Bunch of crooks. Bought a receiver, paid a premium, was told it included 3 years of service with rebate applied to future service. 12 months and one day they had their hand out looking for monthly fees. RIP OFF ARTIST. If I could go zero stars I would. Run dont walk.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY! They will tell you what you want to hear until they get your money. Once they have your money the service stops. We just renewed our contract with them and over the weekend they shut off our service. Now they want us to switch to an internet based product that we dont want. A bunch of crooks!
Paid for a year of Sirius XM service for my business & after 2 months it was shut off by Sirius XM because AMTC is no longer a provider. They will not answer the phone or respond to emails about my refund.
I am working full time here.Up until October last year all we had to sell was messages on hold or Sirius radio, and it was hard. They came out with the new player and music service in October last year and life is good! Selling the new stuff is easy because it’s so much better a deal than anything else.
Great place to work. Ive been here 7 years and have been treated really well. In general I think all of the other longterm employees are really good. Theres a lot of turnover with new people, especially in sales, because this is Florida and, lets face it, its slacker city. This place is definitely better suited for driven New Yorker types than people who are here for the beach.
Kim whickman is the CEO wife of course she has something good to say and another two comments are another two people in his family his son and someone else worst place to work they minimum-wage you over everything I’ve been there three years the company will never grow it has only fallen everyone there is looking for a new job and admitted that they’re looking for a new job I definitely don’t recommend working there like I said I was there three years selling 10 to 15,000 a month I made a lot of money there do not waste your time because it’s not happening Anymore there’s like three or two sales reps ones his son that goes to a trade show every other week of course he’s making money and then there’s one guy Benny who is doing decent no one else there’s no one else there except the lady Kathy who can’t even sell over five grand no one has lasted over a month when they get hired there except one in 15 people
Kudos to the Georgia Restaurant Association for recommending you. My place is white tablecloth Italian, so music is important for the setting. I absolutely love La Prima. Customers compliment the music all the time. Im really happy!
I saw AMTC at the NRA show in Chicago and we set up a discount program for my fast casual franchise. It has been a great experience. My operators love the music and the price. We’ve done 17 new builds this year and there really haven’t been any problems. We look forward to them helping us grow to 100 units!
This is the worst company. buyer beware. The sales and implementation they go out of there way. If you need service down the line its not even a 1 star rating but its the lowest this will allow. The company took hours to send a simple fax. Moreover, you cant even get through to speak to anyone in management even though youre the one pay the money. There perception is that you service them not that they service you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ive been using AMTC, for our dining room back ground music and for media display for our advertising, in our dining area, for over a year now. The quality is always great and the system is very easy to manage.
I want to commend my rep Jackson. He made getting my restaurant set up with music so easy. I got 6 speakers and an amplifier for under $350. Musak quoted me almost $1000!
I’m an independent grocer, and it’s tough to compete with Kroger. I never thought I could afford digital signage, but AMTC surprised me. I spent under $1500 “all in” for their system and 4 TVs for my checkout lanes. It looks awesome and I think it paid for itself in a couple months.
Highly recommend you search other vendors, AMTC is not worth your time.
I WISH THERE WAS A LOWER STAR THAN 1.Absolutely the best idea and absolutely the worst customer service and return process ever! After countless hours on the phone with customer support, accusations of our hardware being defective and no actual solutions we decided to give up on these people. If they actually have 25 years in customer service, it combined and they outsourced 20 years (i.e. their outsourced CS support line). The product has a terrible humming sound and feedback when used as designed incorporating the marketing screen as well as the sound for our business. Their answer: send it back at our expense, wait two weeks for us to test it (no they dont send a loaner device they suggest using an iPod!?) and if they think it still works they send it back to you and tough cookies your out of luck! Ridiculous. Dont get duped! There are plenty of options like this out there at or below their cost!
I had this service last year and I recently re-subscribed to these services after calling for technical issues. I was told that re-subscribing would help the problem, but to be safe to completely start over with a new SD card. I tried to explain that this was a struggle because none of our updated CPU units have an SD reader, but no other solution was given. So after I had an employee bring their personal laptop to work, she could not log into the account even though she was using the correct log in that I use. After being on hold for over an hour, she was told that it was “user error” and she was “incapable” and should “consider having a different employee handle the account.”This is the third time I have tried to fix my static/muffled hold music/commercials with this company. I was trying to fix this even before my subscription ran out, so I don’t think that just because I renewed for over $100 means it will be better especially because no one seems like they want to help.
I really like my new store music system. On my old system my ads would cut in right in the middle of songs. Really annoying! Why would anyone do it like that? Your system put the ads between songs, where they should be. You saved me money too.
We sold our business and moved out of the country 3 months ago and still Im not able to cancel Sirius XM subscription for our business and get refund for automatic credit card charge in the end of September for another year subscription starting in October 2019. Accounts portal on AMTC website is blocked from abroad and customer service on phone keeps telling me that I can not do it over the phone and I have to do it online even though I explained him few times that I can not open their website from abroad.
First real job and I love it. They give me as much responsibility as I can handle and Im making way better money than I expected.
I ordered a media player for our automotive shop and it would not stay connected from day one. Horrible customer service. I am still waiting on a replacement after 2 weeks. I paid for the device plus a year of services upfront. Once they have your money, they could care less.
I love BSP Iron. My gym has a pretty diverse demographics. BSP Iron has something for everyone, but it all keeps people pumped. Great job!
Terrible customer service. Rude from customer service rep all the way to a customer service manager. There are better choices out there I encourage everyone to go elsewhere.

Worst Customer Service Ive ever experienced. Troubles with our Remote Link. Im currently on my second week of daily phone calls to resolve problem. They wont send a new Remote Link to keep the music going while they fix the current one. Each time they send me to a second level customer service and place on hold for over 45 min. each time. Just called back a third time for just the UPS pick up slip. Terrible, Terrible service.
BEWARE. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT give them any payment info. They will take money whether you use their product or not. They will not refund your money. ‘They just don’t do that.’ Horrible Ethics. Horrible company.
Poor customer service. Beware of blatantly false and misleading answers about the hidden costs of their products and services. Ive been a customer for a long time, and Im saddened by the steep decline in basic transparency and service.

When is your IPO? I want in. You’ve got to be killing Muzak and the other old school music companies. I can’t believe you offer the features you do for the price you do. I guess you lose money on every customer but make it up in volume? You must have some deep investor pockets.
Horrible. Sales people are pushy and begin to berate you when you politely decline. Erwin was especially rude. If they treat potential customers this way, I can only imagine what happens when you actually sign a contract and they have your money. Beware.
Beware. These guys are scammers. Slimy telemarketer salesmen will make false claims to get your approval. When their claims turn out to be false, they use dishonest tactics like sending invoices for your credit card dispute.All our communication seems to be through one individual so it it possible it is just a bad salesman trying to protect his commission, but I would advise seeking references within your industry before trusting anything they tell your people.
Customer service hung up on my because I asked them to see when was the last time someone logged into the system... we cancelled this system over 2 years ago and they auto renewed us. Stay away... AMTC reach out to me so we can fix this review and others
I wanted to tell you how much I like WaitTV. Two patients got Invisalign last month from seeing it on my waiting room TV. That paid for the service for a couple of years!
