If you like dealing with people with zero customer service skills and massive egos then the Service manager (dude with no hair) at cycle springs is the man to visit. I’m surprised the owner of this place lets someone so incompetent be the person responsible for creating relationships with customers. This guy literally thinks his is above his customers and will show no respect just because he “works” at the only Kawasaki cert service center in the area.

Really poor experience here. Went to Zack to get a service done and new tires on a bike. Was quoted 2x higher than barneys and west coast. Since this is close to my house, decided to pay a premium. After picking up my bike, I had a red flag because they charged me time and parts for 1 spark plug. The bike is a twin... I spot checked their work personally and found out the plugs werent even changed out even though they checked off that it was done on the sheet, among other things. You cant get a straight story from these rip off artists. The guy at the desk was apologetic after I called them out with proof and refunded me partially. Do not take your bike here...

Their upfront great prices brought us from the east coast just to deal with them. He was great to work with and this was the most pleasant experience buying ever. My wife & I were looking for a new jet ski. The local dealer in NC quoted us a price that seemed exceptionally high compared to Yamaha MSRP. My wife called Cycle Springs and Josh S. picked up the call. Josh was awesome right from the start. Not only did Cycle Springs do the upright thing and not take advantage of the market conditions, but they allowed us to put down a down payment and they would have refunded it with no questions asked if we backed out of the deal.We did not back out of the deal. Instead I made a down and back drive. Josh worked with us to make sure all the paperwork was ready to go so that I did not lose too much time at the dealership. He gave me a thorough orientation of the vessel and got me on my way.The entire round trip took a little over 15 hours. People think I was a little crazy for making that trip but Ill do it again when Im ready to buy my next jet ski or jet boat. Josh was great to work with and Cycle Springs is a solid outfit.

Considering a remote or online purchase of a motorcycle? After 60 years of riding (many BMWs, Hondas, a Triumph, and a Ducati), and then selling my large & heavy Yamaha FJR, I decided to return to a smaller, lighter, more nimble, simpler, more user friendly motorcycle. The retro Kawasaki X800 checked all my boxes. Because of the pandemic there were only a very few available in north Florida and my local dealer didnt have one, nor were they able to bring one in from another location. I was unwilling to travel around the state and go through all the formalities of a purchase during this period of a pandemic, so I decided to try to buy remotely. Cycle Springs in Clearwater had a new 2021 model so I called the dealership to see if this could be worked out. I spoke with Peggy Caruso who walked me very competently and cheerfully through an easy and effortless transaction handling all the paperwork with ease. She also arranged for a professional to deliver the X800 to my house on a trailer, 150 miles away. The transaction from my initial inquiry to delivery took less than 3 days. The bike had been totally and professionally prepared--even the tire pressures were totally spot on. Even though there was no watercraft available our salesman took the time to show us some awaiting delivery so we could see size and features of the various models so we could make an informed decision on which one to put a deposit on for the fall. Cant wait for the release of the 2022s.

Boat/Jetski repair 👎……. Great place to get parts replaced that don’t need it so they can charge you for no reason Maybe do they can Keep your parts?? HmmmGo here if you want your boat ruined. A strange man named Dragon and his inexperienced young rude mechanic crew that have telemarking rebuttals bc they don’t know how to fix something.They charge you thousands then tell you there’s more wrong after 4 months of breaking your boat sitting in their lot. Then send you home not even with a running boat but with broken parts, that weren’t broken when you dropped it off.

We drove 4 hours just to work with Noel and his team!!! He is a beast with all his knowledge on everything! He was so helpful and patient with me. He made sure I had a fully understanding before I left. Best experience Ive ever had and will be back for sure!

Purchased a new boat out of state and had some engine maintenance lights popping up. Opted to pay for a service tech to come to the boat versus trailering it there for the work. Costs for that were reasonable and everything else was covered under the Scarab warranty. Communication was great and they did a nice job of setting some expectations of timeline for fixes and beating that each time. Thanks guys!

Other stores they are unresponsive even when youre trying to give them business I could imagine if it was a problem...Also salesman did not lie to me like when I make an offer of x amount out the door and then at the end of everything its x amount out the door plus tag so they can try to rip you off more.Curtis- salesCalled up and got a price from Curtis in 5 minutes or lessUnlike Broward Motorsports you actually get your tag at the end of your transaction. Instead of ... no that was just a tag fee because we dont know what your actual tag is and we only charge you money just to charge you for no reason and then charge you again when you pick up your tag.Sales manager was a thousand times more professional than the sales manager at Broward Motorsports Cecilia when I bought my last bike there it got delivered to me with damage and Im like hey what is all this damage without even knowing anything she tells me I did it and she delivered the bike to me perfect meanwhile the bike is on their website showing the damage lol.The only glitch was the financing which I called Yamaha it was yamahas fault not the dealerships and then they fixed it. Slight difference in interest rate.Lastly the shipping was the best of any transaction Ive done...my last purchase they shipped my bike on a unprofessional truck where the guy had trouble getting it off and was asking me if there was a hill nearby where he could unload the bike lol.Five stars for Curtis and this dealership

The customer service from this Cycle Springs is definitely a notch above the rest. Chris in the parts department has been able to find parts for me with extremely limited information about the motor and boat. He answered the phone every time I called or called me when I left a message. He’s answered every question I had and managed to keep a great composure through my frustration. I don’t think I will be going anywhere else for info or my parts in the future. Thank you all for your help.

I didn’t even buy a jet ski from them, I bought a used one and needed a part but Brandon was a huge help and even gave me a lot of tips and lessons to keep it running good. Chris also was a big help with life vests and helped me to find the right one for me. Great attitudes and great people.
