My wife and I have desperately been in need of a new mattress and discovered the Purple line of mattress and headed to mattress firm to investigate this brand. We are so happy we did. The sales representative was so courteous and clearly interested in listening to our needs. He is very well versed in this brand and clarified any and all concerns, gave us plenty of time to test models he had on the floor, allowing us to ask any and all questions gave us a very clear and detailed breakdown of the design and materials used in the mattresses composition.We felt very confident in our purchase, no pressure showing us all options but allowed us to make the selection of mattress and frame without any pressure.

Walked in and the sales associate was just finishing up with another customer, but she (Mariana Wilson) mentioned she would be with me in a minute. She took the time to explain the different options and prices for the mattresses. She took my budget into consideration (buying for a spare bedroom) and helped me find the best one for the price. I went with mixed feelings about the price of a new bed. I was treated very well which made me feel at ease when talking out price versus quality. Great in store at selling me the mattress. But apparently this location is incapable of being open during their listed hours and incapable of making follow up calls. No one called when my mattress arrived. I had to call and confirm its delivery. The last 3 times Ive gone to pick up my mattress the store has been CLOSED during its Open listed hours. Google listings AND the POSTED STORE HOURS state they are open on Sundays, well last Sunday they just decided to be closed all day. I have a busy work schedule and have left work early twice the last week to make it before close. The location has been closed well over a half hour to an hour before their listed closing time. I left a voicemail asking what the deal is, STILL no call or response back. Absolutely garbage experience, Im glad I bought a cheap mattress as a test run, Ill be buying my tempurpedic through Costco and will never do business with mattress firm ever again.

Decided to pop in here by a whim, price checking mattresses and such for a potential new bed. Mac gave us a very thorough review on select mattresses that suited our back and neck aches. Ended up buying one from how impressed with his service we were!

Randy was fantastic... Very friendly, knowledgeable and he seemed to really care about getting my Mother who is in Stage 5 kidney failure the perfect set up to make her as comfortable as possible. She has had the bed for about 60 days now and she absolutely loves it! It has helped her tremendously in the fact that she is not as swollen or sore when walking up in the mornings and that she does not feel as tired and worn out. I highly recommend going in to see Randy. Top class service!

Short story: waited all day for a delivery that never came with no call. Canceled order and was much happier elsewhere.Long story:My wife and I bought a $3500 mattress over labor day, and my wife and I were very excited to receive it. I waited home all day waiting for delivery, and once the delivery window came and went, I called the store to see what was going on.I was informed the truck had been broken down in tooele (I live in north west Davis County, so a long ways away). They had to know well in advance the truck wasnt going to be delivering to my house that day, but failed to contact me while I sat waiting for a truck that apparently wasnt coming.We decided we didnt want to spend our money on such a flaky feeling company, and went with another furniture company.We paid $1,000 less for a comparable mattress, and delivery was on time.We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on.

Myke was who helped us. He was extremely busy but he made it a point to let us know he’d be right with us. Once he had a few minutes he was able to give us a lot of advice on what we wanted/ needed. He got to spend some time with us and go into detail on everything. Very personable and very professional. Thank you so much for explaining everything in detail it really helped.

We had purchased a Purple Mattress off of the internet after 3 nights of sleeping on that horrible excuse for a mattress we walk into Mattress Firm in Clinton wanting a new mattress ASAP. I went in looking to get a new queen set, not knowing anything about what makes mattresses different from one another or having a particular budget in mind. I bought my mattress a year and a half ago and it’s already sinking. The “free” adjustable base is a POS and dealing with the warranty department was a joke. Save your money go somewhere else.

I made a purchase from a furniture store the week prior and after learning about what would be better for my physical needs, I opted to return my purchase from the furniture store and bought two mattresses with the help of Mykel.
