The receptionists are both very nice. Thats about the only good thing I can say about this place. I brought my car there to get my front bumper and fender fixed. They lied to us and didnt send us the estimate before starting the work. We then got my car back almost 2 weeks later. We noticed that there were a bunch of drips in the paint, primer still showing in the gaps, they scratched my freshly painted rims, and they got rid of the body line on the bumper. After only driving it a few miles, the fender liner came out and scratched up my hood and fender. We brought it back for them to fix all the mistakes and Josh was very nice about it and tried to accommodate us the best he could. We got the car back another two weeks later. Now the bumper and fender look decent but have a couple drips in the paint, but on the other side of the car there is now huge scratches on the fender, door, kick panel, and rear quarter panel. There is also paint from another vehicle on that side. They hit something while driving it around their facilities and did not even attempt to fix it or to tell me something had happened. I am very displeased with the service I was given and will not be recommending this place to anyone. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP, even if your insurance recommends them. It is not worth the time, money, or energy of dealing with them. One of the managers of the Clearwater location is not a pleasent person to deal with. He thinks he can do no wrong and gets angry when told they messed up.
I was recommended to use this repair center through Progressive... The entire process was seamless. Every staff member I dealt with was professional and kind... Especially Jodi/Jody! She stepped me through the whole process and helped assist me with the rental car accommodations. The work they did looks amazing... The turn around time was great and as promised... Paperwork was a breeze & they guarantee their work as long as you own the vehicle! Highly recommend.
Use this place twice for my truck and couldnt be happier with the work. Even with covid they came thru on time with quality work.
My insurance company recommended this company and I am so grateful that they did. The receptionist was so friendly and explained everything completely. She called the rental car company and they came and picked me up. When I went to pick up my vehicle after the bodywork was done it had been detailed. They cleaned the inside and the outside. Even dressed the tires! Everyone was masked, the interior had plastic covers on the steering wheel, drivers seat and stick shift. The outside of the building doesn’t look like much but the office interior is very clean and comfortable. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was so friendly and informative. They even let me leave the rental car and took care to get it picked back up by Enterprise.I will definitely recommend them.

I strongly recommend Clearwater collision for body repairs. When I contacted Clearwater Toyota to ask for information on auto collision repairs their response was call Clearwater collision only. I left my car for a week there to get fix from my TBone accident and I have a call today that is fix. I left work early and I went there to pick it up. I was looking around my car and the rim wasn’t changed. It supposed to be changed regarding the estimate. I told the guy why is not changed, and he told me, oh I’m so sorry. I will do it tomorrow. I’m sick and tired of word I’m sorry. Who’s going to compensate me of leaving work early? I make good money. I don’t suggest anyone to take the car there. They suck!

Like everyone else, I drive down Drew Street focused on my destination, so Ive passed this spot a THOUSAND TIMES! However, when I followed the GPS and pulled in, I realized this place was special. When you walk in, the first thing you notice is that the Receptionist has 3 Monitors - are you serious? Then, you look around and wonder, where is everyone? But thats a good thing because these folks dont sit at their desks, they are too busy WORKING for a Living. And when SHE arrives (JODI), its time to TURN UP! Jodi whizzes through the 3 monitors going above and beyond Customer Service. She has taken a skill, Customer Service, and turned it into an entirely new INDUSTRY - Customer Appreciation. She handled my paperwork, explained the process, explained the cost, and ensured that I knew what would happen for me during my SUVs Repair. The next day, I got a call with the estimate and its cost. After its repair, I was given a call and not asked to come back, but I was WELCOMED back to the Shop. I was given my paperwork and Jodi smiled, thank you for your service and we hope that you dont have to come back to us. Her kindness exudes through her being and as you leave, you wonder. They replaced the damaged bumper on my Rav4 with a new bumper. The paint on the new bumper matched the car perfectly, cannot tell its been replaced. Work was finished when they said it would be. They even shined the wheels. I would use them again and highly recommend.
Excellent service. Friendly staff. Very accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. I dropped my car off on Monday morning and it was ready the next evening. The work was excellent and they even gave my ridiculously dirty car a car wash and interior vacuum. They even assisted me with the process of securing and obtaining a rental car. I would highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed.
I could not be happier with my experience. Everyone was friendly, service was quick and with great communication. God forbid you call to check on the status of expensive repairs regularly without guard dog Dawn getting rude. She makes this process so much more worse with her attitude. Not every customer is happy about car accidents and repair delays and it would be nice if Dawn was more attentive to her job and customers.
Great collision center!! Everyone we talked to was nice and they did excellent work on our vehicle. We were able to pick up our vehicle two days sooner than expected and the car was washed and detailed. Everything was handled with the insurance company pleasantly. Highly recommend.
I have a recall on my Toyota for the defective paint and they still have not honored it: since December last year!
I just picked up my car. They were kind enough to do a little extra work then I had to and my car looks beautiful and is washed and was well taken care of. All the people that I came into contact with her very respectful and kind. It also came with a lifetime warranty so that way if I were to look at anything in my car and not be satisfied with it I could immediately go back and get whatever the problem is fixed. A lot of places make mistakes all the time but not all of them will go and fix whatever it is you need after they make that mistake
My Mazda CX-5 was rear ended and I chose this collision center because it is within the dealer (office in Wsley Chapel) and covered by insurance, so I figured theyll do a professional job. Was I wrong, they did a terrible job, first time I went to pick up the car, there were glue stains everywhere, wiper cap missing, bolts and washers missing, clips missing, latches not installed correctly. Then went to pick up the 2nd time, the backup camera dont work (dealer mechanic ended up fixing it?, rear side spoiler was lose, scratches on my panels in the trunk. 3rd time picking up, the side spoiler was glued on with residues on it, i was like forget it, they just made things worse. Its like bunch of kids were working on my car, not professional whatsoever, terrible experience, terrible service, avoid at all cost.
My mom who is very upset in elderly went into the office with me and my stepfather who had an accident this weekend to find out about her car getting repaired. The young lady at the front desk was very kind and work some magic to get us in this morning. Pictures with taken by the tow company and we sat down with a gentleman who was totally awesome and he went over everything with my mom. Even though the car is a total it was nice that they took the time out to see her right away so that we could get this put to rest. Thank you to all and have a blessed holiday
Its bad enough that you get in a bad car wreck and your car gets totalled that you have to deal with the rude lady that answers the phone. Then when you come in to clean your car out she is so miserable, not friendly and makes you feel like you are bothering her. The two gentleman that helped me were very friendly and helpful.
We were referred here from Progressive to get repairs done on our vehicle. The work seemed fine when we picked it up. A week later we took our car for an oil change and 60k service. The dealership said out back tire was obviously not mounted correctly and after a quick look you could see it was a little crooked. We were rear ended and never been in another accident so progressive told us to take it back to collision center.Front desk person has had an attitude every time we’ve called to try to get this figured out. After getting the run around from both our insurance and the collision center ultimately they wouldn’t take the car because they claimed that wasn’t from the accident without even inspecting the issue.... not true. Seems like this place is for minor repairs and totaling out cars. If you need major work done throughly, id go somewhere else.They treat you like you’re hassling them when this should have been an easy issue to be resolved. So we’ll be taking our car else where for repairs. Front desk girl honestly couldn’t care less. Just here to do the bare minimum and go home.
Great Staff and the workmanship is outstanding. Had my vehicle repaired here and it looks like it came off the showroom floor. Highly recommend. Professional and Polite. The entire process was explained and I had my vehicle back faster than I anticipated.
Had my C7 Z06 Corvette repaired here and the entire process was painless. Everyone I have spoke to at this facility has been courteous and professional throughout the entire process. The car came out great in my opinion, but I also hired a professional auto appraiser to go over the entire repair job with a fine tooth comb after receiving the car. It made me feel better when even the appraiser was amazed at how great of a job they did at matching the paint to the original quality. These people are great at what they do and it really shows in their work! Thanks again guys.

Worst body shop I have ever dealt with. I was rear-ended and took my car to Clearwater Collision Center on the recommendation of the insurance company since I was new to the area. The receptionist was extremely rude and lost my paperwork and keys every time I came in to pick up my vehicle. One time they had to look through the magazines in the waiting room because quote We just had a pizza party so who knows what someone did with it. This was highly unprofessional and very concerning.In the collision my rear bumper was damaged, my trunk misaligned and my driver seat was broken in the accident. They had my vehicle for over a month bouncing it between the dealership and their shop to fix the seat. I had to call around several times to find the physical location and status of my vehicle throughout this process.First they didnt fix the seat at all. Then they just fixed the slider and not the frame despite my main compliant being that the seat would not lean forward or back. The dealership claimed that the floor was caved in and that the seat could not be properly installed. Clearwater Collision claimed that they have know idea what they are talking about because it went right in, (the floor is definitely bent because my seat currently pushes in the center console where the passenger side has an inch of clearance). I had to send the vehicle back twice due to this. My car still isnt totally repaired, such as the floor, but I do not trust this shop to competently complete the job.

I dont understand the bad reviews. Recently had my 2014 Ford mustang fixed with a good bit of front end damage. My car looks better than it did before I had my accident. Clearwater Collision is the best! Excellent paint match and you cant even tell my car was in an accident. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. Ignore bad reviews they know what they are doing. I took my Honda Civic to the Drew St Clearwater Collision Center just before closing on Saturday. I read two reviews and couldn’t believe their experience. I explained my problem (fender was hanging very low). They obliged me by doing a temporary fix so that I could use the car over the weekend. I took my car in on Tuesday. We discussed what needed to be done and the estimate was quite reasonable. They did an excellent job of repair, and fixed a small problem that I had with the trim. They were friendly, and listened respectfully to what I had to say. They did the repairs in a timely efficient manner. I am thoroughly pleased with their service (as I was several years ago). I appreciate their consideration would happily recommend them to all.

First of all Jodi (or Jodie), has an attitude! She cant get your name right and when you correct her on it she gets a very bad ATTITUDE and says EXCUSE ME? SO THIS IS HOW YOU GET TREATED HERE! Next there is Micheal (an employee and smooth talker). He is the diplomat there. He steps in when the other employee cant think of the words to say fast enough. I had gone in on Aug 3rd to get my car for more than their estimate (on advise of my lawyer) to be told my car was in pieces! I told them to put it back together when the guy I asked started to stumble over his words. Not knowing what to say another employee stepped in and stated he would have the car ready on Monday Aug. 6th. Well Monday came and went with no word. I didnt hear from Micheal til Wednesday when he left a message on my phone stating the insurance wouldnt allow them to release the car as it would be a liability!Thus wasting my time! they all must be in bed with Progressive and other insurance companies to not be 100% truthful and NOT fix the car but just total it! How do I know? Well, the Insurance adjuster for Progressive Micheal Johnson finally admitted it was easier to they were just going to sell the pieces off (after I stated the research I had done). So when I get to Progressive to just get this over with as I feel they had me hog tied since Clearwater Collision Center takes advantage of people by telling them to sign a waiver to let them (in their words) tear your car apart (their words not mine) to get the estimate. When I called to get a copy of the estimate Jodi (or Jodie), when I told her my name got her bad attitude back and was rude once again. This girl, or should I just say person, should not be answering a phone as she has no idea what customer service is nor how you dont get an attitude with a CUSTOMER! I would not use this company after Jodis (or Jodie) treatment and think she needs an attitude adjustment! I need to say that when I went in she was a totally different person and seemed pleasant. Then again maybe it wasnt Jodi. That would make more sense actually. I would not trust them especially if your stressed, alone, older and disabled as they will NOT tell you they will not put your car back together after they tear it apart! Now this is what I experienced along with my OPINION of them and in my opinion lying so I do not need nor want any reply as I will not give any heed to it. I am just giving my review/opinion of this business! IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO OR NEGATIVE I WOULD!
These people were great. I had a problem that I had encountered from a different auto shop. The bolts and holes to hold the license plate were damaged when trying to remove the old plate. I couldn’t believe the technician at Clearwater Collision got right to work to figure out how to remedy the problem. He had a solution and I was out the door in less than an hour. Great service. I will recommend to others.

Took my Truck there to be given an estimate on repairing for the at-fault persons Insurance Co. Could not believe they wanted to TOTAL it out ! I was rear ended, and all the damage was to the bumper and tailgate. No broken tail lights. I took it to MY MECHANIC and all i needed was a bumper and minor repair on tailgate. In my opinion, this company is NOT good for estimates . I would never take my vehicle there to be repaired. Beware.

I took my car to Clearwater Collision on the recommendation of Clearwater Toyota. I made the appointment to have the car looked at Aug 3, 2018 at 4pm. I met with an estimator named John who wasn’t very professional nor customer friendly. I should have gone with my gut instinct and went somewhere else but stayed with them based on Clearwater Toyota’s recommendation. I was told it would be two weeks on my repairs which I was okay with. I agreed and signed papers to have the work done and the scheduled appointment was made for Tuesday August 7, 2018. I waited a week and a half and then called to check on the status of the repairs. I was shocked to find out that John, the original estimator, had quit or was fired and the new estimator was Aaron. When I spoke to Aaron he didn’t know anything and said that they had my payment but knew nothing on the status of the repairs due to John being fired. Aaron stated he was in the middle of multiple car repairs and mine was not the only one there. I was appalled. In the days following Aaron and I had several rather rough conversations concerning this issue. I was repeatedly told they where waiting on the insurance company’s approval of supplemental repairs. When I spoke with the insurance company, the body shop’s request was coming in as I was speaking with them on the phone. I picked up my car on Aug 23, 2018 to find out they did not replace the Right front wheel as the insurance company had paid for. Instead, they had it refinished, as per Aaron, and did not correct the line item on the supplement keeping the replacement price and labor the same. (Isn’t this insurance fraud?) Since I picked up the car, the new pocket protector and door edge guard are coming off the right front door. The chrome molding at the top of the right front door is coming off and there are runs in the paint on the right front door. I don’t know where the quality assurance department was on the day my car was inspected, apparently not at work since the mentioned items were missed. I have called and asked to speak with a manager and was told, “he is at another location and that the owner is never there”. They claim there is a life time warranty on all the work but if their work reflects the original workmanship, why in the world would I take it back a second time … Simply stay away ….. they are not what they appear.
Good customer service, but technicians could not perform even the simplest of tasks without an outrageous price estimate. Just needed a simple bumper cover removed for grill insert replacements. They quoted over $400 and really didnt even want to perform the work. Terrible business model. I brought my car down the street and Pinellas Autobody performed the work in 15 mins......for FREE! Goes to show its worth shopping around.
Attempted to schedule an appointment Judy was very condescending with me. I have a friend who had his vehicle repaired at Clearwater collision he had a bad experience and told me to stay away. I should have listened to him. If she is this nasty before they get my car I can only imagine how they will be after having my car. I will find another place to take my car to have it repaired. Based on the phone call alone I will never use this place and would advise anyone else from using this place.

Rude receptionist! Told me because there is no visible damage to my car (trunk latch is broken) that they won’t be able to help me and that I should go to the dealership. The dealership wants an arm and a leg to fix it, of course, so that is why I am trying to get other quotes. Unbelievable.

The people here are rude and very disrespectful. I stoped in to get an estimate and was basically told they did not have time. I had a repair done at another shop and explained I was not happy with the repair. The woman I spoke with told me that they could not do any better than what had been done. Wow Im glad that they did not have time,if she admitted up front such poor quality is what they put out.
