I went in to get propane on my RV, the guy was super helpful and I was in and out without any issues.

Absolutely no stars are deserved. The ONLY good part about my experience here today is that she did not charge us for the food, which is only right because it was her at fault. She hardly smiled AT ALL (the girl at the window) and she was very rude in the way she talked to us. In a drive thru ESPECIALLY, your customer service should be EXCELLENT, I know this because Ive managed gas stations. I will not come back here at all, and word of mouth can destroy businesses. I would suggest maybe some new training for your cashier at the window at the very least. She not only hurt my feelings, she made me feel stupid. Not cool. I am sad because I LOVED this place, Ive been coming here for years, but no more.

Went to get breakfast and a water. Got told they don’t make breakfast on the weekend. The man that helped me at the window seemed annoyed I was even there. He stood behind the counter for a few minutes before going to grab it for me. He then stood in the lobby talking with a coworker. Apparently their conversation was more important than taking care of customers. Don’t even waste your time doing here. I thought I’d give them a 2nd chance and obviously they don’t care.

Second time I’ve been to this Chevron, trying to get propane, and again, they refuse to come out and fill propane like they don’t know how to use the equipment. The service sucks, nobody knows what they are doing, the employees just can’t wait to get back on their phones to BS. Great job guys

That was the worst experience of any customer service Ive ever seen in my life three employees behind the counter none of them know what theyre doing I asked for help they stand there and look at you like duh. And none of them are wearing a mask and the counter was just disgusting

The manager of this location is very ignorant I have never been so disappointed in the attitude of someone who works in the service industry it makes me feel sick to think she still works there 💟🤮

Some staff is nice, others are terrible and shouldnt be working in seevice positions. Store is usually only moderately clean. Employees dont wear masks. Kinda busy and crowded. Only thing I love is the fact that they still have a drive thru and halfway decent hot food plus a subway inside.

Cant turn sound off on the annoying pump ads. Ill not be returning.

Horrible staff

Great customer service. Super clean. A bit busy because they serve food, Cashier, keep the store Clean, fill propane, and deal with other day to day like re-stocking. The cook that is there 90% of the time is super professional and keeps all of the food fresh and will even make you something that isnt being served that day if you ask nicely or maybe that is just me. All of the employees are personable and will do what they can to make you smile even if they are new and learning to grasp new job duties. The drive through is super amazing especially when you have just dislocated your knee and even though its back in place its hard to walk. This place is Great and I will continue to be a regular.

Employees don’t care about anyone. They talk to each other while you just stand there. They will take absolutely forever and act like it’s not a big deal. Literally no sense of urgency. They’re right next to Freeport West with a ton of people coming and going all the time, and they just chill. It literally took 11 minutes for two of them to serve 3 people in line.

A member of my family went into interview for a job at this location and because he was disabled they refused to even interview him when he got there. The person doing the interview didnt even speak to him privately about it instead they told him in front of customers that they wouldnt hire him and that he is a liability.

The service is bad. Everytime I go in they act like I am putting them out. Dont even think about asking for propane. Half the time they say they cant because they are alone. When you ask what time they do propane they tell you different times everytime. If they do have 2 people they just look at you like you are the worst person alive.

Food here will make you sick. Youre better off going to the maverick up the street.
