont! In a rushed very rude manner...like he could care less. Lost a customer for this dealership...apparently DAN doesnt know people get more work dont than oil changes.

Take your money elsewhere. Worst experience Ive ever had at a dealership. Not one person was wearing a mask and the sales representative Angelo was a horrible salesman he definitely needs to work on his customer service skills. Also the used car I was going to purchase was nothing to be wowed over either. Anyways we left an headed over to the Toyota dealership in pinellas park that evening. We had such a better experience there and ended up leaving with a car that night.

Took my 2018 Rogue in due to A/C issues. It turns out the service department would have to remove my dashboard to address the issue, the work would take 2 days.The service department had the flexibility to put a guy on my vehicle for the day and I got my Rogue back the same day it was dropped off.Im very happy with the excellent work that was done and their choice to dedicate someone to fix my vehicle quickly.
