My dirt bike had a flat, I called up Jeff first thing in the morning and although he had a lot of jobs that day he was able to make time for me, and get my flat taken care of on the same day. I also had him do an inspection and tune up. He did a great job and gave me very valuable knowledge that I did not have. He was super friendly and down to earth, and willing to help; just a real nice person. He also offered to inspect my bike again for free (its in the break-in period). Really pleased with his service, anything I need with my bike again Im calling Jeff!

Needed a quick tire replacement. The shop was very responsive when leaving a message, absolutely great customer service when dealing with Jeff and his staff over the phone and in person. What a great shop to deal with. My last tire change at another shop resulted in a scratched rim. Great costumer service, Jeff is great fast service! And affordable prices, definitely coming back.

I bought a bike recently. Thought it needed some carb work, Jeff did a diag and it was actually that the petcock was hooked up wrong and the front carb want getting gas. I really appreciate the honesty about the carbs it saved my some money.

I called The Manic Mechanic as I was doing an oil change and the filter was between the radiator and the part to where you pour the oil in, little to hardly any room to put your hands on it to spin it off the engine. The oil filter was on to tight for me to get off. I called the professional and he had it off in no time. I already had the new oil filter to put on. He installed it for me and didnt charge me. This was my first time coming to him. I will definitely take all my repairs to him in the future. I did tip him for the assistance and the expertise.

I had a HD 750 that had a dead battery and if not fixed, was going to delay the sale of the bike. In searching the Internet, I left a msg Saturday afternoon and much to my surprise, Jeff was at our location with a new battery to install on Sunday afternoon. He had the battery installed in no time at all - if youve ever attempted to do so, you know how difficult this can be. He has a pleasant demeanor and comes across as an authority in the work he does and I believe he can be trusted to get things done right. If you are looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and fairly-priced mechanic for your motorcycle or car, I strongly suggest that you consider reaching out to Jeff to put things right.

I took my 4 wheeler to these folks in hopes of finding an affordable alternative to the dealer. Just wanted to get some maintenance done and have had two deaths in the family and my time was limited. I needed CV boots,wheel bearings and asked for an inspection of the bushings etc... They were unable to separate the cv axles to install the new boots so we agreed to order used axles online. After they received them one axle was too short so they needed to use my old axle to correct the axle that was ordered for an lta400 not an ltf400. Amazingly then the axle came apart. I just wrote it off as no big deal. Over 600.00 later I finally get my bike back. Right off the bat I notice that the new cv boots are held on with zip ties. I was told that the Oetiker clamps broke on install and that the zip ties were fine because I have a zip tie gun Yeah well so do I being a marine tech. But I didnt pay for you harbor freight zip ties! I PAYED FOR OETIKER CLAMPS! Apparently you dont know how to install them! After all this I took it out to sandlot for a day trip to shake it down. Coming down a trail I was riding the shoulder at around 15 to 20mph and all of a sudden Im airborn over the handle bars. Landed on my hip and had the bike flipping towards me.Thankfully I was able to roll clear of most of it only to catch a handlebar to the thigh. My son helped me roll it back over and trailered it back to camp. I was under the impression Id hit a stump. NOPE. Once getting the bike home and healing up some we began an inspection. I noticed a CV axle was broken and the tie rod was hanging. I also noticed there was NO NUT on the tie rod end. AND NO COTTER PIN TO HOLD IT ON! THIS COULD HAVE ENDED BAD FOR ME OR GOD FORBID MY WIFE OR SON!!!!!I called and had asked about if they could help me fix the CV axle prior to knowing about the tie rod end not being installed correctly. You would think after dropping over 600.00 they would be willing to help.First statement was how much labor would be. And never got a call back. So much for loyalty.Since this incident I have replaced both tie rods,both cv axles and tie rod ends and installed correctly! RIDERS BEWARE! LACK OF SKILLS ON THEIR PART COULD RESULT IN INJURY OR DEATH! WILL DO MY OWN REPAIRS FROM NOW ON! CAN CLEARLY SEE DAMAGE TO THREADS FROM WOBBLING AS NUT WALKED OFF!UPDATE As for your BS reply I NEVER PICKED ANY PARTS YOU DID. AND THE CLAMPS WERE NEVER MENTIONED UNTIL IT CAME BACK! These people are Liars and never scheduled anything with me to bring it back in I WAS NEVER TIGHT ON MONEY!! You couldnt find the right parts! I was dealing with my fathers and father in laws estates when I came to you! Money wasnt EVER an issue! I FOUND OUT THAT DUE TO YOUR POOR MECHANIC SKILLS I GOT HURT! AS A MARINE AND TRAILER TECHNICIAN I HAVE CERTS AND NUMBERS OF HAPPY CUSTOMERS TO VOUCH FOR MY ABILITIES. THE PICTURE SHOWS DAMAGED THREADS TO THE TIE ROD END WHERE IT WOBBLED ITS WAY OUT! WHY? NO COTTER PIN! HOW YOU SCREWED UP MY FRIENDS EQUIPMENT IS BETWEEN YOU GUYS. IM POSTING WHAT YOU DID TO ME! IN YOUR REPLY YOU STATE YOU PROVIDED A NEW NUT AND PIN FREE OF CHARGE LOL. FUNNY HOW IT HAD THEM INSTALLED ORIGINALLY. TRIP UP MUCH? I WOULD NEVER SAY TO DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO TO MAKE IT WORK! ESPECIALLY AT THE TUNE OF 600. ID EXPECT PROPER EQUIPMENT NOT ZIP TIES! I GUESS THE LYING CAN BE EXPECTED KNOWING YOUR PAST. EASY TO LOOK UP. BEWARE FOLKS. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY OBVIOUSLY!

I was so glad to have them come tow my bike at no charge. Jeff pulled the carb off that day to let me know if it was good or needed a rebuild. He cleaned the carb, tuned it to our elevation (I moved from Miami), adjusted the valves and even printed out my emissions all for just $120. They texted me updates and I was totally in control financially. Thanks so so much! Customer for life!

Jeff was great! He answered every question my boyfriend and i had, and we had a lot! ☺️ we were allowed to go grab our own fluids and parts and drop them off with the bike! He’s friendly and spent extra time with us. His wife and kids even came out and said hey! This is a true family business, and it shows in how we were treated tonight!

Jeff drove out and did a diagnostic, did some old school stuff to get me home. Helped order my part and gave me the freedom to choose a cheaper option. He picked it up and came back out to install. I was literally back on the road within 2 hours, after normal shops would’ve been closed. And it practically cost me the part because the labor was low. Very humble. I know I can call him anytime and he’ll show up.
