Always know Im going to get the best quality on anything regarding bodywork or paint. My last visit was a simple one to correct some blemishes on the hood and they polished it to a mirror finish. I had also brought in my old Civic years ago to have the left front quarter repaired after a serious run-in. Having had the car for years I knew it inside and out, and when the repair was finished it was difficult for me to find any trace of the car having been in a scrape. My vintage 97 Odyssey has been in a few times for a new tailgate and some repaints and has always come back perfect. I recommend them to all my friends, regardless of what they drive.

I was rear-ended, took my Honda here, from the very 1st visit they were very helpful, they handled talking to the other persons insurance, getting quote amount approved. I feel bad cause I kinda broke down when they told me my Element was probably going to be considered totaled, because I was adamant I was getting my vehicle back and fixed. Ron and my husband sat down and went through part by part what we had to do to get it fixed in my budget. I was never so happy to get my Element back and it looks fabulous!!!! Thank you all so much!

John was extremely nice and super helpful. They repainted, knocked out some dings, cleaned up some bad spots on the hood of my Lexus. They blended the colors so wonderfully you cant even tell. They added the pin stripes and she looks beautiful. They did a wonderful job. I will definitely hire them in the future and recommend them to all.God bless :)

I got involved in a hit and run. I took my car to get repaired here and LET ME TELL YOU how amazing these people are. Dealing with insurance to get a vehicle repaired after a not-at-fault accident, especially when the incident happened in Florida and I am in Indiana, can be a pain. AutoNation was great to work with, and Carleta was incredibly helpful and understanding about the difficulties of coordinating this with my son in Florida and me in Indiana. I hope I don’t have to use an auto body shop again, but if I do, I will definitely chose AutoNation Clearwater.

My experience with Auto Nation Colllision was anazing. My car needed significant repairs after i struck an object on the road and they worked with my insurance company to get the work done correctly. Went in this morning to get an estimate on my 2018 Honda Accord. Was in a time crunch with having to leave for the airport and hoping I could squeeze this process in to keep everything flowing...Not sure how it would work since covid restrictions have changed the world!WOW to my delight!! We cant say enough good things about how they restored the exterior of our Honda S2000 almost to its original appearance. They repainted the car, refurbished the wheels, replaced a dull headlight, rebuilt the trunk lock to enable me to use my original keys, etc. Bill Hannigan and Carletta kept us informed throughout and reassured us with a sneak peek at the refurbished wheels to show us the excellent work going on. The work did take a week or so longer than estimated because the job entailed more than was visible to them or us. It gave us more time to clean out our garage plus we were delighted with the outcome. Now its appearance matches its finely functioning engine! Its such a joy to drive and see heads turn in admiration.

I had my car in the collision shop Auto Nation Collision center.I think Charlie was very nice and helpful when I took it for inspection.But when i went to pick it up I felt like to was being talked down to by Sandy. She kept implying that I could not pay my $500.00 deductible.by telling me that the money would be deducted out of my account right away. I told her that would be okay for me. She said to me again I just need to make sure you know that. What I dont understand why she would make the assumption that I could not make my pmt while i was there to conduct business. if I knew that I was going to be treated Like that i would have took my business some where else.I feel she needs to take proper training so that she will know how to talk to people. Took care of my car after being hit by another driver running a stop sign. Fortunately, no one was hurt, but the damage was significant. AutoNation Collision Center repaired my Prius for the second time, the first being over three years earlier when it was practically brand new and was rear-ended. Both times, they did excellent work on my vehicle, communicating with me, and coordinating with my insurance company. In this second instance, there was also a follow-up issue after the initial body work was done. They took care of that promptly and professionally as well.

It took 2 weeks to repair my lift gate/rear panel where it would usually take 5 business days in most repair shops.Got my car today and lift gate stopped working PLUS I found a crack on the inner plastic panel. Very frustrated.
